The staff were very rude. We are first time puppy owners and expected for them to help us in fulfilling all of her boosters and deworming (as they are the experts). They failed to remember to deworm her. Thankfully we remembered (a week later). They said they tried to contact us but a full week had gone by and they failed to try the other numbers listed. They made it seem as though this was not there mistake and that it was not a big deal. We immediately moved our dog to another vet who stressed the importance of deworming for a rescue who is that young. I am unimpressed at how the staff tried to place blame on us. They said their policy was not to contact any second numbers until a couple of weeks had gone by. For someone who cares for there pet as much as I do , the staffs nonchalance about missed medications is very frustrating. They should have tried the second number especially since both people were as co-owners. Read Less

After going through 2 other vets and bogus info. These guys are amazing. I'm relocating back to Australia and taking my fur baby. These guys are working perfectly with my pet travel agent. I take all my pets here. The staff knowledgeable and kind. They know me and my pets. They remind me of vaccinations, checkups, and appointments by tech instead of phone calls or mail. My dog was huffing and sneezing the past couple days, and my regular vet wasn't able to see me today. I called and they got me in within an hour. The front staff were super friendly on the phone and in person. They went out of the way to say hi to my dog, and were knowledgeable. The vet (Dr. Lynn) was also very friendly and realistic. She gave me a ton of information regarding my dog, and I left feeling way more comfortable. My dog responded well to all of the staff. Nothing was pushed on me (insurance, foods, etc). My family has been going to Castleridge Vet Clinic for at least 15 years and now I go there with my dogs. My dog recently hurt himself and they fit us in that day, without any problem. We have been taking our dog Bel-Air here for years and now our rescue dog Muffin. The staff is so patient and loving with them. Like they are part of their own family. I have been seeing Dr. Knowler since I brought home my new puppy, Biggie, this past summer. I recently also saw Dr. Haakstad when Dr. Knowler was unavailable. Both of these doctors, along with all the other women I have met at the clinic, have been so kind and knowledgable. Biggie has (unfortunately) been to the vet a lot already, but it has been so great having such trustworthy people taking care of him every time! And I think Biggie actually LIKES going to the vet! But that may be due to all the yummy treats and attention he gets...I would highly recommend bringing your pet to this clinic. He suffers with horrible anxiety and to my amazement the visit was very calm and stress free for my boy. We had our cat Reeses in this past week after a leg injury, and I can say nothing but great things about the people here! The reception staff are always friendly and very helpful, getting us into a room and offering us coffee, tea, or water in no time at all. Then the vet came in almost right away! Her exam was very thorough but very gentle on her pained hip. Turns out she broke her femur! We are now waiting for surgery, but will always recommend friends and family to this wonderful clinic! Every person in the clinic cares about your pet and treats them like their own. We have had some horror stories with some other vets in Calgary, but can say nothing wrong about anyone who works here! The staff at this clinic are beyond amazing. They have so much heart and compassion. I feel like they are my family as I have been with them for 20 + years. They have treated all my cats and they have been through the good and bad with us. Recently my cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and we were able to get 3 years of extra time with the knowledge and expertise of these people. Went to get my puppy his first shots today, and there are absolutely amazing with him. The staff was very professional and patient, well he was screaming his head off...lol. The doctor was very thorough and patient as he jumped up trying to knock her down and stealing kisses..(playboy). The price was reasonable and there was no up selling for food. I have found my forever vet...:-). They also have us a free pet id card, a magnet with his pic on it, a free id tag, a package of puppy info, a free bag with goodies in it...
