Coach Hill Veterinary Hospital is a great clinic. Dr. Elock and Dr. BcBride are amazing vets. We usually see Dr. Elock, but in an emergency, Dr. McBride is just as fantastic. They are gentle, caring and very competent. They never go "overboard" with tests or meds and they're always very thorough. All of the staff are happy to talk to you and give your fur baby treats to help them feel more comfortable. Our oldest dog has chronic illness and the gals at the clinic are great when it comes to making our visits quick and painless for Bella. They also take care of submitting the forms for our insurance on Bella, so we never have to worry about it. I also really love the follow-up. Without fail, someone always calls us the day after an appointment to make sure Bella (or our other dog Penny) is doing okay after treatment, bandage, etc. They treat our dogs like their own and that is so important to us.

Our girl, Holly, has been visiting this vet clinic for a number of years. we love the service provided; from the front end staff, AHT, and vets who together go above and beyond to really get to know your pet...Holly is very well taken care of. We have had numerous surgeries done and Holly still can't get into the vet clinic quick enough....all I have to say to her now is "are we going to see the vet?? and the girls??" she is in the car and ready to go. I now live in the SE but wouldn't take Holly any where else. You are all amazing and thank you for taking such great care of my girl.

The vet clinic staff is friendly and nice, and the vet was great with our anxious dog. She took the time to talk through our training program and make some helpful suggestions with us, which we appreciated. As far as the facility and the staff goes, full marks.However, I experienced the same thing as Harry V. We had our dog in for a 2-part vaccination, and were charged both times for the "wellness exam," which consisted of me getting me dog to stand on a scale and the nurse patting her down and checking her eyes and ears. On the first visit, they told us this would be performed once per year, but they did it again on the second visit and charged us for it. I don't have any issue with paying for this service on a once-a-year basis (as discussed with the staff on our initial visit), but I wasn't happy to be charged twice for it in the span of a month.The service level provided was to my standards, but based on the billing, I likely will be finding a different vet for my dog.

The doctors and staff are amazing. I did end up moving from the area and tried a couple of other clinics in my new neighborhood (for convenience) but they could not top the service and care that my dogs received from Coach Hill Vet - and the cleanliness. They are also great with phone inquiries and will get you an answer promptly and/or will have the doctor call back. How can anyone top that? As long as my dogs are comfortable and at ease when visit, I will continue to make the 45 minute drive!

Caring, Competent and Professional: Worth every penny because when my furry pack member is sick, this is the best place to bring her. I have had nothing but great experiences with this hospital as I find the receptionists to always be pleasant and helpful and the vets extremely proficient and up to date on all the latest best practices. Good care and expertise go paw in paw at this clinic. I can be assured that my dog and cat get the care they need and I have always found them to be priced competitively.

I did end up moving from the area and tried a couple of other clinics in my new neighborhood (for convenience) but they could not top the service and care that my dogs received from Coach Hill Vet - and the cleanliness.
