I just want to thank the receptionist I was speaking to yesterday when I called to make an appointment for my cat. After asking about the symptoms my cat was experiencing she urged me to take him to an emergency clinic ASAP instead of waiting for an appointment the next day. He didn’t seem distressed so I probably would have waited until the next day instead of taking him to emergency. I left right after our conversation and he did end up needed urgent treatment. The staff are all genuinely caring people. We live in Calgary and don't mind the drive to Cochrane because I love how they really care for your fur family members. My older dog Iggy passed away on February 6 and I asked them to do Cremation. Peggy is so exceptionally caring that I felt such comfort when she held my Iggy. All the staff sent me and my family a sympathy card a week later. Inside the card was my dog Iggy ' s paw prints. That was a really beautiful heartwarming surprised. Thank you everyone. We have been bringing our dogs to Cochrane Veterinary Care Clinic for six years now and have never once had a bad experience. The Doctors are all very knowledgable and take time to explain what's going on which is so important to me as I tend to worry about everything when it comes to my dogs. I have never felt as though they have recommended a test or procedure that my dogs didn't need or that was out of the scope of what we brought the dogs in for (I have a Jack Russell who likes to hurt himself a lot) The vet techs are awesome as well, always willing to squeeze us in when my one dog decides to hurt himself doing crazy things and they are always friendly and personable. They remember us when we come in and are always helpful. We live in Calgary and drive into Cochrane and we wouldn't have it any other way!Read Less

We have been bringing our dogs here for 15 years and we could not be happier. We have had to put 3 dogs down during that time for health reasons or old age and the staff at the clinic are incredible with handling our pets with love and understanding.
