Dr Morley and staff were amazing with my small dog! My dog had a huge neck abcess which ultimately needed surgery. All the staff were so helpful. Shannon took their time explaining and giving instruction for care and what to watch for. I also had a terrible time with my pet insurance and Laurie who works front desk was so helpful with sorting things out!
I would reccommend this clinic to all my friends with pets!

We are a first-time puppy family so weren’t sure what to expect with a trip to the vet for our first checkup and vaccines. From the initial call back (I had left my contact information a few hours earlier via the website), to the friendly greeting at the office, to the way Shannon and Dr. Morley engaged with my daughters and answered their questions, to the gentle manner each staff member had with Toby, we felt absolutely taken care of as a family. It turned out our puppy had a mild ear infection and I appreciated how Dr. Morley gave us two options regarding how to treat it and the one of his assistants clearly outlined the costs associated with each. It left us feeling knowledgeable and respected- like we can trust Dr. Morley’s best interests for our pet and pocketbooks. We left feeling we’d struck gold to find such a great vet clinic- and only 5 minutes from home!

We got our senior labradoodle Minnie for almost 3 years now and have been at this Clinic ever since. Everybody, the staff and the doctors are very friendly and very kind, not just towards the animals. What I probably like the most with them is the circumstance that the actual costs have always been under the estimate. I'd rather be quoted a bit higher and be prepared for the worst, instead of receiving a big surprise after the procedure is done. The other positive reason why we proceed going there, is that Dr. Morley is not rushing us to do anything. His gentle way, how he treats our old lady, makes us come back. Even though we live way down south of Calgary.

I have been bringing my little Sphynx cat Shelly here since the day we got her. The service is exceptional and it is definitely worth making the 25 minute drive. Shelly has special requirements and sensitivities and the team at Properties work closely with the specialists at CARE to provide her state-of-the-art care. Dr. Palacios is the cat whisperer...Shelly gets right into her arms when she walks into the exam room. Dr. Morley is great and runs a smooth operating clinic. We have been seeing Properties Animal Clinic for 11 years. They have always treated our pets very professionally. The vets have been willing to listen to our concerns and explain things very well. Recently we moved to Red Deer and took our dogs to a local vet. The level of service was not what we were used to. Needless to say, we are continuing to make the 1 1/2 hour drive, so we can see Dr. Morley or Dr. Kim. The office staff are very welcoming and love greeting the dogs.

I have taken all my cats to Dr. Morley for years and have always had very positive experiences. We live across the city but will always make the trip because we know our kitties will be in good hands. The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable and make us feel comfortable, even in difficult situations such as having to euthanize our elderly cat earlier this year. We took our new kitten in last night and had a great first visit-- Dr. Morley and staff always address our concerns and questions very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this clinic and vet to anyone looking for genuine and compassionate care for their animals.

I've been taking my dog to see Dr. Morley since she was a puppy, so about 8 years now. Last August he recommended to me that Luna should go on a diet as she was over weight a whopping 11.8lbs. Luna is the sweetest Chihuahua there ever could be and he stressed to me that with her being over weight lots of issues whee l were bound to crop up. First off her issue with her joints and the fact this could lead to arthritis in the future. Not to mention a shorter life span and risks of cancer. So we put her on Hill's metabolic plus and she was no longer allowed to have treats. I followed the diet plan strictly and this August when she went in for her shots....... Bum bum bum..... She weighed a slim 7.6lbs!!!!! We were all so excited, Luna looks better than ever and Dr. Morley says she's ready for her skinny jeans now, lol.

Dr. Morley and the entire staff were so kind at this difficult time. I have been bringing in my new cat Dennis to the Clinic for annual checkups these last two years. Dr. Morley is thorough and gentle with his examinations, which a street-cat like Dennis seems to appreciate. Dr. Morley also jots down his recommendations concerning any questions I might have regarding behaviour, diet, food choices, etc., on Denniss chart and sends a copy home with me for my reference. I really appreciate the good care provided by Dr. Morley and his staff and the friendly atmosphere at the Clinic.

This is probably one of the best clinics I will and have ever gone to.
Emily Manktelow is someone I have been dealing with over the year and a half I have had to go to Properties Animal Clinic, and has always made my visit much brighter. With her warm and honest welcome, the trip to the vet for my kitties is much easier. She remembers your name the first time she meets you, and remembers your animals you bring in and treats them as if they are her own. During the passing of my beloved Oreo, she stood by my side as he passed and made the grieving process just that much easier. His sister passed 2 months later and had to be at a different location, and the service was nothing close to what Emily brings.
Kent the main veterinarian and owner is also absolutely wonderful, he is extremely knowledgeable and will always prepare you in terms of the health of your pet. He is always open for questions that you have and treats your pet as one of his own as well. Kent is always there for you and brings you the information you need faster than any other clinic. He takes time and care with your pet, and treats with respect and professionalism.
Truly this Animal Clinic is the best out there in Calgary and the surrounding areas. The rooms are always spotless, there is always someone there to assist you and welcome you, and they truly treat your pet with the best care that they can. Booking appointments is pain-free, discussing concerns over the phone is easy - you will always get a call back with the information you need, and they truly welcome you and your pet - every time. This clinic gives a personal feel to it and the costs associated are better than compared to other clinics. They always give you an estimate for you before doing anything, and you will always know what you're paying at the end of the visit.
100% Recommend to everyone out there looking for a clinic.

We are very pleased with Properties Animal Clinic. All the staff have been very welcoming and extremely helpful (above and beyond). I am torn for reviews. The staff and service was beyond wonderful and they helped me with the toughest decision anyone has to make when coming down to euthanizing a pet. Showed compassion and support. I am however extremely crushed that the paw print I had paid for did not get done. That somewhere along the lines paper work was not filed properly during the long weekend and my cats paw print did not get done. I found this out a month later after waiting. I have no memory of my cat other then pictures and a small tuft of hair in a bag. The paw print was the memory I was supposed to have and it's not a mistake that can be fixed. I am deeply hurt by this although I do understand it was an accident and unintentional.

Dr. Morley and his staff are wonderful, caring people who go above and beyond to help the pets and their human family who come in to the clinic for whatever reason. Shannon, Abby and Emily do their best to help both pet and parent feel at ease even before they see Dr. Morley. As for him, he works to help even the most nervous animal feel at ease by patting and talking to them while doing his exam. He works with the parent to ensure that their furbaby's health is taken care of and gives suggestions that the parent can follow--he doesn't scold when we don't do it! All the staff do their utmost to help each and every furbaby live a long, healthy and happy life and when that life does come to an end, their empathy helps to ease the pain. If you're looking for a truly great veterinary clinic, look no further. As long as they are in business, we will take our furbabies to visit them.

Over the years we have had to make some difficult decisions and they were always very supportive. Since he took over, Dr Morley has proved to be very capable and knowledgable. My cat was really sick and they looked after him as if he was their own. Not only did they do that, the nurses went through step by step to help me apply for pet health care. They are absolutely amazing and would recommend Dr. Morely in a heartbeat!

Unfortunately I've been in too many times due to the loss of a beloved friend. They are extremely careing, informative and do not rush you and the grieving process. Dr Morley and staff were amazing with my small dog! My dog had a huge neck abcess which ultimately needed surgery. All the staff were so helpful. Shannon took their time explaining and giving instruction for care and what to watch for. I also had a terrible time with my pet insurance and Laurie who works front desk was so helpful with sorting things out!
I would reccommend this clinic to all my friends with pets!

We are a first-time puppy family so weren’t sure what to expect with a trip to the vet for our first checkup and vaccines. From the initial call back (I had left my contact information a few hours earlier via the website), to the friendly greeting at the office, to the way Shannon and Dr. Morley engaged with my daughters and answered their questions, to the gentle manner each staff member had with Toby, we felt absolutely taken care of as a family. It turned out our puppy had a mild ear infection and I appreciated how Dr. Morley gave us two options regarding how to treat it and the one of his assistants clearly outlined the costs associated with each. It left us feeling knowledgeable and respected- like we can trust Dr. Morley’s best interests for our pet and pocketbooks. We left feeling we’d struck gold to find such a great vet clinic- and only 5 minutes from home!

We got our senior labradoodle Minnie for almost 3 years now and have been at this Clinic ever since. Everybody, the staff and the doctors are very friendly and very kind, not just towards the animals. What I probably like the most with them is the circumstance that the actual costs have always been under the estimate. I'd rather be quoted a bit higher and be prepared for the worst, instead of receiving a big surprise after the procedure is done. The other positive reason why we proceed going there, is that Dr. Morley is not rushing us to do anything. His gentle way, how he treats our old lady, makes us come back. Even though we live way down south of Calgary.

I have been bringing my little Sphynx cat Shelly here since the day we got her. The service is exceptional and it is definitely worth making the 25 minute drive. Shelly has special requirements and sensitivities and the team at Properties work closely with the specialists at CARE to provide her state-of-the-art care. Dr. Palacios is the cat whisperer...Shelly gets right into her arms when she walks into the exam room. Dr. Morley is great and runs a smooth operating clinic. We have been seeing Properties Animal Clinic for 11 years. They have always treated our pets very professionally. The vets have been willing to listen to our concerns and explain things very well. Recently we moved to Red Deer and took our dogs to a local vet. The level of service was not what we were used to. Needless to say, we are continuing to make the 1 1/2 hour drive, so we can see Dr. Morley or Dr. Kim. The office staff are very welcoming and love greeting the dogs.

I have taken all my cats to Dr. Morley for years and have always had very positive experiences. We live across the city but will always make the trip because we know our kitties will be in good hands....
I have taken all my cats to Dr. Morley for years and have always had very positive experiences. We live across the city but will always make the trip because we know our kitties will be in good hands. The staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable and make us feel comfortable, even in difficult situations such as having to euthanize our elderly cat earlier this year. We took our new kitten in last night and had a great first visit-- Dr. Morley and staff always address our concerns and questions very thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this clinic and vet to anyone looking for genuine and compassionate care for their animals.

I've been taking my dog to see Dr. Morley since she was a puppy, so about 8 years now. Last August he recommended to me that Luna should go on a diet as she was over weight a whopping 11.8lbs. Luna is the sweetest Chihuahua there ever could be and he stressed to me that with her being over weight lots of issues whee l were bound to crop up. First off her issue with her joints and the fact this could lead to arthritis in the future. Not to mention a shorter life span and risks of cancer. So we put her on Hill's metabolic plus and she was no longer allowed to have treats. I followed the diet plan strictly and this August when she went in for her shots....... Bum bum bum..... She weighed a slim 7.6lbs!!!!! We were all so excited, Luna looks better than ever and Dr. Morley says she's ready for her skinny jeans now, lol.

I first came to Properties Animal Clinic in September of 2013 on the sad occasion of having to have my elderly cat Mina euthanized. Dr. Morley and the entire staff were so kind at this difficult time. I have been bringing in my new cat Dennis to the Clinic for annual checkups these last two years. Dr. Morley is thorough and gentle with his examinations, which a street-cat like Dennis seems to appreciate. Dr. Morley also jots down his recommendations concerning any questions I might have regarding behaviour, diet, food choices, etc., on Denniss chart and sends a copy home with me for my reference. I really appreciate the good care provided by Dr. Morley and his staff and the friendly atmosphere at the Clinic.

I have known Dr. Morley for as long as he's been at the clinic, and he's always been so good to me and my cats! The staff are always super friendly, and everyone is very knowledgeable. My cats mean the world to me, and I trust Dr. Morley with their care. I would never consider going anywhere else!

This is probably one of the best clinics I will and have ever gone to.
Emily Manktelow is someone I have been dealing with over the year and a half I have had to go to Properties Animal Clinic, and has always made my visit much brighter. With her warm and honest welcome, the trip to the vet for my kitties is much easier. She remembers your name the first time she meets you, and remembers your animals you bring in and treats them as if they are her own. During the passing of my beloved Oreo, she stood by my side as he passed and made the grieving process just that much easier. His sister passed 2 months later and had to be at a different location, and the service was nothing close to what Emily brings.
Kent the main veterinarian and owner is also absolutely wonderful, he is extremely knowledgeable and will always prepare you in terms of the health of your pet. He is always open for questions that you have and treats your pet as one of his own as well. Kent is always there for you and brings you the information you need faster than any other clinic. He takes time and care with your pet, and treats with respect and professionalism.
Truly this Animal Clinic is the best out there in Calgary and the surrounding areas. The rooms are always spotless, there is always someone there to assist you and welcome you, and they truly treat your pet with the best care that they can. Booking appointments is pain-free, discussing concerns over the phone is easy - you will always get a call back with the information you need, and they truly welcome you and your pet - every time. This clinic gives a personal feel to it and the costs associated are better than compared to other clinics. They always give you an estimate for you before doing anything, and you will always know what you're paying at the end of the visit.
100% Recommend to everyone out there looking for a clinic.

We are very pleased with Properties Animal Clinic. All the staff have been very welcoming and extremely helpful (above and beyond). We have an adopted, mature dog that gets very stressed when in a new environment and when meeting new people. Dr. Morley and the whole team were patient, kind and effective. I am torn for reviews. The staff and service was beyond wonderful and they helped me with the toughest decision anyone has to make when coming down to euthanizing a pet. Showed compassion and support. I am however extremely crushed that the paw print I had paid for did not get done. That somewhere along the lines paper work was not filed properly during the long weekend and my cats paw print did not get done. I found this out a month later after waiting. I have no memory of my cat other then pictures and a small tuft of hair in a bag. The paw print was the memory I was supposed to have and it's not a mistake that can be fixed. I am deeply hurt by this although I do understand it was an accident and unintentional.

Dr. Morley and his staff are wonderful, caring people who go above and beyond to help the pets and their human family who come in to the clinic for whatever reason. Shannon, Abby and Emily do their best to help both pet and parent feel at ease even before they see Dr. Morley. As for him, he works to help even the most nervous animal feel at ease by patting and talking to them while doing his exam. He works with the parent to ensure that their furbaby's health is taken care of and gives suggestions that the parent can follow--he doesn't scold when we don't do it! All the staff do their utmost to help each and every furbaby live a long, healthy and happy life and when that life does come to an end, their empathy helps to ease the pain. If you're looking for a truly great veterinary clinic, look no further. As long as they are in business, we will take our furbabies to visit them.

He gave me several options and fully explained the outcomes of each. He and his staff were very accommodating even though I was late for my appointment and they stayed late, even with an evening appointment, to help. Highly recommend.

We have been taking our cats and dogs to Properties Animal Clinic since shortly after it opened 30years ago. We have always had excellent care and friendliness and compassion from the staff. Over the years we have had to make some difficult decisions and they were always very supportive. Since he took over, Dr Morley has proved to be very capable and knowledgable. We would recommend the clinic to anyone for excellent pet care.
