My fur baby recently stepped on something under the snow while we were hiking and cut her pad. The healthcare provided to us was top notch, being concise and friendly with a successful recovery. Overall, the new ownership/team at Crowchild Trail Vet Clinic was a 5 star experience and my dog and I would recommend it to any animal in need of a Dr.

Unfortunately not a fan of this clinic or vet. I found it very difficult to understand the information provided by Dr. Hagan and was never given alternatives in treatment options. Now that I have moved to a new vet I also came to realize that there are many newer treatments and vaccines that are less expensive and more effective than the outdated treatments offered at this clinic including vaccines that only need to be administered once every three years rather than every year which is going to save me not only money but time as well! Don’t like leaving poor reviews but I am super happy that I decided to switch vets. I will say the major plus about the clinic was that they seem to be able to get you in for last minute appointments no problem... mind you that could be because they aren’t too busy and with good reason...

Dr Bob and his team went way above and beyond the call of duty in caring for my cat, who had a very obscure autoimmune condition and a host of other issues. He was her vet for 17 years. When the time finally came to let her go, they were the most compassionate and thoughtful people I've ever encountered. If you want a dedicated vet who will go out of his way to get everything right, this is the place to go.

My fur baby recently stepped on something under the snow while we were hiking and cut her pad. The healthcare provided to us was top notch, being concise and friendly with a successful recovery.
