I want to thank Dr. Kayla and her staff for the exceptional care and attention they provided me and my 14 year old Chihuahua Pepe. Dr. Kayla was amazing like no other vet I have experienced. She was in constant communication with me. She was genuinely concerned about Pepe's rapid deteriorating health and gave sound recommendations and referral to CARE for further testing and ultrasound. Unfortunately, the results were not good and I had to make the one of the most difficult decisions of my life in order to prevent my fur baby from further pain and suffering. The compassion displayed by Dr. Kayla and her staff was exceptional. My husband and I will be forever grateful.

Dr. Erin Parchello was recommended to me by friends as a reliable second opinion when I was feeling at a loss with my (then) current vet and their dismissive diagnosis of my wire fox terrier, Murphy. Dr. Erin immediately asked for Murph’s complete prior medical history so she could begin a deep dive into what could be ailing her. When Murph took a terrible turn the next day, Dr. Erin expedited our admission to an emergency hospital she trusted close to our home within 20 minutes of our phone call, forwarding Murphy’s records to them and briefing the admitting staff for me. It is now 8 weeks later and Murphy just received a clean bill of health after 2 months of intense internal medicinal therapy. We are thankful for the diligence and care shown to us by Dr. Erin and very happy to have her as our new family vet.

My experience at Cranston vet clinic was exceptional. We saw Dr.Erin Parchello. She was just Lovely. She listened to my concerns, was kind and loving to my cat,Tobi and she was just so easy to talk to. She is so down to earth. I would and have reccomended Dr.Parchello to all my friends and family. Very confused about the other reviews on here as they are so different than my experience it makes me wonder if some of the other reviews are fake. Worst experience I’ve had at a vet. I felt like all they cared about was the money. Just a few of the issues:
I.)When we arrived for our appointment, we were barely greeted or spoken to. We waited for 40 minutes past our appointment time before someone finally came to us.
2.) they tried to take my dog ‘to the back’ without me, despite my insistence that I would like to stay with her while she gets her injection
3.) the vet tech didn’t even introduce who she was (and seemed to be offended when I asked if she was the vet). They didn’t even seem to care about my dog, at all

I love this vet clinic. The vets are wonderful and super compassionate and go above and beyond (especially Dr P!!). They took such great care of my old girl through several surgeries and when she passed away. They are my vet for my other dogs and cat and I feel confident that my pets are getting world class treatment.
Reasonable prices for top notch care, and the peace of mind that your pets are being taken care of with as much love as you could give them is worth that 10 times over.

We had to take our dog in for euthanasia and the staff were amazing during such a hard time for us. We were taken directly into one of their rooms which had a nice little bed set up on the exam table, they explained everything and let us stay as long as we liked. They also let us sign the papers and pay inside the room. Dr. Erin and the vet tech who assisted us were very kind

Good veterinary clinic. We were well taken care of, and even though our issue ended up being a bigger issue than we all originally thought, they kept within the estimate range, and we had adequate additional follow up care (that wasn't expected) that required no additional payments. Our dog is in much better shape, our concerns were addressed (even the paranoid ones), and no surprise costs (even though there were surprises that created more work). So we're happy.

Martin, Agnes and the staff were phenomenal. Our male cat (Raf) had a urinary tract infection and we had taken him to emergency but had a terrible experience there. Then we came and saw Martin at the Cranston Vet. Hospital where he provided great advice. Our cat's well being was a top priority for Martin, he consistently updated us on Raf's status and his advice saved us money. The level of care was outstanding along with the overall service. Raf is now doing really well.

Absolutely my favourite people. Agnes and Marty care about animals and pet parents. Does it cost to own a beautiful friend, yes it sure does. Pet parents need to invest in pets to ensure health! I have never been overcharged or taken advantage of at Cranston. In fact they ask me , prepare me and always educate me 1000% about my three dogs needs. I consider the clinic part of my family and a wonderful gift to turn to for Maximus, Sully, and Finn. Thank you so much gang, for always welcoming me home!

I have a french bulldog Mary-Lou who has had some long on going health concerns. Dr Martin Baer and his staff have been amazing with her over the past year. The staff is so personable and this clinic genuinely takes the time to get to know you and your pet! They love what they do and it shows! It has been a long time since we needed Veterinarian services and we were fortunate enough to find the services and great people at Cranston Vet Hospital. Our puppy Maggie had a few medical issues early on and Marty treated her so well, she loved going there and was never uneasy or scared.
The staff all treated Maggie so well - she was excited to see them each time we visited. We recently had her Spayed and she recovered really well and is back to 100%. The Hospital is easy to find just off Deerfoot in a small strip mall in Cranston. The space is new with lots of parking around.
Highly recommend Marty and Agnes as Vets and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Our special dog Frankie first went to the clinic for his initial assessment when we adopted him at 2 months old. The entire clinic staff was not only welcoming, but they understood that we didn't want to "fix" him (he has hydrocephalus). We never felt pressured into treatments, they talked about options and respected us if we refused them.
When he accidentally fell as a puppy, they took him in last minute and took care of him for the afternoon.
Frankie got neutered last week and is doing fantastic, no infections, no change in personality. They had everything in place should his head swell, which thankfully didn't happen.

We had taken our cat Chloe to this clinic aprroximately three months ago, she was showing signs of diabetes. The staff greeted us very nicely and handled Chloe extremely well. At the appointment it was confirmed that in fact she had diabetes where we changed her diet per the Clinic's recommendation. Her condition improved in short order but had already had other issues that were not able to reverse.
Unfortunately we had to have Chloe put down and we again visited this Clinic who handle this process extremely well. From the time we arrived, they knew what we faced, consoling us and explained the process and how it would be handle.
Very professional from what our family experienced, from the good times to the difficult ones. We now take our other cat their and recommend the Cranston Veterinary Hospital to all pet owners that we are in contact with.

My rabbit had a rectal prolapse and was scared and in pain as soon as we got there they took him in, making sure that even though we hadn't even finished filling out the sheet the rabbit wasn't in too bad a condition and was comfortable. Once they started checking his health and such they asked me how he liked to be held and ensured the rabbit was calm, the vet then told me how to fix his problem, how to treat him and how to check his health otherwise. The cost for this was 58$ including GST. The vet was good with small animals and the pricing for a last minute patient was good. I went in to get help and I got a check up, information, a diagnosis and had my rabbit cured. Would recommend for small animals, my friend tells me they take good care of cats as well.

We had to take our dog in for euthanasia and the staff were amazing during such a hard time for us. We were taken directly into one of their rooms which had a nice little bed set up on the exam table, they explained everything and let us stay as long as we liked. They also let us sign the papers and pay inside the room. Dr. Erin and the vet tech who assisted us were very kind

Good veterinary clinic. We were well taken care of, and even though our issue ended up being a bigger issue than we all originally thought, they kept within the estimate range, and we had adequate additional follow up care (that wasn't expected) that required no additional payments. Our dog is in much better shape, our concerns were addressed (even the paranoid ones), and no surprise costs (even though there were surprises that created more work). So we're happy.

Martin, Agnes and the staff were phenomenal. Our male cat (Raf) had a urinary tract infection and we had taken him to emergency but had a terrible experience there. Then we came and saw Martin at the Cranston Vet. Hospital where he provided great advice. Our cat's well being was a top priority for Martin, he consistently updated us on Raf's status and his advice saved us money. The level of care was outstanding along with the overall service. Raf is now doing really well.

Absolutely my favourite people. Agnes and Marty care about animals and pet parents. Does it cost to own a beautiful friend, yes it sure does. Pet parents need to invest in pets to ensure health! I have never been overcharged or taken advantage of at Cranston. In fact they ask me , prepare me and always educate me 1000% about my three dogs needs. I consider the clinic part of my family and a wonderful gift to turn to for Maximus, Sully, and Finn. Thank you so much gang, for always welcoming me home!

It has been a long time since we needed Veterinarian services and we were fortunate enough to find the services and great people at Cranston Vet Hospital. Our puppy Maggie had a few medical issues early on and Marty treated her so well, she loved going there and was never uneasy or scared.
The staff all treated Maggie so well - she was excited to see them each time we visited. We recently had her Spayed and she recovered really well and is back to 100%. The Hospital is easy to find just off Deerfoot in a small strip mall in Cranston. The space is new with lots of parking around.
Highly recommend Marty and Agnes as Vets and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Our special dog Frankie first went to the clinic for his initial assessment when we adopted him at 2 months old. The entire clinic staff was not only welcoming, but they understood that we didn't want to "fix" him (he has hydrocephalus). We never felt pressured into treatments, they talked about options and respected us if we refused them.
When he accidentally fell as a puppy, they took him in last minute and took care of him for the afternoon.
Frankie got neutered last week and is doing fantastic, no infections, no change in personality. They had everything in place should his head swell, which thankfully didn't happen.

We had taken our cat Chloe to this clinic aprroximately three months ago, she was showing signs of diabetes. The staff greeted us very nicely and handled Chloe extremely well. At the appointment it was confirmed that in fact she had diabetes where we changed her diet per the Clinic's recommendation. Her condition improved in short order but had already had other issues that were not able to reverse.
Unfortunately we had to have Chloe put down and we again visited this Clinic who handle this process extremely well. From the time we arrived, they knew what we faced, consoling us and explained the process and how it would be handle.
Very professional from what our family experienced, from the good times to the difficult ones. We now take our other cat their and recommend the Cranston Veterinary Hospital to all pet owners that we are in contact with.

My rabbit had a rectal prolapse and was scared and in pain as soon as we got there they took him in, making sure that even though we hadn't even finished filling out the sheet the rabbit wasn't in too bad a condition and was comfortable. Once they started checking his health and such they asked me how he liked to be held and ensured the rabbit was calm, the vet then told me how to fix his problem, how to treat him and how to check his health otherwise. The cost for this was 58$ including GST. The vet was good with small animals and the pricing for a last minute patient was good. I went in to get help and I got a check up, information, a diagnosis and had my rabbit cured. Would recommend for small animals, my friend tells me they take good care of cats as well.
