My regular veterinarian hospital. Dr Naveen is always truthful and straight forward which is much appreciated. Unfortunately my Bean passed away after going into shock after undergoing pyometra surgery. She took my heart with her. Dr. Naveen went above and beyond what any normal veterinarian would have done and even though I am heartbroken from my Bean passing away.. the staff and Doctor Naveen's compassion will never be forgotten. We recently had to put down our little cat. All the staff at the Sifton Clinic were compassionate and sensitive at this trying time. Great care was taken with our cat and with us as well. We were provided with details as we progressed through each step. They definitely made this final step as soothing as they could. A week later we received a beautiful card along with a handmade note with our cats paw print which was signed offering condolences from all members of the staff. Read Less

Everytime we have gone there we have to wait at least 30 mins to be brought into a room. Their pricing is extremely high compared to other vets. We went there today and were told the wait would be 40 mins to an hour even though we had an appointment. They could at least call and tell people with appointments that they are running behind. So many people were upset waiting in the front and all the animals are all anxious. Dogs were barking and cats were hissing...all the animals were freaking out. Staff just seems like they don’t know what they are doing. I don’t doubt they love the animals but I get the feeling they feel their time is more valuable and important than their customers. They seem to only care about money. We used to live right by there so we would always go there for convenience for about 5 yrs. our dog had an ongoing issue with allergies and they kept selling us this special food and cream. I started experimenting with other foods and told the vet that the food they were selling me seemed to make my dogs allergies worse. She said that was impossible because it’s a special food for dogs with allergies. Our dog was constantly scratching to the point he would bleed. They told us keep him on the food and use the cream for the bloody scratch marks. We finally decided to take our dog off their food and he no longer scratches. Also they knew we needed the cream but they would not refill it unless we bring our dog in so we have to keep paying for the vet visit which is expensive every month. Not very happy with this clinic. We have found a new vet and are extremely happy with her. We will not be going back to sifton Park ever again and I would warn others to do there own research and avoid that place. I only really had one interaction with them but it was as positive as could be given the situation. The vet and staff were all very quick to help. And follow up on my baby Sprockett. Part of me thinks the vet knew he probably wasn't going to make it but she let me bring him home and have a beautiful last few days together. Dr. Braze was wonderful with Cyndi today for her annual shots. She and Katie were positive and patient with my girl, who was just not in the mood to take her medicine today. Jamie did a great job on her nails, as so many groomers forget her dewclaws. Christie is a tribute to the clinic, always cheerful and helpful. I have taken Cyndi to this clinic since I adopted her almost 8 years ago. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great care for their fur kid! Read Less

I just felt I needed to update my review since it has been two years. I am still so grateful for Dr. Braze's treatment of my dog. Two years later, she walks perfectly and never limps. No surgery! Can't write enough good things about Sifton and their wonderful doctors and staff. We brought our 5 year old male cat here once he had suddenly fallen severely ill. At first they couldn't tell what it was that was wrong with him but still took his blood for needed tests, gave him a shot with 2 weeks worth of antibiotics, and gave him a full examination as well as a few cans of wet food on the house for him. The next morning they called asking how he faired over the night and called through the day to give us his blood test results as they came in. We took him back a week later for a follow up and had great customer service regarding my cat. We have five cats in total and experience the same great service with each of them when they come in for their visits. Read Less
