BEST clinic around! I take my 2 dogs here and absolutely love the staff members. We get greeted at the door right away and the facility is very clean! Dr Sprisler is very detailed and addresses all my questions and concerns. She goes over everything in great detail beforehand. My two boys are very fortunate to have such a wonderful clinic like Panorama! Highly recommended!!

Upon first visit, I was actually very happy with this clinic. Dr. Mundy was awesome and informative, and they seemed to care about my rescue dog. When I brought my pup for her second round of shots, however, I was very unimpressed. After shots, the receptionist (not the vet) told me that they were concerned about her weight and that I need a blood test before getting my dog spayed. The explanation as to what this was was weak, so I left and researched, only scaring myself more. I called back as I was concerned, and was still left feeling extremely uneasy. I took my pup to another vet, only to be told that my puppy was extremely healthy, but the breed that I was told she was was actually false. Her actual breed was approx. 50lb lighter than what I was told to expect.They tried to scared me into spending more money, and for that reason, I do not recommend this vet.

I actually started recently going here with my dog as I have heard amazing things about this practise. Not only are staff highly knowledgeable, prices are reasonable, they explain everything thoroughly and the girls were quite knowledgeable about pet insurance- they saved me TONS of money!!! What impressed me the most is how much they cared about me and my dog as clients, not seen for money like my previous vet practise. This practise has given me hope as I see how these people have loving hearts and truely care about our furry family members. I would 300% recommend this clinic, best one I have been to in over 20 years in Calgary

PLEASE READ!!!!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST VETERINARY CLINIC I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! And I grew up on a farm with many animals and have encountered a plethora of veterinarians and clinics. This one is by far the least professional, most uneducated and uninformative. The only thing they are good at is swindling more money out of you for things that are irrelevant to the initial visit. The mousy older looking secretary with blond hair, blue eyes and glasses was completely oblivious to everything like how the insurance policy worked, misinformed me of what had been done, gave me a wrong quote, sneakily added a bag of dog food on my bill without asking and couldn't even do the math to come to a definitive conclusion of what was owing. I didn't even get to speak to the vet even though I was clearly upset disputing the bill and complaining about the service. I had so many concerns I had stated on the intake form I filled out, you would think that would cue the vet to take some action in rectifying a situation potentially detrimental to that business but nope, I left upset and crying and nobody cared except my puppy. I would honestly give this place and it's employees a -5 stars if I could.

These vets saved our cat's life, and were so gracious, kind, and patient with me being a mess of emotions and having difficultly finding the money to pay while they did so. Dr. Sprissler is absolutely fantastic every time we see her and the administrative staff are so friendly. We owe them our baby's life and will be clients of theirs for as long as we live here as a result. Thanks again!

Terrible!! My dog had an appointment for surgery for 1 lump removal and they called me stating they were removing 6 instead as per their notes they had on file. My dog does not have 6 lumps!! I was extremely worried as they didn't know what they were doing to our poor dog and did not feel safe leaving him with them. I called them back and told them not to touch my dog and picked him up immediately and took him somewhere else. I had requested a call back from the doctor herself and no one has called me as they clearly don't care about my dog or what happens to him. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER recommend this place! If you love your pet do not bring them here.

Took my little pup here a couple weeks and was super impressed. The front staff were kind, welcoming and friendly, and the vet we had was honest, and knowledgable. Plus she gave my dogs treats, and actually cared about him. Some vets will tell you anything to get you to come back, or spend money. She was honest, and great and that is why we will go back. Highly recommended.

I think the vet needs to be a good fit to build a relationship with us. Dr. Sprissler has been so helpful in treating my Westie. My dog had many issues, needed surgery and throughout the whole ordeal of 2 years, Dr. Sprissler has been great in treating Cloud and reducing our anxieties with him.
She was very compassionate, informative and patient when I had to make very tough decisions around my dog's treatment. Without her help, I'm not sure if my dog would be around today.

I agree with Jon, each time I have been in there the vet tries to up sale on other items. Plus, they don't provide enough information to the owner on what they are providing and what to expect. I have been very disappointed by the level of service and the overall costs that I have had to endure. I am moving to another vet with a much better rep. and offers better costs.

This vet is honestly amazing! I was looking for a vet for my Pomeranian as my precious vet retired just before she needed to be spayed. I was very nervous about finding a new vet but everything at panorama hills is so kind and really animal lovers. They make me have no concerns when I have to take her there. It is very clean and small which I thinks makes it very personal. There is only ever maybe 1 person waiting if any every time I am there which means they really know how to handle their schedules. All around amazing service and wonderful people! Thanks panorama for making my heart and Baydas life at ease!

We recently took our two westies here to get their teeth cleaned. We were a little nervous about having them under anesthetic, but were assured that they would be well taken care of...and that they were. As soon as they were done and awake, we received a call from the nurse letting us know that they were awake and doing really well. The communication was excellent throughout the procedure as one of our dogs needed a couple of teeth pulled-Dr. Sprissler let us know right away. We have only been coming to this vet for about a year (after our other vet closed) and are SO happy with the service and care that they provide! Glad we found them!

Upon first visit, I was actually very happy with this clinic. Dr. Mundy was awesome and informative, and they seemed to care about my rescue dog. When I brought my pup for her second round of shots, however, I was very unimpressed. After shots, the receptionist (not the vet) told me that they were concerned about her weight and that I need a blood test before getting my dog spayed. I was extremely worried as they didn't know what they were doing to our poor dog and did not feel safe leaving him with them. I called them back and told them not to touch my dog and picked him up immediately and took him somewhere else. I had requested a call back from the doctor herself and no one has called me as they clearly don't care about my dog or what happens to him. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER recommend this place! If you love your pet do not bring them here.

Took my little pup here a couple weeks and was super impressed. The front staff were kind, welcoming and friendly, and the vet we had was honest, and knowledgable. Plus she gave my dogs treats, and actually cared about him. Some vets will tell you anything to get you to come back, or spend money. She was honest, and great and that is why we will go back. Highly recommended.

I think the vet needs to be a good fit to build a relationship with us. Dr. Sprissler has been so helpful in treating my Westie. My dog had many issues, needed surgery and throughout the whole ordeal of 2 years, Dr. Sprissler has been great in treating Cloud and reducing our anxieties with him.
She was very compassionate, informative and patient when I had to make very tough decisions around my dog's treatment. Without her help, I'm not sure if my dog would be around today.

I agree with Jon, each time I have been in there the vet tries to up sale on other items. Plus, they don't provide enough information to the owner on what they are providing and what to expect. I have been very disappointed by the level of service and the overall costs that I have had to endure. I am moving to another vet with a much better rep. and offers better costs.

This vet is honestly amazing! I was looking for a vet for my Pomeranian as my precious vet retired just before she needed to be spayed. I was very nervous about finding a new vet but everything at panorama hills is so kind and really animal lovers. They make me have no concerns when I have to take her there. It is very clean and small which I thinks makes it very personal. There is only ever maybe 1 person waiting if any every time I am there which means they really know how to handle their schedules. All around amazing service and wonderful people! Thanks panorama for making my heart and Baydas life at ease!

We recently took our two westies here to get their teeth cleaned. We were a little nervous about having them under anesthetic, but were assured that they would be well taken care of...and that they were. As soon as they were done and awake, we received a call from the nurse letting us know that they were awake and doing really well. The communication was excellent throughout the procedure as one of our dogs needed a couple of teeth pulled-Dr. Sprissler let us know right away. We have only been coming to this vet for about a year (after our other vet closed) and are SO happy with the service and care that they provide! Glad we found them!
