Very disorganized... when I was paying, the receptionist told me "Dr Brooks isn't charging you for the examination fee today given that your cats will have to get a lot of future dental work done" which I thought was SUPER nice!!! Then I get a call 3 weeks later from the Office Manager saying they "made an error" and want to collect nearly $200 now? Talk about awful customer service and disorganization. Will not be going back there. Own up to what you tell your clients please and hire a more pleasant Office Manager.

Avoid this vet clinic at all costs. Creepiest vibes from the vets here, the room was covered in cat hair all over the table and floor, and the wait was 25 min. I will not be bringing my dog back to this clinic! Also, they really overcharge compared to the new clinic I take my dog to, so that's something to consider (I thought prices were the same across the board but it turns out that's not the case). Worst ever.

Incredibly expensive.
I brought my dog here for an allergy flare up. I had never been here before. I had all my dog's medical records - of his documented allergy. What has worked in the past. What didn't. How it presented. All the testing ever done...
They insisted they run more tests. This is 2 things: EXPENSIVE & painful for my poor dog. And all those tests confirmed what all my documents already told them.
They then loaded him up with 6 medications. He's never had to be on more than 2 at a time for this same allergy before.
All said and done I paid $1000 to find out what I already knew for tests that had already been run...and that had cost a third of that at my previous vet.
They also insisted that I buy hypo-allergenic dog food for $135/bag. I found the same food in the same size bag for $95 at another vet store that is still making money. That's 40 extra per bag!!
I also felt great shame. They have Cadillac medicine & Volkswagen medicine & which one did I want my dog to have? Seriously? The dog needs to get better - agreed, but the kids gotta eat! Plus, those options were only discussed after I paid the 1000 & had worried that I couldn't afford the continued 3 months more treatment. Upfront pricing is not an unreasonable service to provide.
All that said - they provided quality, professional care. Obviously caring doctor.

My husband and I have been clients for about 25 years and have always received the most thorough service and compassionate care at this clinic. The vets (who go WAY above and beyond), the techs (who are so skilled and gentle) and the front end staff (who are always reassuring and friendly) are all phenomenal. From regular check-ups to complicated surgeries and all the time taken to do extra research on various conditions ... we can't thank them enough for all they've done. Jody, Sherry, Debi, Jeff, Jenn (former staff) & so many others helped us, taught us, laughed and cried with us. So yeah, I recommend this clinic ;)

Very disorganized... when I was paying, the receptionist told me "Dr Brooks isn't charging you for the examination fee today given that your cats will have to get a lot of future dental work done" which I thought was SUPER nice!!! I will not be bringing my dog back to this clinic! Also, they really overcharge compared to the new clinic I take my dog to, so that's something to consider (I thought prices were the same across the board but it turns out that's not the case).
