Not only is she personal, intelligent, and friendly she seems to have a caring and calming effect on my pups that I’ve never seen before. Her prices were reasonable the clinic was spotless and front end staff is always the sweetest lady ever. They order and hold (without payment) my dog food all the way from Australia! Dr. Huet is the worst vet we have ever seen, if you can even call her one. She is sloppy and has no compassion at all. If you live in the area like we do, I suggest spending the gas to go else where. An example for you is, I waited 40 minutes to see her, nobody came to let me know it was going to take longer. When she came in for the exam ( exam and shots) she looked at my dogs mouth and said it was disgusting and made a sound and rolled her eyes. I was really sad about that because I feel there is a way to talk to people and I try hard to take care of my dog. Secondly, she did not check his heart rate, all she did was look in his mouth and do the shots. DO NOT GO HERE. Read Less

I booked an appointment to get my small dog neutered and they told me not to give him any food or water after 9pm the night before. The day of the surgery, I took him early in the morning and went to work. I received a phone call saying that his blood results came back fairly abnormal and they wanted to wait to do the surgery until they could do more tests on another day. I asked if they could keep him there as scheduled as I could not leave work and they said yes that they would take care of him. When I picked him up around 4pm, he seemed very agitated and immediately urinated on the floor (which is very unlike him). I questioned the attendant if he has been outside at all during the day, she replied no. I then asked if they had given him any water, and she rudely said no and that they were busy with other things. When the Doctor came out I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of care they had given my dog and she replied "this isn't something we would usually do and we were very busy today". I was extremely upset as I have been taking my animals there since I moved to VR to the previous owners before these new owners took over the practice. I will not be taking my dogs here again and I do not recommend this place to anyone. This is animal abuse in my eyes.Read Less
