Rosslyn was my clinic for about 10 years where I brought my dog and cat and just loved the vet but now it's a new vet Dr. Melanie Bouclin who I would not recommend seeing as she lacks in communication and is rude when you question her and can be very opinionated so as a result we had to find another clinic with a great vet and we are very happy now. Awesome !!! The receptionist (I didn't get her name) was so pleasant and kind. She gave me excellent service and a lot of information. The vet was very friendly, gave me good advice for my dog and I was super satisfied. Indy was happy and not stressed out as he normally is. It was a great experience and that's why I have been a customer at Rosslyn Vet for many years ! So I don't normally write reviews of places that I go for routine services but I am moved to do so in this instance. I have had companion animals with me for 30 years so I have been through many vets. And I've been with Rosslyn for several years but I understand it changed owners not too too long ago. I took my beloved Brussels griffin for her check up and vaccinations this weekend and found out (horrors...she is slightly overweight...it's my partners fault...) anyhoo this vet proceeded to offer us a diet sheet that was comprised of things anyone could do. We don't have to go to the vet and buy expensive special diet menu food. This diet is things we can all do at home, carrots, Brussels sprouts etc... I am SO SUPER IMPRESSED. In all my years of having companion pets I have NEVER come across and vet that gave me a diet that was pet centered with no profit for the clinic.   Kudos Rosslyn veterinary clinic. We you. Brought my dog here to get his second shots everything was okay. I asked if they do nail trimming which the vet said they did, so they took my dog to the back because they said some dogs do better being away from the owner. After 10 mins of waiting they come out and tell me my dog was unable to get the nail trim because he was being to "crazy", I'm walking out the door when I notice a big cut on my dogs ear! And his nose had a small cut as well. When I ask to speak to the vet her assistant comes out to tell me that's a healed wound, when there's still fresh blood on it. The vet comes out and says oh I'm sorry maybe it was from his own paw here I'll give you a rinse to rub on it. After being told by one person it was my own dogs fault and that it was by his own paw. I was furious they didn't tell me about this and even more furious they didn't even do anything about the situation. Very unprofessional. Read Less

Haven't taken my pets to them, but recently, a cat I was caring for needed a c section on xmas eve. The vet I spoke to wasn't able to perform the surgery as he didn't have the staff, but he was so kind enough to help me find an affordable option to help this kitty. What really impressed me was that he took the time to locate the phone numbers and who was emergency and who wasn't. I was really impressed. This is indicative of a Vet that cares. Read Less

The Catarig's and Dr Nick are no longer here. Darn shame because I loved the family business atmosphere. I wasn't impressed with my last visit here and have transferred to follow Dr. Nick. Rosslyn provides phenomenal care whether it be fore a check up or a spay procedure. Every time I enter the clinic we are warmly welcomed and my pup is so excited to see everyone there (a true testament to how well they treat her). I will be a forever client of the clinic and Dr. B, even though I moved farther away, as the care they provide is outstanding and I feel so comfortable leaving my pup in their care (which does not come easy to most fur mamas). Their prices are competitive and very straightforward, no hidden costs and they do not nickel and dime you for everything. I would highly recommend this clinic! Read Less

Sorry, my experience was not great. It is a small, HOT - no air-conditioning - dirty -pee stains and pee on the front reception desk clinic. My pets and I were the 8:30 am appointment and were kept waiting in a hot stuffy room for 20+ minutes and we never saw the Vet (whose credentials are not shown anywhere). We left and will be going back to our original vet even though it means driving to Devon. Read Less

I have been using Rosslyn as my family vet for about 6.5 years now ever since I got my rescue fur baby and they have been nothing but amazing! We take our two fur-babies to Rosslyn Vet Clinic and we have never had a bad experience with them! Our girls love all the doctors and assistants they have seen.
