A locally owned and operated full service small animal veterinary clinic treating family pets in Airdrie and surrounding area since 1982. We treat all breeds and sizes of dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. We are the only American Animal Hospital Association certified clinic in Airdrie. This means we constantly strive to provide our clients and their pets the best possible care in the industry. Being certified as an AAHA clinic means that we are evaluated on over 900 standards of veterinary care.

Exploitative and greedy.Unfortunately my family and I decided to humanely euthanize a family pet and this was the place that was chosen. While the staff are friendly, supportive and empathetic, the management is simply...disgusting greedy and exploitative towards the billing. Massively marketed up and rigid with no options other than what is offered. Yes, you can 'upgrade' but here are your choices, $260 for euthanasia and cremation with no ashes, or $500 for euthanasia and "private" cremation but you get the ashes and a small urn/box. No other options, if one simply wants their family pet cremated and recieve the ashe. Upgrades included marked up items easily found on Amazon (simply google search 'Cat urns') and their top 5 offerings from this place are all listed. Small urn, $71 on Amazon, $135 from AAHC, same model. $50 for a Poly-resin Cat sculpture, $89 from AAHC. There are no other options available and no discussions regarding the pricing, because they are "for profit business" A business designed to exploit the grief and crushed hearts of the most empathetic and caring people in the world...pet owners. To break it down, the Calgary Humane Society alone which markets "competitive" pricing offer the exact same services, for $135. A 'non-profit' as the office manager disgustingly threw back in my face. So, everyone...this business prefers to suck the blood out of your veins and drain your souls, all for a profit made on exploiting your grief at your most vulnerable. Nice morality.

Went here to get a check up for my pooch after I adopted him from the Calgary humane society and the vet Dr. Mount wasn't very thorough (didn't check his eyes, overall body condition, didn't even take his temperature) and kept disregarding my every concern I had about my SENIOR dog and his many many lumps. The staff were great the vet himself was not. Will definitely not be going back here again even though it's the closest and apparently "top rated". I guess if your dog is young and in peak condition you'll have no problems here but if you're in actual need of medical advice and assistance this isn't the place to go. Guess I'll look elsewhere who cares about my old boy as much as I do.UPDATE: I went to the city center animal hospital by Safeway to get my senior dog checked over properly four days after visiting this place and the vet there gave me eye drops for canine conjunctivitis which a dog can go blind from if left untreated so needless to say if I wasn't educated in animal welfare and medical conditions I would've trusted Dr. Mount's assessment and my dog would be in discomfort and possibly be going blind and nobody would be the wiser! I really hope Dr. Mount reads this because you sir are supposed to be an advocate for any and all animals wellbeing and you failed me, you failed my dog AND you failed the clinic you work for! I think you need to go back to school and relearn how to do a simple check up...Edit: This place is extremely unprofessional especially the owner Vicky Fitzpatrick! I came to this place on the 21st of November with my 8 year old senior dog who I adopted from the humane society for his free check up and got assigned Dr. Mount who did a really shotty job of a physical exam. He forgot to check my dogs eyes, temperature, and overall body condition when that's basically 75% of the exam! When I talked to the owner she even agreed that the exam term is called eyes to tail (directly quoted from her mouth) and that she'd be talking to Dr. Mount to get his side of the story and to go over how to do a proper exam with him. She then invited me and my dog to come over anytime for treats and just to say hi and left it at that which I thought was very nice of her and maybe a way to make up for Dr. Mount. I then went to another vet (the one by Safeway) where my dog was diagnosed for conjunctivitis (pink eye in dogs) which Dr. Mount missed because he didn't even bother to check so I wrote a review stating as such but decided to remove it and forgive because Vicki assured me she'd make it up to Thrasher. I have now finished Thrasher's eye drops and his condition hasn't improved so I called the City Center Animal Clinic by Safeway to notify them and they wanted me to come back in and get tests done which they didn't do in his initial visit so I decided to give Vicki and her clinic another try and instead of them trying to redeem themselves they refused their services!!!! My review was honest and 100% accurate and instead of making it up to me and my dog when we were the ones who got neglected and then berated this clinic literally slams the door in our faces! if I could give this place a lesser rating I would -10!!!! Vicki and her lack of professionalism is absolutely disgusting!!! I am ashamed for the owner and her lack of business manners. Also the owner gives discounts to clients who will lie and put good reviews like Michelle O'Brien's review on google. Wow. Just wow.

I needed to get my girl in for a dental assessment and my sister recommended Airdrie Animal Health Centre as she has been very happy with their service. I explained that my girl is fearful of people and reactive towards other dogs and they didn’t just brush it off! I had read on their website that they had some vets that were fear free certified which meant a lot to me, and when they took my concerns of reactivity seriously, I was relieved! My hubby took her to her appointment and told me how pleased he was with the experience. The vet took the time to get her comfortable rather than just rushing in and getting the exam done. So far, I’m incredibly impressed with the level of service and overall understanding of my concerns. We will be switching vets for sure!

Machine that the clinic was closed. So this morning I called and the receptionist said they had an appointment at 4:15 today. I told her I needed my dog Puddles seen as it appeared he had an ear infection. About 5 minutes later I received a call from the receptionist saying that she had incorrectly given me a time that was open yesterday but not today but she had 2 openings today one at 2:00 and the other at 3:45. I arrived at 3:35 today and I was told that they were running 15 minutes behind and they didn’t think the doctor had time to see Puddles. I was shocked and said “No he will be seen today, I have an appointment and I have just driven from Calgary!” Someone else said she would check with the doctor and came back and said I had 2 options. I could leave my dog and the doctor would see him and I could pick him up later or I could reschedule for another day. I responded again that I live in Calgary so that would not work and I did have another option. I would be finding another clinic and she could also delete my other dog Benji from their books. How she had made the 1st mistake telling me I about the 4:00 appointment yesterday when I called at 3:30 and the clinic was closed and then calling me back with the choice of 2 different times. I took one of the times and then was told that I could not be seen. I was not coming in for a check up or shots I was actually there for a problem my poor dog is having. And I was sent away as though I meant nothing to their business. I want a place where the care will be above what this clinic is obviously unable to provide so for that reason I will find a clinic where animals are important and service is what I expect no matter where I go. I would have waited 15 minutes if they were behind. I in no way see how I was at all at fault for their situation. I was on time and then some. I wasted gas, travel time, and have to make my dog wait to be seen at another clinic because it was too late at that time to make an appointment for today. I have used your clinic after hearing about it be word of mouth infortunately what people hear from me will be the story I have just told.

Every step of my experience with this clinic has been outstanding so far. They have been providing me with some of the best customer care I have ever received from any business. They are accommodating, extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and easy going. I feel so confident in their ability to help me and my dog and I thank them for putting up with us and my emotions haha! I would like to give credit to Payton, she is the sweetest person ever and has so far been a great help. I now have piece of mind and confidence that my dog is in the best possible hands. I called this clinic a few days ago. My dog was so sick with a tooth abscess, and I asked the lady how much would it cost to get some antibiotics for my dog and to get the dog's tooth out. She was a cold hearted snake, telling me that it would cost me $750.00 just to pull the dog's tooth out, and an additional $450.00 for antibiotics and that it may cost more depending on the circumstances. I was so shocked and upset, while the dog is suffering in great pain, coughing up blood all over the place. How dare you wicked evil heartless people justify that amount of money? You money hungry dogs should be ashamed of yourself, no regards for the poor, helpless dog. I had to call Calgary and take the dog in to see a vet. The costs for the abscess and antibiotics are $280.00 plus tax. I was so grateful! The government should regulate veterinarians. They are charging people too much money, its all about money for them. STOP GAUGING PEOPLE!!! How would you like if you had a tooth abscess and you go to the hospital and the doctors refuses to do anything for you, what would you say? The care at this clinic is outstanding. I take my dogs to see Dr. Crisanti and she is a wonderful vet, one of the best. She is thorough, exceptionally caring and gentle with my pets, and truly has their best interests at heart. Larger dogs have their checkups on the floor, which is so much more comfortable for them as opposed to the tiny exam table. She offers lots of pets and affection while doing her exam, and this puts them at ease. My dogs have no anxiety about coming to see the vet because of this sort of care, and get very excited when they know they will be coming in to see the exceptionally caring staff.

We recently had to put our dog down and Dr. McKinney was very compassionate, although the process was an hour long and more difficult than anticipated because the medication was not working. Once we laid her down things progressed. I feel like this is something she knew, but perhaps wanted me to be able to hold her as she passed and was trying to balance what I wanted with what would work. Sometimes things don't go as planned, but she was compassionate. On my last visit the gentleman who picks up the passed away animals left his back of his van open for 15 minutes...I noticed because I walked by to get to our appointment and had to see white bags with corpses and body tags. If he was running behind or back and forth he should have those doors closed. It was quite upsetting to me. I do have to say that although the receptionists are lovely, there have been a couple occasions where one receptionist swore (the f word) in front of me, and spoke so loudly that it was a bit off-putting for a professional practice. It's not a big deal, just a minor change that could elevate their professionalism just a tiny bit. I hate to be critical because at the end of the day the care at this clinic is excellent!

Airdrie Animal Health Centre employs some truly compassionate nice people. I had to put my sweet dear kitty to sleep today and not only were they able to fit us into their busy schedule but allowed me all the time I needed with my kitty to say goodbye. They have a beautiful private room for this with a private exit to make a horrible situation a little better. Dr Laura McKenny is the nicest most compassionate person and obviously loves animals because she took great care of us. I know my pets are in great hands with them. Thank you to all at AAHC.

The staff is beyond professional and compassionate. I knew as soon as I walked in to the clinic that my dog would be given then best possible care. Not only was I greeted in a friendly manner but my dog was also greeted with enthusiam and care. I think that the staff understand that you are leaving your best friends/family members care in their hands and they treat you like you are part of the family.
After recieveing bad news about the health my dog I was treated with diginity, respect and was givien all the facts. The Vet Technician was extremely empathetic and kind to both myself and my dog. I wouldnt have wanted to be anywhere but with their care during his passing. It was handled with alot of care and compassion.
I returned to the clinic with my other Dog just this week. I was treated with the same care as my first visit. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was proving difficult to diagnose my dogs allergy and other clinics had only put a band-aid on the much larger issue. Dr.Laura really knows her stuff. I was highly impressed and a bit relieved that we were given a much better approach, more guidance and better treatment plan in dealing with the issue.

The staff at the AAHC are A++. We were looking for a new vet after moving to Calgary from Ontario and found this clinic based on Google reviews. They have a special cat entrance separate from the dog entrance and the cat area has pheromones to keep them calm. The receptionists are always kind and welcoming and Dr. Jeremy Mount is the Cat Whisperer - very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all tests/procedures/treatment thoroughly.
Also, I read through the 1-star review - don't let that reflect on this clinic or its staff; no reputable health centre will ever quote prices for procedures without assessing your pet first - any vet/tech who does is irresponsible at best and dangerous at worst. And just as a sidenote their prices are significantly more accessible than clinics in Ontario (for example $750 here for a procedure that I was quoted $1250 for in Ontario).
If you're looking for a clinic where your pet will be treated like one of their own with incredible comfort and care you've found the place - if you're looking for a bargain bin discount keep looking, and maybe rehome your pet in the process.

Receptionist (who looked bored) said that there were no vets in the clinic and that instead of waiting the 15-20 minutes for one to come in I should just go somewhere else. No suggestions as to where I should go, just to go somewhere else. Luckily I made it to the vet hospital in Calgary, and he's being looked after. But why say that you are open but not have the staff there to do the job?? My poor cat had to suffer that 20 minutes or so longer because no one was able to look after him. I was livid. Never taking either my cat or my dog to this clinic. Even though it's the closest clinic to me I will not be going back.

I have been going to the Airdrie Animal Health Centre for about four years. The veterinarians and the staff are the best I have ever encountered. My recent cat was having seizures although only young. Dr. Kim did test after test until she finally nailed the problem. Now he is on medication three times daily and is an active, happy puss cat. Thank you Dr. Kim and staff for giving me my puss cat, Trampus, back. You are the best and we love coming in to see you.

I can't tell you enough great things about the doctors and staff! It just doesn't get any better than this. We have been clients of AAHC for 20 years now, and we, unfortunately, have had many visits lately with our senior dog and cat. We feel that the staff loves our pets, almost as much as we do, and we have had nothing but the best care at AAHC. We know part of the reason why our 13-1/2 year old Pyrenees/Maremma has gotten to the age he has is because of the great care and concern he has received here. Kudos to you all and especially Dr. Kim. Love you guys!

Thank you for taking my dog, Milly. She was in a lot of pain and you were the only clinic human enough to take her in - her resident clinic told us to go to the hospital which has ridiculous wait time...
Thank you for taking my dog, Milly. She was in a lot of pain and you were the only clinic human enough to take her in - her resident clinic told us to go to the hospital which has ridiculous wait times and she'd have to endure so much more pain had we gone that route. I have had my dog there a few times, and I know there not cheap, but I did figure Professional. I was wrong. I noticed my dog had a problem Sat afternoon around 1:30 and noticed the vet closed at 4. I called them and asked if I could bring her in, as I researched through the Internet and all indications were a serious infection, and if not treated right away, could be fatal. The Vet clinic checked with a vet, and they replied they were too busy to see her, but I could take her to Calgary if I wished. I didn't wish!!! This is NOT Professional behavior for any Vet, as they are more concerned about what time there leaving, not the health of the animal. Any animal matters!!! She is a purebred animal that cost me $2000. She is also a member of my family. Man I am pissed. I have found another Vet in Airdrie that will see her right away, so Audios Airdrie Animal Health!! Oh ya, in all fairness they did tell me I could bring her in Monday.

Love them!! Excellent staff, docs, everything!! My dog usually doesn't like strangers and as this was our first visit I was a bit worried, but she never barked or seemed nervous at all!

A locally owned and operated full service small animal veterinary clinic treating family pets in Airdrie and surrounding area since 1982. We treat all breeds and sizes of dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. We are the only American Animal Hospital Association certified clinic in Airdrie. This means we constantly strive to provide our clients and their pets the best possible care in the industry. Being certified as an AAHA clinic means that we are evaluated on over 900 standards of veterinary care.

Exploitative and greedy.Unfortunately my family and I decided to humanely euthanize a family pet and this was the place that was chosen. While the staff are friendly, supportive and empathetic, the management is simply...disgusting greedy and exploitative towards the billing. Massively marketed up and rigid with no options other than what is offered. Yes, you can 'upgrade' but here are your choices, $260 for euthanasia and cremation with no ashes, or $500 for euthanasia and "private" cremation but you get the ashes and a small urn/box. No other options, if one simply wants their family pet cremated and recieve the ashe. Upgrades included marked up items easily found on Amazon (simply google search 'Cat urns') and their top 5 offerings from this place are all listed. Small urn, $71 on Amazon, $135 from AAHC, same model. $50 for a Poly-resin Cat sculpture, $89 from AAHC. There are no other options available and no discussions regarding the pricing, because they are "for profit business" A business designed to exploit the grief and crushed hearts of the most empathetic and caring people in the world...pet owners. To break it down, the Calgary Humane Society alone which markets "competitive" pricing offer the exact same services, for $135. A 'non-profit' as the office manager disgustingly threw back in my face. So, everyone...this business prefers to suck the blood out of your veins and drain your souls, all for a profit made on exploiting your grief at your most vulnerable. Nice morality.

Went here to get a check up for my pooch after I adopted him from the Calgary humane society and the vet Dr. Mount wasn't very thorough (didn't check his eyes, overall body condition, didn't even take his temperature) and kept disregarding my every concern I had about my SENIOR dog and his many many lumps. The staff were great the vet himself was not. Will definitely not be going back here again even though it's the closest and apparently "top rated". I guess if your dog is young and in peak condition you'll have no problems here but if you're in actual need of medical advice and assistance this isn't the place to go. Guess I'll look elsewhere who cares about my old boy as much as I do.UPDATE: I went to the city center animal hospital by Safeway to get my senior dog checked over properly four days after visiting this place and the vet there gave me eye drops for canine conjunctivitis which a dog can go blind from if left untreated so needless to say if I wasn't educated in animal welfare and medical conditions I would've trusted Dr. Mount's assessment and my dog would be in discomfort and possibly be going blind and nobody would be the wiser! I really hope Dr. Mount reads this because you sir are supposed to be an advocate for any and all animals wellbeing and you failed me, you failed my dog AND you failed the clinic you work for! I think you need to go back to school and relearn how to do a simple check up...Edit: This place is extremely unprofessional especially the owner Vicky Fitzpatrick! She then invited me and my dog to come over anytime for treats and just to say hi and left it at that which I thought was very nice of her and maybe a way to make up for Dr. Mount. I then went to another vet (the one by Safeway) where my dog was diagnosed for conjunctivitis (pink eye in dogs) which Dr. Mount missed because he didn't even bother to check so I wrote a review stating as such but decided to remove it and forgive because Vicki assured me she'd make it up to Thrasher. I have now finished Thrasher's eye drops and his condition hasn't improved so I called the City Center Animal Clinic by Safeway to notify them and they wanted me to come back in and get tests done which they didn't do in his initial visit so I decided to give Vicki and her clinic another try and instead of them trying to redeem themselves they refused their services!!!! My review was honest and 100% accurate and instead of making it up to me and my dog when we were the ones who got neglected and then berated this clinic literally slams the door in our faces! if I could give this place a lesser rating I would -10!!!! Vicki and her lack of professionalism is absolutely disgusting!!! I am ashamed for the owner and her lack of business manners. Also the owner gives discounts to clients who will lie and put good reviews like Michelle O'Brien's review on google. Wow. Just wow.

I needed to get my girl in for a dental assessment and my sister recommended Airdrie Animal Health Centre as she has been very happy with their service. I explained that my girl is fearful of people and reactive towards other dogs and they didn’t just brush it off! I had read on their website that they had some vets that were fear free certified which meant a lot to me, and when they took my concerns of reactivity seriously, I was relieved! My hubby took her to her appointment and told me how pleased he was with the experience. The vet took the time to get her comfortable rather than just rushing in and getting the exam done. So far, I’m incredibly impressed with the level of service and overall understanding of my concerns. We will be switching vets for sure!

I have come from Calgary to the clinic for years with my pets. I have many options here in town but always appreciated the care I received for my pets at this clinic until today. I will not return. I called yesterday afternoon at 3:20 and was advised by an answering
Machine that the clinic was closed. So this morning I called and the receptionist said they had an appointment at 4:15 today. I told her I needed my dog Puddles seen as it appeared he had an ear infection. About 5 minutes later I received a call from the receptionist saying that she had incorrectly given me a time that was open yesterday but not today but she had 2 openings today one at 2:00 and the other at 3:45. I arrived at 3:35 today and I was told that they were running 15 minutes behind and they didn’t think the doctor had time to see Puddles. I was shocked and said “No he will be seen today, I have an appointment and I have just driven from Calgary!” Someone else said she would check with the doctor and came back and said I had 2 options. I could leave my dog and the doctor would see him and I could pick him up later or I could reschedule for another day. I responded again that I live in Calgary so that would not work and I did have another option. I would be finding another clinic and she could also delete my other dog Benji from their books. How she had made the 1st mistake telling me I about the 4:00 appointment yesterday when I called at 3:30 and the clinic was closed and then calling me back with the choice of 2 different times. I took one of the times and then was told that I could not be seen. I was not coming in for a check up or shots I was actually there for a problem my poor dog is having. And I was sent away as though I meant nothing to their business. I want a place where the care will be above what this clinic is obviously unable to provide so for that reason I will find a clinic where animals are important and service is what I expect no matter where I go. I would have waited 15 minutes if they were behind. I in no way see how I was at all at fault for their situation. I was on time and then some. I wasted gas, travel time, and have to make my dog wait to be seen at another clinic because it was too late at that time to make an appointment for today. I have used your clinic after hearing about it be word of mouth infortunately what people hear from me will be the story I have just told.

Every step of my experience with this clinic has been outstanding so far. They have been providing me with some of the best customer care I have ever received from any business. They are accommodating, extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and easy going. I feel so confident in their ability to help me and my dog and I thank them for putting up with us and my emotions haha! I would like to give credit to Payton, she is the sweetest person ever and has so far been a great help. I now have piece of mind and confidence that my dog is in the best possible hands. I called this clinic a few days ago. My dog was so sick with a tooth abscess, and I asked the lady how much would it cost to get some antibiotics for my dog and to get the dog's tooth out. She was a cold hearted snake, telling me that it would cost me $750.00 just to pull the dog's tooth out, and an additional $450.00 for antibiotics and that it may cost more depending on the circumstances. I was so shocked and upset, while the dog is suffering in great pain, coughing up blood all over the place. How dare you wicked evil heartless people justify that amount of money? You money hungry dogs should be ashamed of yourself, no regards for the poor, helpless dog. I had to call Calgary and take the dog in to see a vet. The costs for the abscess and antibiotics are $280.00 plus tax. I was so grateful! The government should regulate veterinarians. They are charging people too much money, its all about money for them. STOP GAUGING PEOPLE!!! How would you like if you had a tooth abscess and you go to the hospital and the doctors refuses to do anything for you, what would you say? The care at this clinic is outstanding. I take my dogs to see Dr. Crisanti and she is a wonderful vet, one of the best. She is thorough, exceptionally caring and gentle with my pets, and truly has their best interests at heart. Larger dogs have their checkups on the floor, which is so much more comfortable for them as opposed to the tiny exam table. She offers lots of pets and affection while doing her exam, and this puts them at ease. My dogs have no anxiety about coming to see the vet because of this sort of care, and get very excited when they know they will be coming in to see the exceptionally caring staff.

We recently had to put our dog down and Dr. McKinney was very compassionate, although the process was an hour long and more difficult than anticipated because the medication was not working. Once we laid her down things progressed. I feel like this is something she knew, but perhaps wanted me to be able to hold her as she passed and was trying to balance what I wanted with what would work. Sometimes things don't go as planned, but she was compassionate. On my last visit the gentleman who picks up the passed away animals left his back of his van open for 15 minutes...I noticed because I walked by to get to our appointment and had to see white bags with corpses and body tags. If he was running behind or back and forth he should have those doors closed. It was quite upsetting to me. I do have to say that although the receptionists are lovely, there have been a couple occasions where one receptionist swore (the f word) in front of me, and spoke so loudly that it was a bit off-putting for a professional practice. It's not a big deal, just a minor change that could elevate their professionalism just a tiny bit. I hate to be critical because at the end of the day the care at this clinic is excellent!

I had to put my sweet dear kitty to sleep today and not only were they able to fit us into their busy schedule but allowed me all the time I needed with my kitty to say goodbye. They have a beautiful private room for this with a private exit to make a horrible situation a little better. Dr Laura McKenny is the nicest most compassionate person and obviously loves animals because she took great care of us. I know my pets are in great hands with them. Thank you to all at AAHC.

The staff is beyond professional and compassionate. I knew as soon as I walked in to the clinic that my dog would be given then best possible care. Not only was I greeted in a friendly manner but my dog was also greeted with enthusiam and care. I think that the staff understand that you are leaving your best friends/family members care in their hands and they treat you like you are part of the family.
After recieveing bad news about the health my dog I was treated with diginity, respect and was givien all the facts. The Vet Technician was extremely empathetic and kind to both myself and my dog. I wouldnt have wanted to be anywhere but with their care during his passing. It was handled with alot of care and compassion.
I returned to the clinic with my other Dog just this week. I was treated with the same care as my first visit. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was proving difficult to diagnose my dogs allergy and other clinics had only put a band-aid on the much larger issue. Dr.Laura really knows her stuff. I was highly impressed and a bit relieved that we were given a much better approach, more guidance and better treatment plan in dealing with the issue.

The staff at the AAHC are A++. We were looking for a new vet after moving to Calgary from Ontario and found this clinic based on Google reviews. They have a special cat entrance separate from the dog entrance and the cat area has pheromones to keep them calm. The receptionists are always kind and welcoming and Dr. Jeremy Mount is the Cat Whisperer - very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain all tests/procedures/treatment thoroughly.
Also, I read through the 1-star review - don't let that reflect on this clinic or its staff; no reputable health centre will ever quote prices for procedures without assessing your pet first - any vet/tech who does is irresponsible at best and dangerous at worst. And just as a sidenote their prices are significantly more accessible than clinics in Ontario (for example $750 here for a procedure that I was quoted $1250 for in Ontario).
If you're looking for a clinic where your pet will be treated like one of their own with incredible comfort and care you've found the place - if you're looking for a bargain bin discount keep looking, and maybe rehome your pet in the process.

They were so understanding and compassionate their bedside maners were more then exceptional. We had our own privite room and nothing was rushed. Thank you to all the staff and the Doctor who helped us threw that difficult time.

If youre looking for a vet here is my story on why you should pick Airdrie Animal Health Centre I know everyone has their own love for their vet But I honestly know I have the best! I really dont know what I would have done/do without Dr. Kim Crisanti, Dr. Dave Seefeldt, Clair and of course the rest of the staff (especially the ones who deal with me when Im stressed out) Siggi was my companion and he never left my side and if he could have his way he would have went ever

Been going to this clinic for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! The Veterinarian staff are amazing and knowledgeable and the support staff are wonderful!! Will continue to call this "my" clinic....

I cant explain the detail and genuine depth of the care Rhino received. From his first being adopted to his final breath the team at AAHC were incredible.

Took my cat here yesterday around 1:30 since he was having trouble going to the bathroom and this clinic is 10 minutes away from home and I wanted to get him help ASAP. No one in waiting room. Recepti...
Took my cat here yesterday around 1:30 since he was having trouble going to the bathroom and this clinic is 10 minutes away from home and I wanted to get him help ASAP. No one in waiting room. Receptionist (who looked bored) said that there were no vets in the clinic and that instead of waiting the 15-20 minutes for one to come in I should just go somewhere else. No suggestions as to where I should go, just to go somewhere else. Luckily I made it to the vet hospital in Calgary, and he's being looked after. But why say that you are open but not have the staff there to do the job?? My poor cat had to suffer that 20 minutes or so longer because no one was able to look after him. I was livid. Never taking either my cat or my dog to this clinic. Even though it's the closest clinic to me I will not be going back.

I have been going to the Airdrie Animal Health Centre for about four years. The veterinarians and the staff are the best I have ever encountered. My recent cat was having seizures although only young. Dr. Kim did test after test until she finally nailed the problem. Now he is on medication three times daily and is an active, happy puss cat. Thank you Dr. Kim and staff for giving me my puss cat, Trampus, back. You are the best and we love coming in to see you.

I can't tell you enough great things about the doctors and staff! It just doesn't get any better than this. We have been clients of AAHC for 20 years now, and we, unfortunately, have had many visits...
I can't tell you enough great things about the doctors and staff! It just doesn't get any better than this. We have been clients of AAHC for 20 years now, and we, unfortunately, have had many visits lately with our senior dog and cat. We feel that the staff loves our pets, almost as much as we do, and we have had nothing but the best care at AAHC. We know part of the reason why our 13-1/2 year old Pyrenees/Maremma has gotten to the age he has is because of the great care and concern he has received here. Kudos to you all and especially Dr. Kim. Love you guys!

They are very knowledgeable and helpful staffs. We always take our cat there and have appropriate comments and suggestions. I can 100% trust them.

Thank you for taking my dog, Milly. She was in a lot of pain and you were the only clinic human enough to take her in - her resident clinic told us to go to the hospital which has ridiculous wait time...
Thank you for taking my dog, Milly. She was in a lot of pain and you were the only clinic human enough to take her in - her resident clinic told us to go to the hospital which has ridiculous wait times and she'd have to endure so much more pain had we gone that route. She is doing a lot better now - again, lots of gratitude.

I have had my dog there a few times, and I know there not cheap, but I did figure Professional. I was wrong. I noticed my dog had a problem Sat afternoon around 1:30 and noticed the vet closed at 4. I called them and asked if I could bring her in, as I researched through the Internet and all indications were a serious infection, and if not treated right away, could be fatal. The Vet clinic checked with a vet, and they replied they were too busy to see her, but I could take her to Calgary if I wished. I didn't wish!!! This is NOT Professional behavior for any Vet, as they are more concerned about what time there leaving, not the health of the animal. Any animal matters!!! She is a purebred animal that cost me $2000. She is also a member of my family. Man I am pissed. I have found another Vet in Airdrie that will see her right away, so Audios Airdrie Animal Health!! Oh ya, in all fairness they did tell me I could bring her in Monday.

Love them!! Excellent staff, docs, everything!! My dog usually doesn't like strangers and as this was our first visit I was a bit worried, but she never barked or seemed nervous at all!
