The staff are friendly and kind, they offer good hours and are fairly accommodating. Sadly they did not receive a 5 as they easily could have and here is why: I brought my 1 year old cat in for the 1st time to be fixed. The surgery went well, he ended up with a minor infection but that one was his own fault as he wouldn't stop rubbing along the ground. Exactly two weeks after having him home one of our other cats ears ballooned so badly we thought it was going to burst. We took her in right away (she is 16) just to find out that she had ear mites, which are only carried by kittens or transferred by another infected cat, usually outdoor cats. She ended up having an Aural Hematoma from shaking her head that almost resulted in surgery. It cost a FAIR FAIR amount in drainage, medications, check ups and to fully treat the other 2 cats as well as preventive measures just to find my 1 year old had them somehow and was likely the carrier to our female. Problem: Our cats are indoor cats and always have been and none are kittens, the 1 year old never had any ear issues, the incubation period for mites to present themselves is 2 weeks, which was to the day our female presented with them and to the day we brought our 1 year old home from surgery. As per the various vets we seen on our various visits for check ups and meds they could not explain how she or he had picked up the mites. I had to ask if possible it was there during his surgery visit, as it is the only common logical answer, they said they would look into and then said no. We were disappointed at the fact that they probably were contracted there and it was not only considered but dismissed and they couldn't even cut a break or offer a discount % on all the treatments and medications we needed for all 3 animals, and now our female has permanent€ cauliflower ear. The vets are great and we understand things happen but it was handled poorly for customer satisfaction and it hurt our wallets to their benefit when they could have eased it some at least. Read Less

We have been bringing our feline companions here for more than 10 years and the staff of this clinic are pretty much family by now. They know and love our cats as we do, some of whom are frequent visitors due to chronic conditions. They have helped our kitties through everything from torn claws to Diabetes to chronic rhinitis, comforted us during final moments with our beloved friends, and gladly answer all of our quirky cat-mom questions. The doctors are both knowledgeable and willing to research when they don't think they know what is going on - there is no doctor ego here, just genuine love for animal wellness. Beware! I had a very upsetting experience recently. My cat was prescribed the medication for a skin infection. When I was about to pay for it, I noticed that it is the same as I already have at home and I for sure did not want to waste my money unnecessarily . The staff really wanted me to buy the meds though, and warned me few times that the dosage may be different or it may already be past the expiry date. Finally, we agreed that I may return the medication if the one I have at home is the same one. Indeed it was: same dosage, and it was good for another year! So back I was two hours later. Guess what?! they do not accept meds back! The receptionist called the nurse and after a short inquisition about dosage, expiry and where I got the meds, the permission was given to refund my money. However, the amount to be refunded is about 40% of what I paid! Apparently, there are dispensing fees that are never refunded. I wish I was told it before I made a purchase! from the beginning, I was very clear that I have this meds at home but I was pushed to buy them without been given full disclosure! Be wary of hidden fees if you go here. Read Less
