brought our little hamster in yesterday out of sheer panic, not knowing if they would or could treat hamsters. squeakers was pretty well gone by the time we got here...45 mins later he was up and eating...nothing short of a miracle! Thanks to all the staff, Squeakers is home and almost back to his regular active self. It takes very special people to care enough of even the smallest animals and these people are it! Was not prepared to lose my little guy yesterday and because of them I didn't. I am giving a 5 star rating because dr.b is the best vet in this whole city. He cares and wouldn't do something himself wouldn't do. Doesn't try to sell you on the high price vet stuff but gives you alternatives before they are needed. We spent 2 grand at another vet to have our issues not dealt with and running me around circles with words. I called him he said come right in only charged the exam fee and ear drops and our dog got better within 2 weeks of seeing Dr.B. their prices are more than fair and the staff loves our Rottweilers. When we bought Hugo in for shoots we had our brand new puppy with us he comes out personally and states dogs with parvo have been in and to remove the puppy from his office so she doesn't get sick. I don't know about you but when a vet cares more about the dogs than the money you found the right one. Wherever dr.b goes so will We. He's honestly one of the most genuine, caring and loving vet I have ever encountered and trust me I've seen lots and no one tops dr.b. *BEWARE ANIMAL OWNERS/LOVERS: less than desirable experiences since taking my dog here (all within a 2 week timeline). Dr. Trimino is very rude, abrupt, and mishandled my pet. Then when I made a complaint to "management", no one from the staff recalled the incidentS (plural), although they were the ones that told me to submit my complaint.... I am not impressed with my recent visit. I took my dog in to have her annual checkup and shots in January. The vet told me to wait to give her the rabies shot until it was closer to the required date. I took her back in on April 10th for the shot, and was charged for an annual check up again. I even told the vet before he began what was going on. The charge was not explained to me until after the fact. I basically paid $78 to have her weighed. The receptionist was very polite and apologetic, but we won't be back. Read Less

After 6 great years of taking my Boxer to see Dr. Art, it's sad to see that he has elected to recruit such questionable colleagues. My dog's been seen by Dr. Colleen twice now in Dr. Art's absence and I would strongly discourage anyone from doing the same. Her communication skills leave much to be desired. Her explanations are labored and often meander towards inconclusive pauses. In one such moment, she left the examination room in mid sentence to address a different appointment! I waited a while before asking where she'd gone and was told she was helping someone else. Following that hour and a half long visit, I decided to look for another vet. When I conveyed my decision to them by phone, their response was a very abrupt 'ok I'll update the file', with no questions as to why. Like I said, it's sad to see things change over there.
