Staff is great, quality of procedures is good.
Whats not good is last minute unnecessary tests performed only to bill more. Unethical to call on the day of surgery and pull a fast one with test request.... Which sure enough we authorized over the phone, as we were worried for the DOG. But it was never discussed before and we discovered later was not needed.... Extensive hormone screening while a month old blood work show all in norm. Great experience for the dog, turned to not really just because of someone's greed.

We woke up one day to our 10 year old cat Trooper with his eye full of blood. We were panicked and didn't know what had caused this freak accident. The closest vet ended up being Granville. It was fate, Dr. Amanda and her staff have been exceptional from start to finish. They have exceeded our expectations and treated Trooper as their own. My family highly recommends them and are extremely grateful that we ended up at such a caring facility. Thank you Dr. Amanda and team!! ♡

Spent an extensive amount of time at this vet clinic due to our small dog being diagnosed with a rare disorder. The staff here are amazing and became like family. They were so great dealing with all the appointments and extra care our little girl needed. They treated her like she was their own, and went above and beyond in every way. We live out of town, and have to drive in but it is so worth it knowing our family is being taken care of. Absolutely amazing people and Vets!

This vet is fantastic. I love how caring they are. The first time I visited, the vet was giving so much pets and was so affectionate to my boy. He was loving it. They're knowledgeable and compassionate. Top knotch bunch of people. When he had to get surgery, I called several times to check up and ask questions and they had no problem updating me with everything. They even had the vet call me right afterwards to discuss how it went. I feel very comfortable with this vet. I'll be back. But hopefully not too soon.

The clinic itself is clean, modern and well built.
I have known Dr. Hotke for well over 10 years & I can promise you that she is a Veterinarian because she truly cares about every animal as well as their health & well-being.
Dr. Hotke and her staff aren't about taking your money or selling you things you don't need. I've had the pleasure of having her as my Vet. For my 2 cats, 3 beagles & chihuahua, she is also my parents Veterinarian of choice for their many animals as well.

Whats not good is last minute unnecessary tests performed only to bill more. Unethical to call on the day of surgery and pull a fast one with test request.... Which sure enough we authorized over the phone, as we were worried for the DOG. But it was never discussed before and we discovered later was not needed.... Spent an extensive amount of time at this vet clinic due to our small dog being diagnosed with a rare disorder. The staff here are amazing and became like family. They were so great dealing with all the appointments and extra care our little girl needed. They treated her like she was their own, and went above and beyond in every way. We live out of town, and have to drive in but it is so worth it knowing our family is being taken care of. Absolutely amazing people and Vets!

This vet is fantastic. I love how caring they are. The first time I visited, the vet was giving so much pets and was so affectionate to my boy. He was loving it. They're knowledgeable and compassionate. Top knotch bunch of people. When he had to get surgery, I called several times to check up and ask questions and they had no problem updating me with everything. They even had the vet call me right afterwards to discuss how it went. I feel very comfortable with this vet. I'll be back. But hopefully not too soon.
