The groomer is rude!! I had an appointment booked for my dog and she called me and said she can’t groom him anymore. she didn’t want to do what we’ve always done and call me when she was starting on h...
The groomer is rude!! I had an appointment booked for my dog and she called me and said she can’t groom him anymore. she didn’t want to do what we’ve always done and call me when she was starting on her last dog to bring him in. (he has anxiety in kennels and with my child on a schedule we’re I can’t leave the house till 10am.) and then went on to say she wants to retire to go find someone else to groom him. When she could’ve asked if I could do the normal drop off.

we have been clients of chaparral vet clinic for about 5yrs. the 2 drs are very friendly and very knowledgeable. we would never consider anyone else care for panda.
unfortunately father time caught up with panda and we made the most difficult decision to relieve him of his pain and suffering. through this very difficult process, the entire staff was very compasionate and caring. they ALL made the process as comfortable for us and for our very sick family member. they never hurried the peocess and gave us as mych time to say goodbye as we needed. they allowed us to stay with panda till he passed to puppy heaven.
a huge thank u to all the staff for your caring and understaning.
ps....a very special thank you to andrea. she made this difficult time easier on both debbie and i.

I have been bringing my dog to the vets here for a couple of years now, and they have always offered exceptional care. Most recently my dog had dental work done there including a cleaning and extraction. Being my 'only child' I was very anxious about leaving her for the day. The entire team were so good and understanding about my concerns. They called me with frequent updates, and I know that my dog was in very good hands. I don't normally take the time to write a review, but given my experiences I felt compelled to leave one now to let everyone know how caring and compassionate the team here are. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are great. A husband and wife vet clinic, they NEVER keep trying to reach into your pocket, the work with every budget and are very passionate about taking care of animals. They even kept our dog with them as he is a needy, spoiled dog and doesn't like to be by himself. Something a great VET does. I will recommend them to anyone!

I was lucky enough to find this vet when I lived in Chaparral, and even since moving 20mins further away, I still come back. I have never been able to find another vet clinic so caring and helpful. When my cat had an eye problem, Dr Gadzhev was beyond helpful and reassuring. I constantly recommend them to other people and will probably never stop bringing my animals here! The receptionists are friendly and the whole team are just lovely people. Thanks for all you do for our animals!

When I requested special vaccine for my dogs, he went above and beyond to get them for me in time.
Stuff is superb- Andreea is very accommodating and will go extra mile to make the customer happy.

I was very disappointed to find that they don't do grooming for cats anymore. My cat needs grooming for his mats each spring, and I was happy to take him here for the last three years. Then this year, they stated that they've hired a groomer that refuses to help cats, leaving us no choice but to look for help elsewhere. Very disappointed.

After adopting a senior, small breed from a local rescue I realized he was still having dental issues, by constantly pawing at his mouth. With a little research I found out that the clinic nearby where he was initially treated (just 4 months ago!!!) only removed some teeth, and not all affected by his periodontitis :( Thanks to Chaparral Vet Clinic my pooch can finally let his true personality shine, without pain! I'm so glad I went to see them for a second opinion. These Dr's genuinely care. Highly recommended!

Not impressed. Was quoted DOUBLE for dental surgery. Then was asked if we wanted bloodwork when we were there, instead of waiting for the day of surgery. Said yes, and was then charged for a STAT bloo...
Not impressed. Was quoted DOUBLE for dental surgery. Then was asked if we wanted bloodwork when we were there, instead of waiting for the day of surgery. Said yes, and was then charged for a STAT blood test. Ummm...what? Do not recommend.

unfortunately father time caught up with panda and we made the most difficult decision to relieve him of his pain and suffering. through this very difficult process, the entire staff was very compasionate and caring. they ALL made the process as comfortable for us and for our very sick family member. they never hurried the peocess and gave us as mych time to say goodbye as we needed. they allowed us to stay with panda till he passed to puppy heaven.

I have been bringing my dog to the vets here for a couple of years now, and they have always offered exceptional care. Most recently my dog had dental work done there including a cleaning and extraction. Being my 'only child' I was very anxious about leaving her for the day. The entire team were so good and understanding about my concerns. They called me with frequent updates, and I know that my dog was in very good hands. I don't normally take the time to write a review, but given my experiences I felt compelled to leave one now to let everyone know how caring and compassionate the team here are. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are great. A husband and wife vet clinic, they NEVER keep trying to reach into your pocket, the work with every budget and are very passionate about taking care of animals. They even kept our dog with them as he is a needy, spoiled dog and doesn't like to be by himself. Something a great VET does. I will recommend them to anyone!

I was lucky enough to find this vet when I lived in Chaparral, and even since moving 20mins further away, I still come back. I have never been able to find another vet clinic so caring and helpful. When my cat had an eye problem, Dr Gadzhev was beyond helpful and reassuring. I constantly recommend them to other people and will probably never stop bringing my animals here! The receptionists are friendly and the whole team are just lovely people. Thanks for all you do for our animals!
