From the front end staff (including a very welcoming and helpful receptionist) to Dr. Leung (who was a very knowledgeable and friendly vet), the whole visit felt both personal and professional at the same time. I found this place through the Springbank Pet Resort my dog has gone there for years and I didn't realize there was a Hospital attached to the resort. I am so great full to the Hospital for helping my pup out he had raging diarrhea while I was away. The resort contacted the Hospital and they got him in right away. I spoke with the front receptionist's at the Hospital and they were amazing they re assured me that my pup was okay and that the Dr would call me as soon as they were done prescribing medication. I love that the resort is able to bring dogs over so we don't have to stress about our animals while we are away and the staff at the Hospital are so well trained and educated that I would trust them with anything when it comes to my animals health. I will definitely be switching vets!!!

Hands down the best place to take your animals! Amazing staff and the Doctors are so professional and give great medical advise. They have an amazing store attached to the Hospital side. I highly recommend this Hospital if you have shy or fearful dogs they know exactly how to handle them and make the visit 100 times better.

We brought our dog Patty to the Springbank Pet Hospital for rehab after her double luxating patella surgery. After a detailed exam, it was determined that the best rehab strategy would be a combination of laser therapy and water treadmill. We starting going once or twice a week and continued treatment over the course of two months. During this time, we were fortunate enough to have Terri treat our dog. We have nothing but amazing things to say about her! She is very friendly and knowledgeable, pleasant to be around and a true animal lover. Her and Patty bonded and despite Patty's hate for water, Patty was always VERY excited to see Terri. We are so thankful for her paitence with our hyper pup and answering our hundreds of questions while we were going through the rehab process. Terri is a great person and we will miss seeing her (and I know Patty will too). The rest of the team at Springbank has been wonderful to us as well. They were very flexible with our work schedules and always kept us informed if they were having an issue with equipment before we got to the appointments. Overall, I would recommend Springbank Pet Hospital to anyone looking for rehab for their pet.

We are delighted with the exceptional , friendly and caring attention given to our dog Mikko. The vets are thorough in their explanations of Mikko's treatment and clearly outline how we best care for him. We highly recommend the Springbank Pet Hospital. Also, we are very pleased with the daycare and boarding at the Springbank Pet Resort, affiliated with the pet hospital. It is our dog's favourite place to go. The staff are top notch and show unfettered care and attention to Mikko.

I brought my miniature schnauzer Phoenix to Dr. Kathy Kimmel and her team. Phoenix suffers from a tick borne illness her contracted somewhere in another country before he came to live with us in Calgary. Phoenix was always uncomfortable and bloated abdominally. we hoped Kathy could help alleviate some of his pain but we never expected the results we got. Phoenix receives acupuncture and laser treatments and his pain has been dramatically reduced, he is no longer bloated looking in his mid section due to an inflamed spleen. Phoenix loves coming in to see Terri and Kathy for his treatments. He wags his tail and gets treats and lots of love every time we visit for a treatment. I highly recommend the Springbank Pet Hospital! Phoenix is a much happier dog.

Dr. Kathy Kimmel and ALL the supporting staff have been nothing short of EXCELLENT! Because of the exceptional care here, my Great Pyrenees/Lab cross has recovered from a dual tendon re-attachment surgery. He continues to receive care here for allergies and therapy to strengthen his muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons etc in his senior years. Best part is that Grizzly LOVES this place and everyone in it! This is NOT your regular Vet clinic where the dog dreads going. Grizzly is excited every time he realizes where we are! I will never be able to say, "Thank you" enough for giving me more years with the best and the worst dog I've ever had! .

The doctors and staff helped save our two-year old dog. Dr. Dand found a condition previous vets had missed and helped us develop a plan of action, including adding specialists to address the life-threatening condition. Once stable, Dr. Kimmel did acupuncture sessions to help with the recovery process.
We now have a new puppy and feel confident that Springbank Pet Hospital will continue to provide the highest level of care.
We like this clinic and so do our dogs!

What a great facility and such great, caring staff. We took our little dog Angel in to be checked out as she was moving around like a little old lady. Kathy and Nicole checked her over and did a chiropractic adjustment and gave her a laser treatment and now Angel is so bright and happy and running around like a pup again. I would highly recommend this facility - they are focused on complete wellness of the animal!

We boarded our dog at SPR and he got sick, requiring vet care. He was seen here and they did not follow our clear requests *if* medical attention wass needed. They also failed to provide us any copies of records, despite multiple requests. We were told the vet clinic isn't open on weekends (even though website and Facebook say Saturdays 9-5) and left the resort to go an Emergency Vet Clinic, truly believing our dog was dying. I emailed the resort with questions and a trainer called, and had the nerve to accuse me of booking too long a stay for my dog, and then offered free day care for the week to help with his new medication and food routine. Again I requested that the vet contact me Monday so I could discuss what treatments and assessments were done: I have yet to hear back from anyone 3 days later and we haven't received the vet report yet. The emergency vet diagnosed our dog with stress colitis (HGE) and a parasitic infection based on his blood work and he has lost almost 10% of his weight in the past 4 days

I brought my Scottie here for rehab therapy and Dr. Kathy Kimmel was fabulous. Sully felt super comfortable with her instantly and he never worried the entire time. We learned extra stretches and massage work to bring home on top of Kathy working with us in the rehab room. Sully had laser therapy and loved the water treadmill. The facility is beautiful and the staff are warm and friendly. Sully can't wait for more rehab work and they have great packages that help you create a good program for your wants and patient needs. Loved out first experience today and coming back for many more! Sully says thank you Springbank Pet Hospital!

Our dog is a very fearful rescue dog so we decided to make use of the mobile service. Dr. Dand came out yesterday and was great with our dog. He took a turn for the worse this morning and Dr. Dand was again very good with his advice and work. Dr. Dand has also asked that I update him on our dogs status. He seems to take a caring interest which is nice when stressed about your dogs health. Not a fun time with a sick dog but I trust he's in good hands. I will be recommending him to friends in the future.

Many thanks to the staff of Springbank Pet Hospital. Dr. Jeff Dand has been wonderful; caring for our 14 year old Bichon Shih Tzu for most of her life. We said goodbye to our faithful friend recently and were glad that Springbank Pet Hospital Mobile services could allow us to do that in the privacy of our home. The staff is very caring and compassionate. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Springbank Pet Hospital is amazing! Dr. Kimmel was so great with our dog and with us. Our girl was paralyzed and another ER vet told us surgery was her only option. Then we were referred to Dr. Kimmel and it changed our future. She believes in rehabilitation and she believed that our dog would walk again. Within one month, Dr. Kimmel had our dog walking and her tail was wagging in full force. We can't thank all of them enough. Thank you to everyone!

The doctors and staff helped save our two-year old dog. Dr. Dand found a condition previous vets had missed and helped us develop a plan of action, including adding specialists to address the life-threatening condition. Once stable, Dr. Kimmel did acupuncture sessions to help with the recovery process.
We now have a new puppy and feel confident that Springbank Pet Hospital will continue to provide the highest level of care.
We like this clinic and so do our dogs!

What a great facility and such great, caring staff. We took our little dog Angel in to be checked out as she was moving around like a little old lady. Kathy and Nicole checked her over and did a chiropractic adjustment and gave her a laser treatment and now Angel is so bright and happy and running around like a pup again. I would highly recommend this facility - they are focused on complete wellness of the animal!

We boarded our dog at SPR and he got sick, requiring vet care. He was seen here and they did not follow our clear requests *if* medical attention wass needed. They also failed to provide us any copies of records, despite multiple requests. We were told the vet clinic isn't open on weekends (even though website and Facebook say Saturdays 9-5) and left the resort to go an Emergency Vet Clinic, truly believing our dog was dying. I emailed the resort with questions and a trainer called, and had the nerve to accuse me of booking too long a stay for my dog, and then offered free day care for the week to help with his new medication and food routine. Again I requested that the vet contact me Monday so I could discuss what treatments and assessments were done: I have yet to hear back from anyone 3 days later and we haven't received the vet report yet. The emergency vet diagnosed our dog with stress colitis (HGE) and a parasitic infection based on his blood work and he has lost almost 10% of his weight in the past 4 days

I brought my Scottie here for rehab therapy and Dr. Kathy Kimmel was fabulous. Sully felt super comfortable with her instantly and he never worried the entire time. We learned extra stretches and massage work to bring home on top of Kathy working with us in the rehab room. Sully had laser therapy and loved the water treadmill. The facility is beautiful and the staff are warm and friendly. Sully can't wait for more rehab work and they have great packages that help you create a good program for your wants and patient needs. Loved out first experience today and coming back for many more! Sully says thank you Springbank Pet Hospital!

Our dog is a very fearful rescue dog so we decided to make use of the mobile service. Dr. Dand came out yesterday and was great with our dog. He took a turn for the worse this morning and Dr. Dand was again very good with his advice and work. Dr. Dand has also asked that I update him on our dogs status. He seems to take a caring interest which is nice when stressed about your dogs health. Not a fun time with a sick dog but I trust he's in good hands. I will be recommending him to friends in the future.

Many thanks to the staff of Springbank Pet Hospital. Dr. Jeff Dand has been wonderful; caring for our 14 year old Bichon Shih Tzu for most of her life. We said goodbye to our faithful friend recently and were glad that Springbank Pet Hospital Mobile services could allow us to do that in the privacy of our home. The staff is very caring and compassionate. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Springbank Pet Hospital is amazing! Dr. Kimmel was so great with our dog and with us. Our girl was paralyzed and another ER vet told us surgery was her only option. Then we were referred to Dr. Kimmel and it changed our future. She believes in rehabilitation and she believed that our dog would walk again. Within one month, Dr. Kimmel had our dog walking and her tail was wagging in full force. We can't thank all of them enough. Thank you to everyone!
