This veterinary clinic and their staff are amazing. I've had pet's all my life (59), and I've never experienced such a caring group of individuals when it comes not just to pet care, but guardian care too. They are so loving and gentle with the animals and understanding when talking to the guardians, especially when it comes to financial issues. They understand cost can sometimes be an issue and don't try to pressure you into anything, all the while not making you feel guilty. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic and trust them implicitly with the health and wellbeing of my pets.

Always friendly and curtious services. Loved when I got my cats first shots and every thing that they gave me a printed card with her baby picture. She has grown and love being able to show her off while I'm out and about. Also professional and affordable. I paid 125 for all her first shots and deworming including the first check up.

The staff were very rude. We are first time puppy owners and expected for them to help us in fulfilling all of her boosters and deworming (as they are the experts). They failed to remember to deworm her. Thankfully we remembered (a week later). They said they tried to contact us but a full week had gone by and they failed to try the other numbers listed. They made it seem as though this was not there mistake and that it was not a big deal. We immediately moved our dog to another vet who stressed the importance of deworming for a rescue who is that young. I am unimpressed at how the staff tried to place blame on us. They said their policy was not to contact any second numbers until a couple of weeks had gone by. For someone who cares for there pet as much as I do , the staffs nonchalance about missed medications is very frustrating. They should have tried the second number especially since both people were as co-owners.

I wouldn't go to any other vet and sad to be leaving this team. Love all the ladies here, they handle my crazies Staffies with ease.

When I brought my sick cat to them they had no hesitation with telling me to go to urgent care and didn't charge me for the visit.

My dog was huffing and sneezing the past couple days, and my regular vet wasn't able to see me today. I called and they got me in within an hour.
The front staff were super friendly on the phone and in person. They went out of the way to say hi to my dog, and were knowledgeable.
The vet (Dr. Lynn) was also very friendly and realistic. She gave me a ton of information regarding my dog, and I left feeling way more comfortable. My dog responded well to all of the staff.
Nothing was pushed on me (insurance, foods, etc). Plus, the clinic is across Mcknight from my house!!
Will definitely recommend and come back.

I have been seeing Dr. Knowler since I brought home my new puppy, Biggie, this past summer. I recently also saw Dr. Haakstad when Dr. Knowler was unavailable. Both of these doctors, along with all the other women I have met at the clinic, have been so kind and knowledgable. Biggie has (unfortunately) been to the vet a lot already, but it has been so great having such trustworthy people taking care of him every time! And I think Biggie actually LIKES going to the vet! But that may be due to all the yummy treats and attention he gets...I would highly recommend bringing your pet to this clinic. We drive 30 minutes to get there from our house, but it's definitely worth the drive! :) Thank you Castleridge!!!

Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I had to bring Mr.Beau in as his regular vet was unable to see him. He suffers with horrible anxiety and to my amazement the visit was very calm and stress free for my boy. Thank you to all of the staff that welcomed us into the clinic today and went out of their way to ensure Mr. Beau was as relaxed as possible. After today's visit I will continue to bring my dogs to your clinic!

We had our cat Reeses in this past week after a leg injury, and I can say nothing but great things about the people here! The reception staff are always friendly and very helpful, getting us into a room and offering us coffee, tea, or water in no time at all. Then the vet came in almost right away! Her exam was very thorough but very gentle on her pained hip. Turns out she broke her femur! We are now waiting for surgery, but will always recommend friends and family to this wonderful clinic! Every person in the clinic cares about your pet and treats them like their own. We have had some horror stories with some other vets in Calgary, but can say nothing wrong about anyone who works here!

The staff at this clinic are beyond amazing. They have so much heart and compassion. I feel like they are my family as I have been with them for 20 + years. They have treated all my cats and they have been through the good and bad with us. Recently my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and we were able to get 3 years of extra time with the knowledge and expertise of these people. If you are looking for a good clinic this is your place.

Went to get my puppy his first shots today, and there are absolutely amazing with him. The staff was very professional and patient, well he was screaming his head off...lol. The doctor was very thorough and patient as he jumped up trying to knock her down and stealing kisses..(playboy). The price was reasonable and there was no up selling for food. I have found my forever vet...:-). They also have us a free pet id card, a magnet with his pic on it, a free id tag, a package of puppy info, a free bag with goodies in it... I love free...lol...overall great experience...:-)

My family has been going to Castleridge Vet Clinic for at least 15 years and now I go there with my dogs. My dog recently hurt himself and they fit us in that day, without any problem. They looked at him, gave us some options and were kind yet informative. I couldn't be more thankful to have such a great team of people to take care of my fur babies!!!

I brought my kitten here as I adopted her from an out of town Humane society that works with the clinic. I'd just like to say, I couldn't be happier.. she's only been in for her shots so far but the staff is so warm and welcoming! I just received a card in the mail welcoming me and my cat (Mica) to the clinic and it made my day. I will definitely bring her and all future pets to this clinic.

And they always phone you a few days later and follow up with you and ask how everything is going and if you have any questions, LOVE that so much .

I have been seeing Dr. Knowler since I brought home my new puppy, Biggie, this past summer. I recently also saw Dr. Haakstad when Dr. Knowler was unavailable. Both of these doctors, along with all the other women I have met at the clinic, have been so kind and knowledgable. Biggie has (unfortunately) been to the vet a lot already, but it has been so great having such trustworthy people taking care of him every time! And I think Biggie actually LIKES going to the vet! But that may be due to all the yummy treats and attention he gets...I would highly recommend bringing your pet to this clinic. We drive 30 minutes to get there from our house, but it's definitely worth the drive! :) Thank you Castleridge!!!

I was also very impressed with the puppy information package that I got the other day when I took my new little guy in to meet and greet them all. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I had to bring Mr.Beau in as his regular vet was unable to see him. He suffers with horrible anxiety and to my amazement the visit was very calm and stress free for my boy. Thank you to all of the staff that welcomed us into the clinic today and went out of their way to ensure Mr. Beau was as relaxed as possible. After today's visit I will continue to bring my dogs to your clinic!

We had our cat Reeses in this past week after a leg injury, and I can say nothing but great things about the people here! The reception staff are always friendly and very helpful, getting us into a room and offering us coffee, tea, or water in no time at all. Then the vet came in almost right away! Her exam was very thorough but very gentle on her pained hip. Turns out she broke her femur! We are now waiting for surgery, but will always recommend friends and family to this wonderful clinic! Every person in the clinic cares about your pet and treats them like their own. We have had some horror stories with some other vets in Calgary, but can say nothing wrong about anyone who works here!

The staff at this clinic are beyond amazing. They have so much heart and compassion. I feel like they are my family as I have been with them for 20 + years. They have treated all my cats and they have been through the good and bad with us. Recently my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and we were able to get 3 years of extra time with the knowledge and expertise of these people. If you are looking for a good clinic this is your place.

Went to get my puppy his first shots today, and there are absolutely amazing with him. The staff was very professional and patient, well he was screaming his head off...lol. The doctor was very thorough and patient as he jumped up trying to knock her down and stealing kisses..(playboy). The price was reasonable and there was no up selling for food. I have found my forever vet...:-). They also have us a free pet id card, a magnet with his pic on it, a free id tag, a package of puppy info, a free bag with goodies in it... I love free...lol...overall great experience...:-)
