We are a small, single veterinarian , small animal clinic located in Devon, AB. We strive to provide clients with a homey, warm environment in which to bring their pets, and to ensure that the animals veterinary experience is as stress free as possible.

Worth the drive out of the city, 100%.
My dog had a tumor and 7 teeth removed and I could not have been more worried about the surgery, but the staff at River View Veterinary Clinic made me feel confident in their abilities, and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my dog and why the recommendations were necessary. (This was one of three vets that I had met with/spoken to, and the only clinic that made me feel comfortable enough to move forward with their care - I didn't feel like they were out for my money like I did with the other clinics I had been in contact with) They even knew exactly who I was when I called with questions about medication for my pup this morning and explained everything clearly to me!
I was a referred client, and now this will be our permanent veterinarian as long as we live in the Edmonton area! I am SO grateful for these people and their customer care!!

This vet clinic is amazing! The front line staff are friendly and helpful and both Dr Amy and Dr Disa have been by our family's side through our puppies struggles and been kind to our 3 kittens as well. Prices are reasonable and they never try to recommend unnessary tests or products.

Dr, Amy and her staff are highly skilled and great with pets. We have adopted 2 cats from there now and both are doing great. Sheila came to us last week and she is settling in nicely. We have since re-named her Tika because she appears to have a little Bengal in her and we wanted a more exotic name for her. Sushi is still hissing at her but she is holding her ground. I think in time they will become friends. We just wanted you to know all is well.

I walk away fully confident that Maisey has received the best care possible. Worth the 3 HR drive from my city. No joke. They are seriously a cut above the rest.

This is the best vet clinic hands down! Dr. Amy is always there to accommodate and gives the best customer service. She always goes above and beyond the call of duty to help for routine annual shots, or for more complex issues like my dog's teeth cleaning. When they had to operate on my dog, they were very efficient to get him in with very short notice and were extremely accommodating when he came back for check ups post surgery. I have referred this clinic to all of my friends who have pets and I would definitely recommend this vet to anyone else who has a pet.

My husband and I take our English Bulldog to see Dr. Amy and I must say she is absolutely fantastic. She is so friendly and really cares about her patients. There have been a couple of times where we had to bring him in because something wasn't right and both times she has been so accomodating. She is by far one of the best Veterinarians we have dealt with and her staff are equally amazing. My husband and I live in Edmonton and both agree that driving to Devon is worth it. Dr. Amy is so knowledgeable and is able to explain things so you understand. Each time we bring our Bully to the Vet we know we are receiving top notch care.

My dog had a tumor and 7 teeth removed and I could not have been more worried about the surgery, but the staff at River View Veterinary Clinic made me feel confident in their abilities, and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my dog and why the recommendations were necessary. This is the best vet clinic hands down! Dr. Amy is always there to accommodate and gives the best customer service. She always goes above and beyond the call of duty to help for routine annual shots, or for more complex issues like my dog's teeth cleaning. My husband and I take our English Bulldog to see Dr. Amy and I must say she is absolutely fantastic. She is so friendly and really cares about her patients. There have been a couple of times where we had to bring him in because something wasn't right and both times she has been so accomodating. She is by far one of the best Veterinarians we have dealt with and her staff are equally amazing. My husband and I live in Edmonton and both agree that driving to Devon is worth it. Dr. Amy is so knowledgeable and is able to explain things so you understand. Each time we bring our Bully to the Vet we know we are receiving top notch care.
