Absolutely love this clinic , the staff always goes above and beyond for my pets. I have been going to this clinic for years and have had the best experiences. The staff are friendly and diligent as well as compassionate. Dr. Keeler always makes sure my pets receive a thorough exam with their annual vaccines. As a small breed dog owner I count on Dr. Keeler checking his teeth when he is in for his exams , I understood that when I decided to get a small breed that it would be a constant concern throughout his life. The staff have always handled him with the utmost of care and have taken the time to ensure That I understand it’s in my pets best interest that my pet is manageable knowing that veterinary exams Not just vaccines are a part of my responsibility to his ongoing care to ensure the best possible Care for him. Thank you again for such wonderful care and attention to my pets as always, I appreciate that you go above and beyond always , Merry Christmas !

My experience at Willow Park Animal Clinic was TERRIBLE!
I have a mature (13 year old) malti-poo who weighs about 5 lbs.
I will admit he’s not the easiest dog to deal with (he will nip at and/or bite at people trying to touch him in times of stress), but over the years, professionals such as veterinarian doctors and groomers have found ways to handle him – as any professional working with animals does. After all, like people, dogs are not all easy to deal with.
Dr. Lori Keeler was completely inept at handling him. We went to the clinic for two vaccination needles – should have been a simple visit. I made the mistake of leaving the examination room because my little dog often does better with strangers if I’m not around. I figured he was in professional and capable hands but when I heard him yelp and cry out, my heart sank!
He did end up biting Dr. Keeler – much more aggressively than he usually nips anyone, so I know she did not handle him at all in a capable or professional manner. She then proceeded to lecture me on his dental care– a topic we were not even there for!!!! His teeth are fine, except for the fact they recently bit her! We went to the clinic for two routine vaccinations, as I explained above – not because of dental issues.
I left the clinic very upset, feeling that my older pet had not received caring or professional care at all!
There are a lot of vets around – my advice is DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!

Dr. Lori answered all of our questions about our new adopted pup Ralph. Based on all of the love and excitement that Ralph was received with, I doubt that the vet will ever be a place he fears!

This vet is awesome! My old dog's vet moved here after years of being at a clinic by my house and we followed her here to the other side of the city but man was it worth it! The previous clinic was much larger and it felt much less personable. This clinic is smaller and more personal and just a much better place. We ended up having our dog who was almost 18 years old put down there and could not have asked for a better place to have to go through that. They were all so sympathic and caring and gave us all the time we needed before and after, without ever having been made to feel like we were taking up space they needed. Thank you guys! We look forward to many years of bringing in our kittens for care.

I Love this place! The veterinarians and their staff are wonderful. I have only had to go there a few times but each time the vets are amazing! The red haired vet is very caring, compassionate and really likes puppies as well the rest of the staff were so kind and everyone gave special treats for my new puppy! Everyone at the clinic were kind and took their time to really listen. I finally made the decision to switch my dog's care to this clinic because it's close to home and convenient for me.
I was also impressed with their staff as I had called the clinic once before, in a panic, as my dog had torn off her dew claw and was bleeding. They calmed me down and suggested I did not need to bring her in if the bleeding had stopped and if she didn't seem to show signs of discomfort. They also offered practical advice on how to care for the wound.
The staff were very comforting and my dog wasn't shaking like a leaf, in fear like she had at the other vet clinic I had taken her to. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for a compassionate place for your animal companion.

I have used this clinic for over 14 years and have nothing but positive things to share about it. Laurie and her staff go above and beyond in all areas of care. They always provide the options and allow you to decide the best way to proceed. From puppy vaccinations to end of life care, I felt the team was right there beside me providing me with support, great information and alternatives. Highly recommend if you want a vet and her staff to love and care about your pet as much as you do!

Got my cats neutered today and I couldn't have went to a better place. The staff was so kind and understanding as I was quite emotional during drop off and pick up! My cats were very loved during the day by the staff and that makes me so happy. There's neuter sites look great and they are already resting and eating like normal. Thank you so much, we will be back again to get our third boy done when he's a bit older!

My two dogs, Sophia and North, absolutely love coming to the vet! All of the staff members - from the Receptionists, the Veterinary Nurses and Dr.Lori, are all very patient and compassionate with the dogs. In addition, they are all extremely personable and informative with us, as the owners. It's a wonderful experience knowing that our dogs enjoy having their health looked after by this wonderful clinic. We always leave feeling taken care of. Our dogs get treated like the princesses they are! My husband, Blythe, and I highly recommend Willow Park Animal Clinic

Absolutely love this clinic , the staff always goes above and beyond for my pets. I have been going to this clinic for years and have had the best experiences. I have a mature (13 year old) malti-poo who weighs about 5 lbs.
I will admit he’s not the easiest dog to deal with (he will nip at and/or bite at people trying to touch him in times of stress), but over the years, professionals such as veterinarian doctors and groomers have found ways to handle him – as any professional working with animals does. This vet is awesome! My old dog's vet moved here after years of being at a clinic by my house and we followed her here to the other side of the city but man was it worth it! I Love this place! The veterinarians and their staff are wonderful. I have only had to go there a few times but each time the vets are amazing!
