Now known as V.C.A. Dalhousie Veterinary. I just had the best experience I have ever had at the vet. And so did my Cat.The office is easily accessible and very easy to find. Right at Dalhousie CTrain stn. It is modern, neat, clean, welcoming. The front desk staff are great. Friendly, helpful, kind, quick. The doctor I saw today was terrific. She greeted me and my cat with smiles. Very thorough check up for her new patient. Concern, caring thoughtful questions. Prompt fast service, checking prices with me before going ahead with necessary test. So kind.I don't mind paying when I get this service. And then after the visit I got a very detailed PDF of everything discussed and possible future treatments and my cat got a birthday card on line. Highly Highly recommend this office. Read Less

Very disappointed in quality of care. Took my new puppy in for cherry eye and the vet who treated him, seemed clueless as to what to do, very scatter-brained. The drops the vet gave him just made his little eye bleed. She didn't offer to do anything to fix the problem. She said he might need surgery but they had a vet there who could do it. When i called the next day to book it, I was told the vet who does that kind of surgery was retiring and not doing surgery anymore. I am done with them, their prices are HIgh and quality of care is low. I have found a new vet at Calgary North who is fantastic and actually treated my puppy's condition for the money that was charged. Read Less

I have taken my dog there for 9 years and they always seemed like a excellent vet clinic. My dog got diagnosed with arthritis from them and they checked her teeth saying they were good only 1 needed to be extracted at some point my dog has been known for poor teeth and would get cleaned every 2-3 years. 6 months later she lost so much weight I took her to a different clinic thinking she had cancer or something just as serious to find out her teeth were so bad that she was at stage 4 periodontal disease. She had exposed jawbone and pus coming out of her back molars. This should have been caught back when I was last at the Dalhousie station vet clinic as teeth don't detoriate that fast in 6 months. Due to the lack of proper care from Dalhousie station vet clinic she lost 25% of her body weight. She's ok now and I am working on getting weight back on her thanks to my new vet. Read Less
