My boy Slim Shady loves the doc and ladies who care for him here. They are kind. Patient. Knowledgeable. All cats...it's a wonderful place. As a first time cat owner the vet took the time to teach me about his food needs - his body- they clipped his claws and taught me. He was fixed there without an issue or a stitch. Amazing. I can't say enough about the care my boy has had. I love them! Read Less

First and second time I went everyone was super friendly, helpful, and it stresses my cat out less being at a cat only facility.Third time I went (I plan to give them another try because of the good first two experiances) The vet refused to listen to my sudjestions for handling my cat. (and just a quick note I have a vet tech diploma so yes I do know a couple things about animals, and I also know my cat better then anyone else)After they put a towel over her head (yes this works for alot of cats but mine HATES it) after I asked them not to she became crazy (which always happens if you cover her face) and then they refused to treat her without putting her under. My cat is 8 years old, we have been to the Vet at least once a year for the past 8 years and she has NEVER needed to be put under, and if they would have listened to my advice (instead of laughing me off acting like I dont know anything) the exam would have gone perfectly fine. Needless to say I did not scheduel her in to be knocked out for an exam, however I do plan to go again when she needs her shots, and hopfully the Vet will be more willing to listen. Read Less

We've recently been to this clinic numerous times with our new kitten. The staff is nice and 2 out of the three vets are good, but it's the third vet that will prevent us from ever returning. We've seen Dr. Hope twice, firstly, she never introduced herself when she walking in the room, she has no compassion, is very rough around the edges, wreaks of cigarette smoke and is less than informative. We took our kitten in for spraying issues and when questioned if this spraying could be a one time issue, her reply was "I don't know". Could it be our dog isn't fixed? Her reply 'maybe'. Seriously! After taking a urnine sample and $220 later, I left FUMING, vowing never to return. If this vet clinc wants to maintain a 5* rating they need to start by axing this vet. Read Less
