There are no better people to care for our fur family than these three amazing ladies. They go above and beyond for our babies and no one has been able to show the tender loving care that my pets need. They will always answer questions and provide us education as my husband and I were new dog owners when we started going to them. Also My cats do not love leaving their home but the way they treat them both they don’t feel as scared or panicked. My Dog loves all of them and gets excited when he sees the store front!!! I would highly recommend anyone to bring their pets here and have! No one will care for your pets as much as these ladies will!

Penny is a HART dog and even though we live approximately a million miles away from Charwick Hill, we still choose them. The team here is excellent. One time, I cried in the office because I was worried about our dog (needlessly worried) and one time my wife nearly passed out (we were running late and their was no time for breakfast) and our dog is fairly demanding of constant treats/pets when we are there.
Penny races into this place and seems to enjoy being studied on their table. They've been there for us whenever we needed help, and answer questions by email/phone and always follow up after appointments.

Had the worst experience at this vet. I am forced to write my first Google review in hopes that no one goes through what I did here. My 1 yr old puppy had been limping for a couple of weeks so I decid...
Had the worst experience at this vet. I am forced to write my first Google review in hopes that no one goes through what I did here. My 1 yr old puppy had been limping for a couple of weeks so I decided to take him in to check up on it. After about 10 min into the visit and an external examination where he had no pain response, I was told there was a 90% chance that he needed ACL surgery because his ligament was torn and that there was a good chance his other leg would also require the $5000 surgery with no proof of this supposed tear. I was told I could be given a referral to a surgeon (ofcourse as they receive a cut for this). He was given a prescription for an anti-inflammatory and he was 100% better with in 1 wk. I will never go back to this vet from this experience. It was not worth the stress and emotional turmoil of thinking my 1 yr old puppy would require an invasive surgery to which I was explained would be the only option for him having a normal life.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sharon, Andrea, & Lorna! Any questions I have (trust me I always have a few) they take the time to truly explain and clarify to me! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby Rosie! I always received top notch and excellent service everytime I call or visit! It is truly refreshing to have such brilliant people to take care of something that is so incredibly close to my heart. I don't even hesitate a moment to refer these fantastic people. As I tell all my friends, family, clients, and co-workers, I'm pretty sure Rosie likes being there more then home at times... I practically have to drag her out of their clinic. Once again thank you so much ladies, you are fantastic! I always look forward to seeing you.

They always have time to answer questions and make sure that you have all the info. :-) Our dog isn't afraid to go to the vet! In fact, he loves to visit. I guess that's a testimony in itself. This is a phenomenal vet! We first met them after moving from the north side just to get medication for our dog Miky not being ready to switch vets but soon realized how caring and great the staff were we were ready to switch. Unfortunately they never got to meet Miky but that didn't stop them going above and beyond when we had to say goodbye. Now our new puppy Harlow and her brother Spike are regular patients! Highly recommend them!

Also was very defensive when asked anything other than the details of her 'gold standard of treatment', and kept dodging my quality of life concerns for my pet.

Our puppy is 6 months old. He was obviously feeling unwell so we headed over to see Dr Sharon, Andrea and Lorna. They took X-rays and discovered a 'sphere' in Cooper's intestines. From having a neuter operation on Dec 1 to a bouncy ball removal operation Dec 10...we've seen these ladies lots lately. They are always kind, caring, welcoming and have so much patience for their patients as well as their humans (who may turn into blubbering idiots because we're so upset about our furry baby). It's just not possible to say enough good things or say enough thank you's to do justice to just how awesome they are

I cant say enough GREAT things about Charwick Hill, Andrea stands out and deserves all the thanks in the world. She has been nothing short than amazing. When I was dealing with my sick 3 month old puppy she was kind, understanding and so helpful. From my first phone call to Charwick I knew this was an amazing vet and that it was the best choice for my dog. Andrea will also pass along any little training tips for certain things I cant quite get Tuck to do. Thanks to the amazing Team @ Charwick Tucker ( my puppy ) is doing 10000% better and back on track to be a very healthy and happy dog. Sharon is wonderful, always answering my 101 questions about what to feed him etc. I honestly can say enough amazing things about this clinic and will continue to come as long as they are open !

The ladies here are WONDERFUL.I have 2 cats and they are both quite a handful (for very different reasons) and they are always well taken care of here. Even the one with the bad attitude, the one who pooed on the vet because she was mad at me, was met with a smile even though I was totally mortified (though when you go into that line of work, dealing with a bit of cat poo from time to time is probably par for the course). The staff here is very patient and will explain everything that they are doing, why they are doing it, what to expect during future checkups and offer all sorts of advice. They will talk about the temperaments of different animal breeds and how to handle them, they will tell you what kind of food you should buy and where to get it if they don't carry it and they always do a follow up phone call the day after a visit to ensure that your pets are ok after their appointment and vaccinations.Even if this office wasn't located right across the street from me I'd definitely make a point of going there, I'm always really happy with how they treat both my pets and I there. They also hand out treats at the till... well, not for humans, we only get the bill. But that's a small price to pay for having your pets taken care of (plus I can always pick myself up a Slurpee on the way home, right?).

Our three furry babies (2 dogs and 1 cat) have been very well cared for by the awesome team at Charwick Hill. Very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. When our little kitty was mysteriously ill, Dr. Sharon explored the possible causes, and even made a referral to internal medicine to try to get to the bottom of it. We really appreciate this level of care and the thorough follow-up, and would not take our pets anywhere else!

There are no better people to care for our fur family than these three amazing ladies. They go above and beyond for our babies and no one has been able to show the tender loving care that my pets need. My old dog was definitely not right!! I got in to see them at short notice,he and I were looked after, he was thoroughly examined, nothing was left to chance and I was kept in the loop the whole time!...
My old dog was definitely not right!! I got in to see them at short notice,he and I were looked after, he was thoroughly examined, nothing was left to chance and I was kept in the loop the whole time!!!! I live close to Lorna who dropped off supplies and took back samples which made my life so much easier!!! My 10 year old dog is such an important part of my family and I know he is an important part of theirs!!!!Thank you all so much for everything

Our puppy is 6 months old. He was obviously feeling unwell so we headed over to see Dr Sharon, Andrea and Lorna. They took X-rays and discovered a 'sphere' in Cooper's intestines. From having a neuter operation on Dec 1 to a bouncy ball removal operation Dec 10...we've seen these ladies lots lately. They are always kind, caring, welcoming and have so much patience for their patients as well as their humans (who may turn into blubbering idiots because we're so upset about our furry baby). It's just not possible to say enough good things or say enough thank you's to do justice to just how awesome they are

Not once have we had the impression that they only cared about money. Their first and foremost concern was to help us. We are very thankful for their help and support.

I cant say enough GREAT things about Charwick Hill, Andrea stands out and deserves all the thanks in the world. She has been nothing short than amazing. When I was dealing with my sick 3 month old puppy she was kind, understanding and so helpful. From my first phone call to Charwick I knew this was an amazing vet and that it was the best choice for my dog. Andrea will also pass along any little training tips for certain things I cant quite get Tuck to do. Thanks to the amazing Team @ Charwick Tucker ( my puppy ) is doing 10000% better and back on track to be a very healthy and happy dog. Sharon is wonderful, always answering my 101 questions about what to feed him etc. I honestly can say enough amazing things about this clinic and will continue to come as long as they are open !

The ladies here are WONDERFUL.I have 2 cats and they are both quite a handful (for very different reasons) and they are always well taken care of here. Even the one with the bad attitude, the one who pooed on the vet because she was mad at me, was met with a smile even though I was totally mortified (though when you go into that line of work, dealing with a bit of cat poo from time to time is probably par for the course). The staff here is very patient and will explain everything that they are doing, why they are doing it, what to expect during future checkups and offer all sorts of advice. They will talk about the temperaments of different animal breeds and how to handle them, they will tell you what kind of food you should buy and where to get it if they don't carry it and they always do a follow up phone call the day after a visit to ensure that your pets are ok after their appointment and vaccinations.Even if this office wasn't located right across the street from me I'd definitely make a point of going there, I'm always really happy with how they treat both my pets and I there. They also hand out treats at the till... well, not for humans, we only get the bill. But that's a small price to pay for having your pets taken care of (plus I can always pick myself up a Slurpee on the way home, right?).

Our three furry babies (2 dogs and 1 cat) have been very well cared for by the awesome team at Charwick Hill. Very knowledgeable, kind, and caring. When our little kitty was mysteriously ill, Dr. Sharon explored the possible causes, and even made a referral to internal medicine to try to get to the bottom of it. We really appreciate this level of care and the thorough follow-up, and would not take our pets anywhere else!

They are a great bunch of ladies. I have never seen so many four legged clients love the vet. It is how they treat each and every one, playing and showing nothing but love. The atmosphere there is just warming and inviting and I'm glad I can be apart of it.
