We have been going to this Vet clinic since 2000 and we are on our third dog . Since 2000 we don't have anything but good things . I always feel comfortable going there because I know our pets will be looked after . Dr. Lee is amazing he never rush your appointment. He is always very thorough about everything. He takes the time to explain everything and answer all my question and trust me I asked a lot of question .I can honestly tell he enjoy what he does. He connects with the animals and the owners . He's very upfront and will not reccomend procedures that are not necessary . Today our standard poodle went in for surgery to remove a perianal tumor adenoma . Not only that we did got superb service but he even removed 3 growth and didn't charge us extra for removing them . Our standard poodle was well looked after today as well . Dr. Sired and Dr. Lee are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and caring. I recently had a check up with Dr. Lee for my cat; he provided me with helpful information to ease my concerns and was very gentle. He informed me before doing every part of the check up on my cat and let her stay in the carrier so she was comfortable. Prior to this recent visit, Dr. Sired is my regular doctor and she is just as great as Dr. Lee. I wouldn't take my cat anywhere else. Read Less

I took one of the golden retriever at my care to this location on emergency visit. The clinic was fully booked for the day but after discuss the symptoms with the nurse. Dr. Neville instructed me to visit the clinic immediately. After carefully examination, Dr. Neville discovered multiple issues with Ane Ane (Golden retriver) and have to make recommendation to put her down due to her conditions and age (14 years old). It was very emotional and difficult situation since the owner still in Australia and will not be back in time. Dr. Neville discussed the possible outcomes with the owner on the phone and provided all the supporting documents to aid the owner to make the difficult decision to Ane Ane's best interest. All the staffs displayed love, compassionate, and understanding throughout the process. Knowing that Ane Ane is not just another dog but part of the family and also friends to many others. I witnessed the professionalism and unconditional love to the distress animal from Dr Neville and her staffs during one of the most difficult moment in my life. Ane Ane no longer suffer and she is at a better place now. I have only taken my kitty here once, but I was beyond impressed. All the staff are extremely professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The waiting room and exam rooms were clean and tidy. Dr. Lee was dismissive of valid questions. Instead of just answering, he made me feel like they were taboo and not to be asked. Seeing as how I brought my dog to a vet clinic, i don't think asking a dog health related question was out of line. Will not be back. Read Less

Dr. Lee is the best, he is gentle and the animals and people love him! We have been going there for 36 years and he has done surgeries and the lines are always precise! Bonus they also see bunnies here. There is an abundance of animal veterinary clinics here on the north side but few that see more then cats and dogs. I brought our little Oreo for a nail clipping. The vet tech was extremely caring. She was also happy to teach me how to do it myself and answer any other questions I had. Definitely going to book a full exam for our new family member here. Excellent service. I am pleased with Dr. Sired who deals with my cats and Dr. Lee who deals with my guinea pigs. They are attentive, gentle with the animals and explain things well. If Dr. Sired says she will get back to you with some information she WILL get back to you. One of my cats tends to make googly "love eyes" at her. Dr. Lee was very gentle with my guinea pigs. It was endearing/funny to hear him talk to them. The receptionist Kim is also very nice and efficient. I also appreciate that they take part in the program with the Edmonton Humane society where am adopted pet's first visit is free. I have been going here for 35 years! My sister, my brother and my mother for the same length of time! I have lived out of Edmonton and travelled 3 hrs to bring my pets in. Dr Lee and Dr Jennifer are outstanding ... They have saved our critters lives! When needed, They have nursed them to health and kept them health! Dr Lee is so compassionate with animals. He takes the time to explain things and never rushes you out the door for the next patient. Plus, he isn't out for your money. We had a girl that had kidney issues and our other vet wanted to do all sorts of tests and evasive measures. A short time later we got our little boy and he was seen by Dr Lee, so we decided to transfer her records. Dr Lee couldn't find what the cause of her issues were after reading all the notes and rather than the evasive tests and procedures....he recommend we just keep an eye on things and evaluate yearly. He saved us probably thousands and she didn't suffer and we had her for another eight years. So glad that we switched Vet clinics back then. I wouldn't trade Dr Lee for anything! We are very happy with Dr. Sired as we also have two boxer dogs! One of our dogs has complex health issues and she has offered such valuable advice. My husband was also very impressed with her care of our other dog when he needed urgent care on his injured foot. The prices were reasonable and there was no pressure to spend more money than was actually needed! I've taken my dogs to this Animal Clinic, and the staff are wonderful. This is my normal veterinarian and have had nothing but positive experiences. Both my dogs have both seen both Dr.Matta and Dr.Lee and they love it there. Dr. Lee detected a serious heart defect that one of my dogs had that had been missed by another vet. Dr.Lee got us into see a surgeon immediately.
