A huge thank you to all the staff at Heartland for making my experience so wonderful! The best vet clinic I have ever been to.
They were understanding of my situation and did all they could to accommodate me and my pet Bailey! The treatment she received was done with great care and they explained everything that I needed to do once I took her home. Bailey even got her meds in a cute personalized treat bag! ❤️
I highly recommend this clinic!

Best bet clinic I have ever been to! They treat your pets like family. They encourage you to bring your dogs by for a visit to just on the scale and get a treat then go home! This is suck a good idea ...
Best bet clinic I have ever been to! They treat your pets like family. They encourage you to bring your dogs by for a visit to just on the scale and get a treat then go home! This is suck a good idea for nervous dogs, to get them used to the vet clinic. They send you cute cards in the mail as reminders for upcoming or past due services (like shots) and call after you come in for a service to check up on your pet. The veterinarian is honest, down to earth and super knowledgeable and experienced! What a great place!

Went in for a meet and greet with Dr. Jody and I have to say out of the four vet clinics I’ve dealt with in Airdrie I have to say this one is by far the best! The staff are extremely friendly and very very well educated in not only veterinary medicine but also trained in the fear free certification as well so they’re better equipped to deal with a stressed animal meaning they won’t have to be given unnecessary sedation to keep them calm, there are separate kennels for dogs and cats as well as separate exam rooms for dogs and cats to keep stress to a minimum, the clinic is odourless unlike most vet offices that wreak this place is actually spotless, they will give you a tour of the ENTIRE clinic instead of sticking you in an exam room to talk to you, I didn’t get to talk with Dr. Jody for too long because she had other appointments but from our brief conversation I felt listened to, accepted and confident with her abilities as a veterinarian plus she’s got one hell of a handshake! Wow! I think I found my new vet! Also if you feed raw like I want to do, these people will work with you to get you a nutritionally balanced recipe instead of leaving you guessing! They don’t recommend it which they’ve said quite a few times but they won’t refuse to help make sure your pet gets everything it needs to be happy and healthy! I’m currently on the fence about raw or cooked or kibble so hopefully the staff here can help me figure out the best route for me and my fur babies. Will recommend to anyone who will listen!🐾♥️🐾♥️

Very disappointed. Had a couple of meetings with staff and dr. Told dr we were limited in funds but could she do dental work on dog in stages. No problem-she told me . Scheduled appt brought my do...
Very disappointed. Had a couple of meetings with staff and dr. Told dr we were limited in funds but could she do dental work on dog in stages. No problem-she told me . Scheduled appt brought my doggyin only to be called by vet to say she couldn't do the work for the price agreed on. Not only was our estimate changed from original initial visit, it was substantially more even before dr had looked at her this morning. I understand that these places have overhead, but does the word gouge mean anything. Makes me ill that so many companies like this are out there

Our Vet was extremely knowledgeable and showed genuine kindness to our little Mexican rescue dog.

They are professional and personable. Very thorough education given regarding my dog's health issues. They aren't pushy with costly procedures and informed me up front of costs. Very realistic as to what I could afford and guided me in the most affordable care for my dog. They are amazing with large dogs! My dog is actually excited to go to their clinic!

I can't say enough good things about this clinic!! They have been very understanding and helpful with me while trying to determine what is going on with my kitty. Jodi took time out yesterday to speak with me on the phone and then call me back as well. I wouldn't even consider taking my fur babies anywhere else. Thank you everyone at Heartland for being so compassionate!!

Very polite and helpful staff and the vets are amazing with our German shepherd and cat. They know how to make you feel comfortable and especially your animals. The prices are a little high but for convenience for in town service they’re amazing. Dr.Gheorge addresses any concerns we have with our pets and suggests anything that might help them when needed.

I have been taking my two cats to Doctor George, for over 6 years and I have never had anything less then exceptional service from the staff. Pepper and Patches have had the best of care for all of their veterinary needs. I have refereed them in the past and I will continue to refer them.

We researched around for alternative procedures for spays for our puppy. We found Heartland as they had the technology of laser to do the cutting for the surgery. This was to decrease healing time. Ev...
We researched around for alternative procedures for spays for our puppy. We found Heartland as they had the technology of laser to do the cutting for the surgery. This was to decrease healing time. Even though Heartland is not our regular vet office they still provided excellent service for the spat and follow up after surgery.

Love heartland would not take my fur babies anywhere else. Dr. George and all the staff are amazing. It's fresh smelling and very clean everytime. They are always will to answer questions and take amazing care with the animals. One of my dogs has had 3 surgerys by Dr. George, only place I trust to take my dogs to. Some people say there prices are high yes maybe a little but come on would you buy cheap no name brand for you children no so why not give your pet the beat. Thanks for everything over the years Heartland Team.

Nothing but care and compassion from my experience with my cat! My own vet could not get me in after working hours and they did! My cat had to sadly be put down, but it was done with utmost care and professionalism! I highly recommend this place! Simon my cat was adopted from there 13 yrs ago, he was back there to leave this world. Full circle! Kind and compassionate care!

Had a great experience here. My dog was quite ill and both the vet and the vet tech were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and understanding, gave me options of care for my pet in lieu of finances....
Had a great experience here. My dog was quite ill and both the vet and the vet tech were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and understanding, gave me options of care for my pet in lieu of finances. I especially appreciated the help of the vet tech taking the time to hand write the instructions to all the meds and timing for my dog. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation. Thanks again.

A huge thank you to all the staff at Heartland for making my experience so wonderful! The best vet clinic I have ever been to.
They were understanding of my situation and did all they could to accommodate me and my pet Bailey! The treatment she received was done with great care and they explained everything that I needed to do once I took her home. Bailey even got her meds in a cute personalized treat bag! ❤️

Went in for a meet and greet with Dr. Jody and I have to say out of the four vet clinics I’ve dealt with in Airdrie I have to say this one is by far the best! We researched around for alternative procedures for spays for our puppy. We found Heartland as they had the technology of laser to do the cutting for the surgery. This was to decrease healing time.
