Stacey is amazing. My pup is shy. She is timid and we had to get all her vaccinations done! Stacey came in and sat with her on the floor and talked to me!!! Let me know honest opinions and was up front when I asked questions. The rooms are cute and cozy. They treat you like family! Along with Stacey her assitant and the other staff were all amazing as well! To many names to remember but they were very very helpful and so kind! Definitely worth checking them out. A little hard to get to. Inside is very clean. It was close to closing so that may have been why we were treated the way we were, and I had called ahead so they were aware we coming. I'm not used to just handing my greyhound off to someone as soon as I walk in the door, but being showed to a room and have the vet come in and check him over BEFORE he's taken back to have anything done. After visiting another local vet clinic that wasn't for us, we decided to give one more popular clinic a try. I wish we had tried this clinic first! The experience was completely different, the lack of examination table was a surprise, I had never been to a clinic where they interact with your puppy on ground level, and my puppy loved it! She was given a toy to play with the entire time, and treats were fed to her as she received her vaccinations and she didn't even notice the shots! For all she knew, we had paid Happy paws a visit to meet new people, play and eat treats! She left happy, and we left happy! Dr. Erin Heck and her entire staff went above and beyond to help me with my cat who had broke both hips. They were more of a family I could trust and rely on at any moment.
