Very polite vet techs and staff. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby. I would give it 5/5 if we hadn't had a terrible experience with one of their vets. We brought 2 cats in on seperate occasions and we saw the same vet. He was very rough when handling our cats, seemed to show no care as to what our cats thought of him. At first we thought he was just being a vet, but once we took our cats to the glenora cat clinic we saw the difference in black and white. Perhaps Tudor Glen is better suited for dogs? But I wouldn't recommend bring your cat there, however if you do have to bring them there ask for doctor Pim, she was so much kinder to our kitties. Read Less

I called at 8am on Saturday morning to see if I could get an appointment for my puppy who I thought had a bladder infection. Even though they were completely booked they had me drop her off and they managed to see her in between appointments. Less than 2 hours later she was ready to go. The staff were extremely helpful and took the time to go over all of the details with me even though I didn't have an appointment. I closed my dog’s file today because of growing frustration with the front desk giving the wrong dog food for the second time I’ve called and and requested them to correct it. However, they gave the wrong food again when I asked my brother to pick it up. They are so disorganized and careless about correcting the file, I no longer trust or want to support this awful business. Don’t let the free drinks and snacks fool u. When I called today, they did not care. It’s inconvenient when I had to ask someone to help me pick up food and then I have to go back and exchange it. My dog has a strict hypoallergenic diet. I took my 11 year old Lab to Tudor Glen because she had hurt her leg in a fall. The vet was amazing and so were all of the staff that we had met. They truly understood our needs both financially and emotionally. They took very good care of our girl and they gave us what was needed to help her with pain. When we moved from Calgary, I was worried about finding our JRT a new vet. The move was very stressful on her and right away I did some research and found Tudor Glen. From day 1 they have been awesome. Today we had a bit of a scare with our dog, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of, we had a treatment plan and that we also followed the steps that made the most sense, for our dogs sake and financially. I have mixed feelings about this veterinary location.Granted they give out free granola bars and slushes for the kidlets and provide superb care, I also found that I was pressured here to do more and more for my cats.I had a kitty who had a stroke and by the end of treatment (2 days in house) she passed away and I was left with a 2k vet bill... Yikes.I found that their services were consistently more expensive here than at my previous vet and my current vet (yay Morinville Veterinary Clinic).While the atmosphere is beautiful, I'm just left thinking that it's a bit too on the extreme end for me.  If you're good with paying top dollar for above and beyond treatments or service, this could definitely be the vet clinic for you.  But as a mom of two young children - spending excessive amount of money here when I can consistently save 25% elsewhere just doesn't make sense. Every experience my family has had with Tudor Glen Veterinary Hospital has been absolutely amazing. Our most recent emergency visit had a few hiccups with cost, aftercare directions, and a concerning comment made by one of the staff. The manager, and Dr. Kayla resolved all of our concerns very quickly allowing us to focus on the healing of our dog. My family dogs surgery went fantastic even with the surprise of how bad it really was, and the extra length in time of surgery hours. The staff have been amazing and supportive and have gone above and beyond in taking care of my dogs. There's always a follow up after our initial visits, and clear communication from each of the vets I've seen. I have to give this place a 5 star I stumbled across it when I had to bring my hedgehog in to get a nail trim After I ended up brining my dog for teeth cleaning The staff is always, always nice! I have a small chihuahua and it's very hard to trust anyone with her but when I'm here I feel like she's being treated the way she should be. It's expensive for certain things and other things are cheaper then other vets. But you pay for the level or compassion and care you want I would say and I have no problem bringing my pets here even though I now live 45 minutes away I still make the trip Read Less

Although TGVH has been my girl, Veras, vet since she came to live with me as a puppy and I have always been grateful for their help, it became very apparent to me how amazing this group of professionals is yesterday. I had noticed that my girl was acting strangely upon returning home from the groomers yesterday and it appeared that she was having trouble breathing, so I immediately called TGVH to explain what was going on. Within 20 minutes Vera was at the vet and being thoroughly examined. The girls at the front were so lovely and compassionate towards both my dog and me, making us both feel comfortable and safe in such a scary situation. Following her x-rays, we learned that her stomach had flipped and she was in need of an emergency surgery at a clinic in Edmonton. The staff prepared Vera and me for the journey, inserting an IV catheter and getting her situated in the vehicle. They called the emergency clinic ahead of time to let them know we were coming and when we finally made it there, the staff came directly out with a gurney and two staff members to assist Vera out of the car safely. As any pet parent is probably aware, situations like this can be very scary and, in many ways, heartbreaking, and although I felt like my whole world was slipping away from me, the staff at TGVH did absolutely everything they could to ensure the health and safety of my dog. I appreciate that they never once dismissed my concerns and listened intently to everything I had to say, even though I was probably hard to understand through all of the tears and sobs. And more than anything, it is very clear how much each of the staff their truly cares for their patients and their patient's humans. I will be forever grateful for the work that these beautiful, compassionate group of people do and can not even begin to express the amount of gratitude I have for everyone who was there with us yesterday and worked to save my best friend. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking care of my furbaby you guys!! Because of your sense of urgency, understanding, and commitment, my girl will be coming home from the clinic today! I honestly believe that Tudor Glen is one of the best! The quality of care is outstanding. All the staff are wonderful, and love visiting and getting to know you and your pets. I have been to visit the clinic twice now.  It was recommended to me by a friend that brings her cats there all the time.  The clinic is comfortable and inviting.  They have drinks and snacks for the people that end up having to wait for test results or procedures to be completed.  First dog was a very bad ear infection.  The staff was fantastic about squeezing me in between appointments because of the urgent nature of his condition.  The doctor was great about explaining all of the steps that were being taken and they were able to clean up my little guy really well before they handed him back to me.He is a special case when it comes to meds because he only weights 3.5 pounds.  They managed to find an antibiotic that we were able to administer.  Second dog had blood in her urine.  They were able to squeeze me in between appointments again.  She is a rescue so she has some personality problems as well.  The staff managed to clip her nails, which is almost an impossible miracle and they were really patient with her when it came to her flipping out about other dogs.  (Poor girl pooped herself)The doctors seem to genuinely care about the animals.  My dogs didn't seem to have a problem with the vets, although it is hard to tell with chihuahua's because they shake all the time! The website, newsletter and educational nights they have are incredible.  You can upload pictures of your pet and information about him/her to their profile.  They have a monthly educational night where you are invited to the clinic to hear a talk about the subject of the month.  They send you an electronic greeting card on your pet's birthday as well.  The clinic is now open 7 days a week.  They are even open late on the weekdays.  This really helps when you have an "after hours emergency" with your pet, or if you are a worrier like me!
