I phoned this vet's office to maybe gets some help with my pet. I live on a fixed income and only get paid once a month. Is the middle of the month and nothing is left asked if they could look at her and would pay at the end of the month. They told me unless I have a down payment that they won't look at her. Good thing vet's cared about the animals first and money next. Can guarantee will not be bringing my pet to this office they only want money they don't give a dam if She dies before I get money to get her to a vet.

My farm dog was having some issues and they were quick to get us in and treat him as needed. He may not have enjoyed his experience but I'm pleased and grateful!

They were kind and accomodating while providing the correct care for our pet, but it would not have been the course of care that we would have chosen if we had been fully informed by the staff. There were three instances where this occured due to a lack of communication / listening skills.
Be sure to ask for things specifically and repeat yourself if needed to be an advocate for your pet & get the full explanation.

I can't say enough about Dr.Wendy:) She went out of her way for me and my boxer Sasha. From the first visit to the final goodbye she was there for both me and my girl. The sympathy card and footprint ...
I can't say enough about Dr.Wendy:) She went out of her way for me and my boxer Sasha. From the first visit to the final goodbye she was there for both me and my girl. The sympathy card and footprint were a special touch you don't find very often. So huge thank you for everything you have done. Highly recommended already:)

Dr. Evan Lowe is an AMAZING vet!!! My fiancé and I brought our black lab in yesterday for Emergency Services because lil miss decided to swallow a smelt on a fishing hook... The hook got lodged into her throat. Evan was very attentive to her and got it out in no time at all! After some medication and some time to rest she's doing and looking much better today!! Thanks again!!!
