We have been going to the Bridlewood Vet Clinic since 1998, when we had our dog, Bear. Bear passed away many years ago, but last year when we adopted 2 cats, we decided to go back to the same clinic....
We have been going to the Bridlewood Vet Clinic since 1998, when we had our dog, Bear. Bear passed away many years ago, but last year when we adopted 2 cats, we decided to go back to the same clinic. They still had us on file! I called yesterday in regards to our very pregnant cat (we thought we adopted 2 girls, one decided he was actually a boy).
I spoke to Donna, and she was so helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions, and gave me some links to read. Not once has this clinic lectured us about letting our cat get pregnant, and they are always happy to answer questions, even about small concerns.
I always feel so welcomed at the clinic, and everyone I have seen just truly seem to love animals, and they are especially excited to see healthy animals just in for check ups and shots.
All of the staff we have interacted with are amazing, and so happy to help. Dr Levy is so wonderful, she focuses on the cat while I'm there, while answering all of my questions. She just seems so excited to see my pets, and I love that.
I highly recommend this clinic, they are great for the routine stuff, and amazing when it comes to the harder parts of having pets.

After my regular vet who had seen my dogs for 20 years retired I didn't expect to find a vet and a clinic that I felt I could trust or establish that type of personalised relationship with like my dogs and I had with our prior vet because things have really changed with the way people do business in the last decade. After 4 years of searching for the right fit someone recommended Bridlewood Vet and my dogs met Dr Maya. It felt like coming home. The staff are so wonderful. The tech Tori makes me feel my dogs are in capable hands, and most importantly I feel I can trust Dr Maya completely to have my dogs' best interest at heart. I feel that no matter the circumstances they are there to help.

We almost lost our multipoo Winston on the weekend. He was very ill. We brought him to our local Bridlewood Vet clinic for a second opinion after being told he was likely dying of terminal cancer. She took one look at his bloodwork and noted that his electrolytes showed he might have addisons disease (the great pretender). Tests proved her hunch correct! He is now on meds and improving daily! Bridlewood Vet clinic saved our pup! Compassionate, kind and professional! Thank you Dr.Maya!

A fantastic vet clinic. I literally trust them with my pets lives. They're knowledgeable, friendly and they treat urgent matters appropriately.
I've been using their services for almost 20 years. Everything from vaccinations, regular exams, dental work, allergies and scrapes. They cared for one of my dogs from puppy hood to end of life 16 years later. They are caring and will come to your house if requested for compassionate end of life service.
Once I brought an injured (and very angry) hawk to their office. They were completley unfazed!

A fantastic vet clinic. I literally trust them with my pets lives. They're knowledgeable, friendly and they treat urgent matters appropriately.

This is my first time here with Sadie my 6 month old shihzu puppy.
She was spayed today.
Dr. Maya was great. She explained everything that was going to happen. She was very gentle with Sadie and Sadie loved her from the start. She also explained the benefits of pet insurance. I did purchase it after contacting the company.
Donna the front desk lady was also awesome. She took her time getting Sadie entered into their system.
They texted me to say the surgery went well and she was awake and what time she could go home.
Another nice lady named Tori explained everything in detail that I needed to do for the next 2 weeks with Sadie. She also gave me 4 doses of pain medication for Sadie for the next 4 days.
She said to call anytime if I have any concerns.
Great first experience.

They are respectful to both you and your animals ( past and present ) it's not about the money like other vets they love & care for your animals I have called them many times in a day when our boys were in their care always friendly & willing to take their time with you to help out in anyway they can making you feel comfortable even when your sad & crying your eyes out they are there for both you & your furbabies, When we lost our 2 boys due to cancer they went above & beyond to show how much they love & care about your animals... Our baby girl is still going there with much love & respect for the vets... All 3 dogs we have been taken there & couldn't ask for anything more they are the best vets in town!!! I would recommend them to anybody that has animals 1000% love you guys for all you do caring & loving all the way & beyond!!!

I've been taking my dog here since he was a puppy, and I have always been pleased with them. My dog had a traumatic experience at another grooming salon when he was a puppy (girl was very rough with him), so I started taking him to Ashley at Bridlewood Vet. She does a great job every time, and is very good with Baxter when he gets anxious before his appointment. Dr. Maya is also wonderful. Baxter is a neurotic dog, and she is so good with him, and always makes sure our needs and concerns are taken care of. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Maya is who I have dealt with primarily at this clinic. She is fantastic! She loves both cats and dogs. I had never been in this clinic before and when I took a very sick cat (hepatic lipidosis) to her clinic she helped me in every way she could. I ended up taking my cat home and force feeding her. Her quick action and support saved my cat's life. She called me almost every day to check on my kitty. That cat is still with us and we are now all patients of hers. She also helped us welcome a new member to our family, a puppy, and was so excited (which was great for our family as we had just put down our 20 year old cat). Love her. Dr Mark is also very nice!

They cared for one of my dogs from puppy hood to end of life 16 years later. They are caring and will come to your house if requested for compassionate end of life service.
Once I brought an injured (and very angry) hawk to their office. They were completley unfazed!

Ashley does a great job grooming. She easily handles our temperamental male during grooming. I would not consider taking him to another groomer.

She was spayed today.
Dr. Maya was great. She explained everything that was going to happen. She was very gentle with Sadie and Sadie loved her from the start. She also explained the benefits of pet insurance. I did purchase it after contacting the company.
Donna the front desk lady was also awesome. She took her time getting Sadie entered into their system.
They texted me to say the surgery went well and she was awake and what time she could go home.
Another nice lady named Tori explained everything in detail that I needed to do for the next 2 weeks with Sadie. She also gave me 4 doses of pain medication for Sadie for the next 4 days.
She said to call anytime if I have any concerns.
Great first experience.

They are respectful to both you and your animals ( past and present ) it's not about the money like other vets they love & care for your animals I have called them many times in a day when our boys were in their care always friendly & willing to take their time with you to help out in anyway they can making you feel comfortable even when your sad & crying your eyes out they are there for both you & your furbabies, When we lost our 2 boys due to cancer they went above & beyond to show how much they love & care about your animals... Our baby girl is still going there with much love & respect for the vets... All 3 dogs we have been taken there & couldn't ask for anything more they are the best vets in town!!! I would recommend them to anybody that has animals 1000% love you guys for all you do caring & loving all the way & beyond!!!

Hands down one of the most compassionate and caring vet clinics I have ever decided to go to. It was a very emotional and difficult visit and the support and understanding were second to none that I have ever experienced. I've been taking my dog here since he was a puppy, and I have always been pleased with them. My dog had a traumatic experience at another grooming salon when he was a puppy (girl was very rough with him), so I started taking him to Ashley at Bridlewood Vet. She does a great job every time, and is very good with Baxter when he gets anxious before his appointment. Dr. Maya is also wonderful. Baxter is a neurotic dog, and she is so good with him, and always makes sure our needs and concerns are taken care of. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Maya is who I have dealt with primarily at this clinic. She is fantastic! She loves both cats and dogs. I had never been in this clinic before and when I took a very sick cat (hepatic lipidosis) to her clinic she helped me in every way she could. I ended up taking my cat home and force feeding her. Her quick action and support saved my cat's life. She called me almost every day to check on my kitty. That cat is still with us and we are now all patients of hers. She also helped us welcome a new member to our family, a puppy, and was so excited (which was great for our family as we had just put down our 20 year old cat). Love her. Dr Mark is also very nice!
