Super disappointing experience. Called and spoke to someone about walk in nail trims explaining I had a very hectic week preparing for a road trip where I would be gone for almost a month. Obviously had little time to mess around. This lady told me they did walk in nail trims and just to call that day to check on what time technicians leave for the day since their schedules vary. I called today and was told NO they do not do walk in nail trims. Totally waste of my time and now I need to find a last minute place. As a small business owner myself customer service is a priority. Obviously customer service isn't a priority here since there was no offer to fix this like squeeze me in somewhere before I leave. Lost a potential customer with 2 dogs and 4 cats.

Dr. Cathy is amazing. We've been taking our dog here for a few years, and she has such a love for animals and an awesome demeanor that my dog actually loves to go to the vet! She is so gentle and kind and understanding, and she gets really involved with her clients. She remembers us when we come for our checkups, and she always gets down on the floor to do a thorough exam, above and beyond any other vet we've seen. She has called us at home after hours with test results when she knew how worried we were that our dog was sick, and she always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly with us and help us make informed decisions. We absolutely love this vet, and all the technicians and front desk staff are super friendly and courteous as well. We have rarely had to wait more than a few minutes to get in, and we have never felt rushed out the door. It may seem pricey, but we've been to several different vets over the years, and I find the prices fairly comparable as vets aren't cheap! We feel so lucky to have found this vet and are just sad that they don't take people as patients here as well, because we would definitely be on that list if we could!

I recently got my puppy neutered and had the worst experience! The technician Ingrid is rude and very unprofessional. When I initially picked up my puppy after his neuter, Ingrid did not offer me other options for my puppy’s after care besides the plastic cone when there were other alternatives such as soft cone and surgical vests, etc. My puppy was not able to sleep at all and was very uncomfortable. I talked to a lot of my friends who has had there puppy neutered and to my surprise there were plenty of other alternatives to just the very uncomfortable plastic cone the vet offers! I called the vet and asked to speak to Ingrid, she was very rude and unapologetic what so ever! All she said was that she did mention it and said quote “that’s it? Are you done?” I was appalled! That’s when I decided that I needed to switch vets immediately. Not only is Ingrid rude and unprofessional she doesn’t care about your dog’s comfort and well being and very untrustworthy. I love the receptionist at the front desk but I definitely cannot trust or want to leave my puppy with someone like Ingrid.

The vet Ingrid is extremely rude and unprofessional. She does not care about her job regarding the well-being of the animals in her care. She clearly has an apathetic attitude with no attention to detail. There are a few options for the aftercare when puppies get neutered such as a soft cone or a t-shirt. Ingrid did not even suggest any of these options for my puppy after he was neutered. He was left very uncomfortable and helpless while she did not even show a remote interest in his well-being. Do not go to this vet. How are you supposed to trust an individual with your animals if they have a complete disregard for the well-being of them. Based solely off of my experience with her I will be transferring vets.

The technician Ingrid is rude and unprofessional. My puppy got neutered and was sent home with a hard cone when there were other better and more comfortable options like a shirt or a soft cone. These options were never brought to my attention nor was I explained that there are other options I can choose from. As it was an inconvenience to my puppy as well as myself, I let the them know right away. However, all I got was Ingrid’s unapologetic attitude and carelessness then she proceeded to end the conversation with “Are you done?”. I do NOT trust this vet with my puppy. I will be transferring vets because of Ingrid. (The only good thing about this vet was the front desk receptionist girls, very sweet and helpful.)

This is hands down the best vet ( Dr.Kathy ) that Calgary has to offer. This vet will call and check up on your fur babies and never leaves you with unanswered questions. My pup had an allergic reaction to one of her vaccines and now the vet takes her in early and gives her something before her vaccines and then keeps her there for a few hours after just to make sure she's okay. She called just yesterday to make sure I had no questions for my other dogs neutering operation next week. They ALWAYS go above and beyond. A year-and-a-half ago I had to put down my senior dog they made that experience the best it could have possibly ... gone their hearts went out to myself and family and they even called to check in on us after the fact and sent us cards as well. I cannot express just how amazing they are. I would give them 6 stars out of 5 if it would let me lol.

I had been a customer of 1 year with these guys, when my dog got bit he was in a lot of pain. I went to get him treated at Country Hills Veterinary but when i got there they said to go to another vet ...
I had been a customer of 1 year with these guys, when my dog got bit he was in a lot of pain. I went to get him treated at Country Hills Veterinary but when i got there they said to go to another vet or come back in a week cause they were to busy. The girl at the front made no effort at all to accommodate me or my dog even though i was a regular customer with then. Regardless these people are overpriced, they don't care about your animal as they would not see mine even though my dog was howling and shaking in their front lobby, and they wont make any effort to take care of their clients.

I went to get him treated at Country Hills Veterinary but when i got there they said to go to another vet or come back in a week cause they were to busy. Super disappointing experience. Called and spoke to someone about walk in nail trims explaining I had a very hectic week preparing for a road trip where I would be gone for almost a month. I recently got my puppy neutered and had the worst experience! The technician Ingrid is rude and very unprofessional. Avoid at all costs as they nickel and dime you. One vet was really nice, knowledgeable and seemed honest. "Dr" Catherine Dick, on the other hand, was cruel and unprofessional towards me and my son when we went through a tough time with our puppy at the time (who is alive and thriving btw).

Target took really good care of our dog Arlo. The only downfall is their rates are a bit more expensive than other vets.

I had been a customer of 1 year with these guys, when my dog got bit he was in a lot of pain. I went to get him treated at Country Hills Veterinary but when i got there they said to go to another vet ...
I had been a customer of 1 year with these guys, when my dog got bit he was in a lot of pain. I went to get him treated at Country Hills Veterinary but when i got there they said to go to another vet or come back in a week cause they were to busy. The girl at the front made no effort at all to accommodate me or my dog even though i was a regular customer with then. Regardless these people are overpriced, they don't care about your animal as they would not see mine even though my dog was howling and shaking in their front lobby, and they wont make any effort to take care of their clients.
