Pistachio & Desi are always very well taken care of here! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable! We really appreciated that they were able to squeeze Pistachio in for emergency surgery when she cut her leg open! It was a huge relief to us and they took wonderful care of her, and also informed us of how to care for her properly post op. We will be in soon for their regular check ups !

Dr. Marty is the best vet I have ever dealt with. Not only does he truly care about his patients (pets) but he always gives us options which we love. Some other vets rush to tests, medication etc. all adding up to a lot of money. Dr. Marty always has at least 2-3 options for us to pick from or suggest for care. Our dog recently had to have emergency back surgery at CARE and he set everything up for us to get in right away. He and his staff have personally called us about 3 times now to ask for follow ups to see how he's recovering. Such an amazing place. PLEASE DON'T EVER RETIRE MARTY!! I don't think we'd ever find such a great place to take our pets than this clinic!

Dr.Aleksandra Tanyi at Marlborough location is an amazing diagnostician! I took my cat to a recommend vet in my area and he wasn't able to diagnose the issue after X-rays and observation for the whole day. Five days later my cat was worse - so I drove across town to see my former vet Dr.Tanyi. She immediately diagnosed Ninja and treated her. Ninja is on the mend now

We had gone in for a checkup for our min pin (Hades) yesterday at the Trans Canada location. We had been going there for years for our other animals and this was our first visit with Dr. Zedde. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Zedde and his team, he is the best veterinarian that we have ever had. Hades is typically very nervous and aggressive at his visits to all vets. Not this time, Hades which normally bites (among other tactics) did nothing. He stood there while Dr. Zedde nurtured him during the physical examination. Dr. Zedde cared about him and made him feel comfortable. We could clearly see that Dr. Zedde loves what he does, its rare to find a doctor like him that takes the time to look at all options, listens to you and searches for answers. When it comes to a pet you want whats best and we defiantly have found the best veterinarian. The front staff were very kind as well, overall 5 star experience.

I have lived in Calgary my entire life and for equally as long have owned pets. As such, I've visited MANY different veterinary offices in Calgary for their services. I can say with all honesty, that this is one of the best clinics I have ever brought a pet to. Whether it has been for routine vaccinations, a sick pet, or purchasing speciality food for a pet with allergies, they are always friendly and helpful. You get the feeling that they truly CARE about animals and making things easy on them. I, sadly, had to put a beloved pet down who was very ill, earlier this year. They treated both me and my fur-baby with compassion and respect. They even carried my dog in the clinic for me as he couldn't walk and he was too heavy for me to carry. I really appreciated their care -- giving me time and explaining everything along the way. I even got a follow up and a card in the mail a week after. Truly a great vet. Would highly recommend them.

All I can say about this clinic is, AMAZING! As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcome and so informative. They were not pushy about buying products directly from them instead of another store/pet store. Any questions I had were answered and explained very well. I had my 2 young children with me and they were very understanding with them getting excited and interested. And to top it off their pricing is awesome as well. I will continue to go there for my puppy and I don't plan on EVER looking any were else.

We were bringing our pets for a couple of years to a different animal clinic without even realizing we were being denied the one fundamental that makes a good vet, compassion. Dr. Marty has shown us at McKenzie Towne clinic that not only are your animals special, but you as a customer are special too. The receptionists are friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Whether you're popping in to pick up food, or whether you're there for a visit, you'll always get a sense of comfort. We brought our kitty in to see the Doctor based on a recommendation from good friends. They'd recently lost a dog and advised that Marty and his team treated their delicate situation with care and empathy. We were delighted right away meeting the new Veterinarian. He introduced himself to us by first name and spent some time getting to know us and our cat. He speaks to his clients in a way that isn't condescending, but rather, informative and relatable. He uses his white board to demonstrate examples and work through issues and possible solutions. He never makes you feel bad about your animal, but rather, makes you feel better about everything you've tried and all that you do for it. We spent days telling friends and family how wonderful it was to finally have a vet for our pet that we respected and trusted. And sure enough, a few days later, we received a voice mail asking how our cat was doing since the visit. Unreal. If this is the norm for you and your current vet, excellent, if you've never heard of such service - you need to see for yourself! We never knew the treatment we should've been receiving until meeting Marty, and he sets the bar high. Keep up the good work!

I love this vet clinic. My cats have been going here since they were kittens. All the staff at McKenzie are always great and they take time to explain everything to you. I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Marty is the best vet I have ever dealt with. Not only does he truly care about his patients (pets) but he always gives us options which we love. Some other vets rush to tests, medication etc. all adding up to a lot of money. Dr. Marty always has at least 2-3 options for us to pick from or suggest for care. Our dog recently had to have emergency back surgery at CARE and he set everything up for us to get in right away. He and his staff have personally called us about 3 times now to ask for follow ups to see how he's recovering. Such an amazing place. PLEASE DON'T EVER RETIRE MARTY!! I don't think we'd ever find such a great place to take our pets than this clinic!

The staff are amazing! So friendly, outgoing, and helpful. Clean, professional office, they send reminders and remember your animal individually when they speak with you. Great place!!!

My 13 year old dog Copper was sick and I had to make the decision to get Copper euthanized.. was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Everyone at this clinic was supportive and the Doctor explained the procedure clearly to me and assured me of everything that would happen. He was very experienced and very calming. I would recommend this vet 100 percent and will be using them in the future!

Dr.Aleksandra Tanyi at Marlborough location is an amazing diagnostician! I took my cat to a recommend vet in my area and he wasn't able to diagnose the issue after X-rays and observation for the whole day. Five days later my cat was worse - so I drove across town to see my former vet Dr.Tanyi. She immediately diagnosed Ninja and treated her. Ninja is on the mend now

We had gone in for a checkup for our min pin (Hades) yesterday at the Trans Canada location. We had been going there for years for our other animals and this was our first visit with Dr. Zedde. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Zedde and his team, he is the best veterinarian that we have ever had. Hades is typically very nervous and aggressive at his visits to all vets. Not this time, Hades which normally bites (among other tactics) did nothing. He stood there while Dr. Zedde nurtured him during the physical examination. Dr. Zedde cared about him and made him feel comfortable. We could clearly see that Dr. Zedde loves what he does, its rare to find a doctor like him that takes the time to look at all options, listens to you and searches for answers. When it comes to a pet you want whats best and we defiantly have found the best veterinarian. The front staff were very kind as well, overall 5 star experience.

I have lived in Calgary my entire life and for equally as long have owned pets. As such, I've visited MANY different veterinary offices in Calgary for their services. I can say with all honesty, that this is one of the best clinics I have ever brought a pet to. Whether it has been for routine vaccinations, a sick pet, or purchasing speciality food for a pet with allergies, they are always friendly and helpful. You get the feeling that they truly CARE about animals and making things easy on them. I, sadly, had to put a beloved pet down who was very ill, earlier this year. They treated both me and my fur-baby with compassion and respect. They even carried my dog in the clinic for me as he couldn't walk and he was too heavy for me to carry. I really appreciated their care -- giving me time and explaining everything along the way. I even got a follow up and a card in the mail a week after. Truly a great vet. Would highly recommend them.

All I can say about this clinic is, AMAZING! As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcome and so informative. They were not pushy about buying products directly from them instead of another store/pet store. Any questions I had were answered and explained very well. I had my 2 young children with me and they were very understanding with them getting excited and interested. And to top it off their pricing is awesome as well. I will continue to go there for my puppy and I don't plan on EVER looking any were else.

We were bringing our pets for a couple of years to a different animal clinic without even realizing we were being denied the one fundamental that makes a good vet, compassion. Dr. Marty has shown us at McKenzie Towne clinic that not only are your animals special, but you as a customer are special too. The receptionists are friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Whether you're popping in to pick up food, or whether you're there for a visit, you'll always get a sense of comfort. We brought our kitty in to see the Doctor based on a recommendation from good friends. They'd recently lost a dog and advised that Marty and his team treated their delicate situation with care and empathy. We were delighted right away meeting the new Veterinarian. He introduced himself to us by first name and spent some time getting to know us and our cat. He speaks to his clients in a way that isn't condescending, but rather, informative and relatable. He uses his white board to demonstrate examples and work through issues and possible solutions. He never makes you feel bad about your animal, but rather, makes you feel better about everything you've tried and all that you do for it. We spent days telling friends and family how wonderful it was to finally have a vet for our pet that we respected and trusted. And sure enough, a few days later, we received a voice mail asking how our cat was doing since the visit. Unreal. If this is the norm for you and your current vet, excellent, if you've never heard of such service - you need to see for yourself! We never knew the treatment we should've been receiving until meeting Marty, and he sets the bar high. Keep up the good work!
