I brought my cat in with a reoccurring symptoms of a UTI. I was charged $90 for a 5 minute appointment to have my cat weighed. No tests were able to be done, yet my cats file shows that this is a reoccurring issue they still refused to give me the antibiotic that would clear up her infection. I've now had to pay not only there fees, but reopen a file with another clinic who will prescribe the medication needed to treat my cat. The young guy with all the tattoos and nose rings, was also very rude and ignorant while I calmly spoke my frustrations. I will be having all 3 of my animals changed to a new Vet who's main concern is the animals. Very disappointed with the lack of care received.

After calling around to a few places I settled on the spay clinic. They were super reasonably priced. And able to accommodate us within the week. Their drop off and pick up times are great forThose who work during the day. There was at least 6 people dropping their animalsOff at the same time as me so they know what they're doing. And were helpful during pick up. This is a great option for people who can't affordA spay or neuter and your average clinic.

Love, love love! I took my 12 year old cat in not even knowing what was wrong with her, only to find out that she is diabetic. Dr. McMillan clearly and patiently explained everything to me, letting me know exactly how we would proceed from there, making sure she didn't overload me with too much info or technical talk at a time! Dr. McMillan and the rest of the staff did absolutely everything to make sure my cat was set up with the proper dosage of insulin, even though my cat was finicky and it took some extra work, and gave my husband and myself a hands on lesson on how to administer it! I even received 2 follow up calls at home, from the doctor herself, to make sure my fur baby was doing well and not having any negative reactions. Sorry this is a little long winded, but I simply cannot say enough good things about this place! As an added (and much appreciated!) bonus, the price was much lower than anywhere else I have been or contacted. I highly recommend it, I will not take my babies anywhere else.

Heard about the spay clinic from a friend. After calling around to get quotes on getting my puppy neutered + microchip, and they were by far the most reasonably priced. Not to mention, I received the most information from them over the phone inquiring than anywhere else. (Ex. What is a popular age, day before surgery requirements, etc)
When I took my puppy in this past week they were so kind and approachable. I left for the day knowing he was in good hands. When I came to pick him up they were giving me lots of after care tips, explained all of the information and papers I received.

Our Ginger was spayed at the clinic last month. The booking process was easy, they called to remind us about the instructions before surgery, and the intake was quick.
We were super stressed as most people are dropping their pups off, but everything went well and Ginger (and I) both survived the day. :)
She needed a follow-up because her bandage fell off too early and I was afraid of infection. The clinic staff were fantastic and very accommodating at the follow-up appointment.

They are amazing, the staff are friendly, approachable and go beyond what I call customer service.
The spay clinic treated my dog as if they were their own and with such compassion. I have had one other dog spayed here and this is my second time returning to have another dog spayed.
Their prices are in line as to what a vet should charge and they offer regular services any vet would.
I will always be a supporter of this fantastic place and will let others know, just how good the spay clinic in Edmonton is.

You can tell they certainly do a large volume of producedures each day but it doesn't seem to sacrifice the quality in any way.

The Spay Clinic is amazing for affordable pet care and they treat your pets as you do like family. From booking the appointment to the drop off, the staff is warm and friendly and answers all your questions. However, I did wish that they would better prepare their clients for post surgery procedures (such as what to expect and changes in the pet's lifestyle while they recover). When I was asking questions at pick up, the staff seemed a bit annoyed that I did not know the answers.

I have been bringing my dog to this clinic since she was 10 weeks old and I will never go anywhere else! The staff here are all so wonderful and genuinely care about the well being of my dog while she is there. Anytime I have gone, I have been given any and all information that I might need and they always offer advice to prevent issues going forward. Her spay surgery was amazing. The incision was so small and healed very quickly. She also recently needed dental work and I was very impressed with the result. On top of everything, they have incredible prices. I never leave feeling like I spent too much and usually feel that I paid way less than other clinics would have charged in Edmonton. Would definitely recommend The Spay Clinic to friends and family.

Update Feb 24/2018: Their prices have gone way up. I just called to book a cat in for 2 booster shots. The price I was given was $120. A year ago I paid under a hundred dollars for full vaccinations on a cat. I ask the receptionist and she confirmed that they have raised their rates. I called another vet and was booked in to have the same shots for with checkup for $85. The spay clinic wanted to charge $80 just for an exam. What a rip off. All they do is feel around and look at the teeth. That is not worth $80.
Old review (1+ year ago) I called around and these guys had the best prices (Male cat neutering). Super friendly staff, got an appointment within 2 days of calling, free parking right of front of the building, Clinic is clean and modern (at least it looks that way from the front office). I was able to get my cat vaccinations done at the same time. They even trimmed my cats nails at no charge (I didn't even ask them to). Overall great service.

My experience with The Spay Clinic have been outstanding. I had my dog neutered and my cat spayed. When I arrived, it was clean and professional in appearance. In addition, the staff were outstanding. I felt comfortable leaving my fur babies with them, which is a big deal.Upon completion of their surgeries, I was provided with written aftercare instructions and felt 100% confident in the whole process.I will definitely return to the Spay Clinic for all of my pet care needs.

We recently had my uncle's cat spayed here at the O.S.C. And we received friendly, prompt service. NO hidden fees .. the Man on the phone explained ALL fees including extra fees that might arise.
They explained everything to my uncle about the procedure and after care as well as sent him home with pamphlets so "he didn't have to remember anything".
She will be going back for her boosters to the spay clinic and we are confident that the service will be nothing less than outstanding.

This is long winded and I apologize for that in advance. The Spay Clinic is the most reliable and cost efficient clinic in the city. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate this clinic. I will never again bring my pets to another clinic. My dog Zeus started experiencing digestive issues in the beginning of December. He has a history of eating inedible things such as tennis balls that could do a lot of damage not to mention how costly the surgery is to remove them so when my dog suddenly started vomiting without cause I panicked. They had no available appointments but said to bring him in first thing the next morning and Dr. West used his short breaks between surgeries to examine him and rule out foreign bodies. Zeus started to recover but took a sudden turn for the worse Christmas morning forcing me to bring him to an emergency clinic in Edmonton. The doctor there, although very kind to talk to gave me what I now consider the worst advice and prognosis imaginable. She told me they couldn't find a reason for Zeus' illness and I had a few days to decide whether I wanted to euthanize my dog or spend a minimum of $22,000.00 for exploratory surgery that may or may not provide an answer. Zeus is not only a wonderful pet but also I'm emotional support animal to help with severe anxiety. As you might imagine, this news did not help my anxiety. Zeus and I just had our second visit to the spay clinic and we are so happy with dr. West, his team, their attention to detail, their level of care and his willingness to work within a budget (being a full time university student who just spent a butt load of money at the emergency vet this is very important). He believes Zeus has developed food allergies and we are working on a cost effective hypoallergenic diet that will give my dog everything he needs to make a full recovery! Zeus is already doing much better and quite obviously does not need to be euthanized. Thank you Dr. West and the staff at the spay clinic for my happy healthy dog!

I was initially skeptical of the Spay Clinic. How could they offer such good prices and be legit??? After coming here though, I'm happy that I decided to give it a chance. The place specializes in spaying and neutering pets, so they've got TONS of experience. The name/price point made me think of a sketchy back alley shop with sketchy tools, but that is far from the truth. The Spay Clinic is a small that is well kept and smells of cleanliness. My kitty was in and out within a day. He got neutered and tattooed, both of which healed beautifully. He was well cared for and everything went perfectly!

This clinic is very busy, but Dr. West is by far one of the most engaged vets I've worked with. He always explains what is going on with my elderly pets, and gives me options for how to proceed which are very clearly explained. They are very generous with their time, so they might be running behind, but you will appreciate it when you need those extra few minutes. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable.

AMAZING VET CLINIC!! After discovering my cat had a loose tooth and bad breath I started looking for a vet. Most places I called wanted $70 to even see him and said the starting price for a teeth cleaning and single extraction was $600. One place even quoted me over $2000!! When I called The Spay Clinic they told me they would not charge for a consultation and that they could see him the next day. During the exam I was informed that it is quite normal for cats to loose their teeth and the bad breath was because of food build up from him not chewing on that side. She said the tooth would likely come out on its own and that overall his mouth looks to be in good shape, just I may want to consider a cleaning in the future. I asked for a quote and couldn't believe how fair their pricing was compared to everyone else. No hard up-selling just a true, honest business ran by great people. Thanks Guys!

I bring our medium labradoodle, Angel and Charlie, our cotton de tutelar, here for all their services as the clinic is great. Overall the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming and Dr. West is truly the most patient. Unlike other vets that we have been to, he doesn't rush you or try to trivialize your concerns. He's very practical and not insistent on selling you drugs or vaccinations or pet food that you don't need which, I find is refreshing. It's annoying to chat with someone who's trying to sell you something and profit from you all the time. Although Charlie and Angel are somewhat skittish visiting the vet (whose isn't?), Dr. West takes the time for our pups to get comfortable with him and gain trust which, is reassuring. I'm so glad that we have this fabulous, affordable, no BS vet located in the heart of our city. Woo hoo!

You always hear horror stories of when an animal gets fixed. He had the laser surgery.. healed quick with no issues and honestly he acts like a kitten still. He did get a tattoo which to this today is still visible! The staff there at the time were soo sad to see him go because he was such a good boy. Bought the cone as a just in case.. and he never needed it. I tell everyone about this place. Sylvester is 9 now and doing great =) The staff did an absolutely incredible job!

The Spay Clinic provides a low cost, high quality solution for having cats and dogs spayed and neutered, as well as several other routine procedures.We recently took our little mini-dachshund to The Spay Clinic for her spay. Setting up the appointment was easy and well organized. The clinic called with a reminder the day before to fast the puppy before her surgery which was great.On the morning of the surgery, we dropped our puppy off at 7am, which was a fairly quick process. She was checked over quickly to ensure she was in good health while we filled out her forms. We became aware of a few other procedures that could be done while she was under for the spay, including teeth scaling, tooth extractions, ID tattooing or microchipping. This is great, because you can take advantage of the fact that the dog is already under anesthetic and avoid additional costs for these procedures in the future. We chose to have her spayed, have her 4 baby canines extracted (a common problem with small dogs is that their adult teeth don't push out the baby teeth, leading to the need to extract the baby teeth), and a tattoo.When we returned to pick up the puppy at 4:30, she was happy to see us and although a bit dopey, she seemed in good spirits. The clinic personnel were very thorough with the discharge instructions which was greatly helpful.Before we left we were also informed of other services available at the clinic, also at low-cost. These included annual checkups/vaccinations, and teeth scaling. We will definitely return if possible. The Spay Clinic provides superb value for the services that they offer. In total we spent $300 for the spay, extractions, tattoo and pain meds. Our vet quoted the spay and meds alone at $650. After some research the choice became so simple. I'm glad we decided to give the Spay Clinic a try!

I had taken my cat to The Spay Clinic and now took my great dane puppy. Both times they have been, professional, kind, and seem to really understand the funny relationship between people and their pets (My pup refused to go in so I had to carry the 70 lb gangly baby through the double doors and it wasn't graceful but it was funny). I would highly recommend The Spay Clinic. I wish I knew about it with my older dane but will be using their services for future cats and dogs.

I was skeptical of the spay clinic thinking it was some dirty back alley low budget clinic. I couldn't have been more wrong! I was extremely satisfied with their service. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They made me feel at ease when they said they do roughly 6000 spays a year. As soon as my cat got home, she was running, and playing like normal. It was obvious she was in very little discomfort. I was surprised at how small and clean the incision was. Laser surgery really is the way to go! I highly recommend this place.

I'm glad I chose the spay clinic. Of course it was just because there prices were so great but the staff is extremely nice and caring and you know your pet is number one. We had no problems getting a female and male done both were just fine. Although I was quoted $115 for the female and she ended up being $155 a little high when a male is only $80? She said it was a flat rate but when I read reviews some people are saying they got cheaper than that so I'm confused... Oh well I will still recommend it.

I asked why and they said because that was when they "did that." Hmm... So why did you pick up the phone in the first place?So I called back in 15 minutes aaaaand... Busy Signal. For the next HOUR.I was so annoyed that I was blocked off from making an appointment that I almost reconsidered and booked somewhere else. But truth be told, no one can match their prices so I sucked it up and finally got through.Because I needed to book an appointment so far in advance I had to put a deposit down. I didn't have a credit card number to give them so I ended up having to go down there in order to book the appointment.So that sucked. But I did get to see first hand how committed the staff are to good health and pets. I was happy I went down because all my questions were answered and I felt much better about the whole experience afterwards.

When I needed to neuter my cat, one of the friends recommended Spay clinic. I went to check it out, and quite frankly wasn't impressed with how this place looked. The clinic itself is located in a strip that houses businesses; it looks very small and rather worn down from the outside. When I walked in, the place was packed: people were dropping off their cats and dogs. After five minutes of waiting, I got front desk lady's attention, and she explained that if I chose to go ahead and spay my cat at their clinic, I would have to drop him off early in the morning and pick him up after 4 pm. She stressed how important it was that my cat didn't drink or eat anything 8 hours prior to his operation. She also clarified the prices, and in a very friendly manner assured me that my cat would be in good hands. Even though the place was busy, I was able to schedule an appointment for that very same week. The procedure cost $50.I must say that doctors did a very good job. My cat seemed a bit scared, had his belly shaven and smelled of medicine, but he wasn't as terrified as I thought he would be, he didn't have an adverse reaction to anaesthesia; and he was back to normal in no time. Since we didn't run into any problems or misunderstandings with the Spay clinic, I recommend it.

I brought my cat in with a reoccurring symptoms of a UTI. I was charged $90 for a 5 minute appointment to have my cat weighed. No tests were able to be done, yet my cats file shows that this is a reoccurring issue they still refused to give me the antibiotic that would clear up her infection. I've now had to pay not only there fees, but reopen a file with another clinic who will prescribe the medication needed to treat my cat. The young guy with all the tattoos and nose rings, was also very rude and ignorant while I calmly spoke my frustrations. I will be having all 3 of my animals changed to a new Vet who's main concern is the animals. Very disappointed with the lack of care received.

I'm so happy this place exists. When I wound up with a cat I wasn't expecting who turned out to not be fixed. I wasn't prepared to take her to my regular pricer (but still awesome) vet. After calling around to a few places I settled on the spay clinic. They were super reasonably priced. And able to accommodate us within the week. Their drop off and pick up times are great forThose who work during the day. There was at least 6 people dropping their animalsOff at the same time as me so they know what they're doing. And were helpful during pick up. This is a great option for people who can't affordA spay or neuter and your average clinic.

Love, love love! I took my 12 year old cat in not even knowing what was wrong with her, only to find out that she is diabetic. Dr. McMillan clearly and patiently explained everything to me, letting me know exactly how we would proceed from there, making sure she didn't overload me with too much info or technical talk at a time! Dr. McMillan and the rest of the staff did absolutely everything to make sure my cat was set up with the proper dosage of insulin, even though my cat was finicky and it took some extra work, and gave my husband and myself a hands on lesson on how to administer it! I even received 2 follow up calls at home, from the doctor herself, to make sure my fur baby was doing well and not having any negative reactions. Sorry this is a little long winded, but I simply cannot say enough good things about this place! As an added (and much appreciated!) bonus, the price was much lower than anywhere else I have been or contacted. I highly recommend it, I will not take my babies anywhere else.

Heard about the spay clinic from a friend. After calling around to get quotes on getting my puppy neutered + microchip, and they were by far the most reasonably priced. Not to mention, I received the most information from them over the phone inquiring than anywhere else. (Ex. What is a popular age, day before surgery requirements, etc)
When I took my puppy in this past week they were so kind and approachable. I left for the day knowing he was in good hands. When I came to pick him up they were giving me lots of after care tips, explained all of the information and papers I received.

Our Ginger was spayed at the clinic last month. The booking process was easy, they called to remind us about the instructions before surgery, and the intake was quick.
We were super stressed as most people are dropping their pups off, but everything went well and Ginger (and I) both survived the day. :)
She needed a follow-up because her bandage fell off too early and I was afraid of infection. The clinic staff were fantastic and very accommodating at the follow-up appointment.

They are amazing, the staff are friendly, approachable and go beyond what I call customer service.
The spay clinic treated my dog as if they were their own and with such compassion. I have had one other dog spayed here and this is my second time returning to have another dog spayed.
Their prices are in line as to what a vet should charge and they offer regular services any vet would.
I will always be a supporter of this fantastic place and will let others know, just how good the spay clinic in Edmonton is.

The Spay Clinic is amazing for affordable pet care and they treat your pets as you do like family. From booking the appointment to the drop off, the staff is warm and friendly and answers all your questions. However, I did wish that they would better prepare their clients for post surgery procedures (such as what to expect and changes in the pet's lifestyle while they recover). When I was asking questions at pick up, the staff seemed a bit annoyed that I did not know the answers.

I have been bringing my dog to this clinic since she was 10 weeks old and I will never go anywhere else! The staff here are all so wonderful and genuinely care about the well being of my dog while she is there. Anytime I have gone, I have been given any and all information that I might need and they always offer advice to prevent issues going forward. Her spay surgery was amazing. The incision was so small and healed very quickly. She also recently needed dental work and I was very impressed with the result. On top of everything, they have incredible prices. I never leave feeling like I spent too much and usually feel that I paid way less than other clinics would have charged in Edmonton. Would definitely recommend The Spay Clinic to friends and family.

Couldn’t say enough good things about this place! Took our twin baby bengals here and they were treated so well and recovered so swiftly and seamlessly! Update Feb 24/2018: Their prices have gone way up. I just called to book a cat in for 2 booster shots. The price I was given was $120. A year ago I paid under a hundred dollars for full vaccinations on a cat. I ask the receptionist and she confirmed that they have raised their rates. I called another vet and was booked in to have the same shots for with checkup for $85. The spay clinic wanted to charge $80 just for an exam. What a rip off. All they do is feel around and look at the teeth. That is not worth $80.
Old review (1+ year ago) I called around and these guys had the best prices (Male cat neutering). Super friendly staff, got an appointment within 2 days of calling, free parking right of front of the building, Clinic is clean and modern (at least it looks that way from the front office). I was able to get my cat vaccinations done at the same time. They even trimmed my cats nails at no charge (I didn't even ask them to). Overall great service.

My experience with The Spay Clinic have been outstanding. I had my dog neutered and my cat spayed. When I arrived, it was clean and professional in appearance. In addition, the staff were outstanding. I felt comfortable leaving my fur babies with them, which is a big deal.Upon completion of their surgeries, I was provided with written aftercare instructions and felt 100% confident in the whole process.I will definitely return to the Spay Clinic for all of my pet care needs.

We recently had my uncle's cat spayed here at the O.S.C. And we received friendly, prompt service. NO hidden fees .. the Man on the phone explained ALL fees including extra fees that might arise.
They explained everything to my uncle about the procedure and after care as well as sent him home with pamphlets so "he didn't have to remember anything".
She will be going back for her boosters to the spay clinic and we are confident that the service will be nothing less than outstanding.

This is long winded and I apologize for that in advance. The Spay Clinic is the most reliable and cost efficient clinic in the city. I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate this clinic. I will never again bring my pets to another clinic. My dog Zeus started experiencing digestive issues in the beginning of December. He has a history of eating inedible things such as tennis balls that could do a lot of damage not to mention how costly the surgery is to remove them so when my dog suddenly started vomiting without cause I panicked. They had no available appointments but said to bring him in first thing the next morning and Dr. West used his short breaks between surgeries to examine him and rule out foreign bodies. Zeus started to recover but took a sudden turn for the worse Christmas morning forcing me to bring him to an emergency clinic in Edmonton. The doctor there, although very kind to talk to gave me what I now consider the worst advice and prognosis imaginable. She told me they couldn't find a reason for Zeus' illness and I had a few days to decide whether I wanted to euthanize my dog or spend a minimum of $22,000.00 for exploratory surgery that may or may not provide an answer. Zeus is not only a wonderful pet but also I'm emotional support animal to help with severe anxiety. As you might imagine, this news did not help my anxiety. Zeus and I just had our second visit to the spay clinic and we are so happy with dr. West, his team, their attention to detail, their level of care and his willingness to work within a budget (being a full time university student who just spent a butt load of money at the emergency vet this is very important). He believes Zeus has developed food allergies and we are working on a cost effective hypoallergenic diet that will give my dog everything he needs to make a full recovery! Zeus is already doing much better and quite obviously does not need to be euthanized. Thank you Dr. West and the staff at the spay clinic for my happy healthy dog!

I was initially skeptical of the Spay Clinic. How could they offer such good prices and be legit??? After coming here though, I'm happy that I decided to give it a chance. The place specializes in spaying and neutering pets, so they've got TONS of experience. The name/price point made me think of a sketchy back alley shop with sketchy tools, but that is far from the truth. The Spay Clinic is a small that is well kept and smells of cleanliness. My kitty was in and out within a day. He got neutered and tattooed, both of which healed beautifully. He was well cared for and everything went perfectly!

This clinic is very busy, but Dr. West is by far one of the most engaged vets I've worked with. He always explains what is going on with my elderly pets, and gives me options for how to proceed which are very clearly explained. They are very generous with their time, so they might be running behind, but you will appreciate it when you need those extra few minutes. Their prices are also incredibly reasonable.

AMAZING VET CLINIC!! After discovering my cat had a loose tooth and bad breath I started looking for a vet. Most places I called wanted $70 to even see him and said the starting price for a teeth cleaning and single extraction was $600. One place even quoted me over $2000!! When I called The Spay Clinic they told me they would not charge for a consultation and that they could see him the next day. During the exam I was informed that it is quite normal for cats to loose their teeth and the bad breath was because of food build up from him not chewing on that side. She said the tooth would likely come out on its own and that overall his mouth looks to be in good shape, just I may want to consider a cleaning in the future. I asked for a quote and couldn't believe how fair their pricing was compared to everyone else. No hard up-selling just a true, honest business ran by great people. Thanks Guys!

I bring our medium labradoodle, Angel and Charlie, our cotton de tutelar, here for all their services as the clinic is great. Overall the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming and Dr. West is truly the most patient. Unlike other vets that we have been to, he doesn't rush you or try to trivialize your concerns. He's very practical and not insistent on selling you drugs or vaccinations or pet food that you don't need which, I find is refreshing. It's annoying to chat with someone who's trying to sell you something and profit from you all the time. Although Charlie and Angel are somewhat skittish visiting the vet (whose isn't?), Dr. West takes the time for our pups to get comfortable with him and gain trust which, is reassuring. I'm so glad that we have this fabulous, affordable, no BS vet located in the heart of our city. Woo hoo!

You always hear horror stories of when an animal gets fixed. He had the laser surgery.. healed quick with no issues and honestly he acts like a kitten still. He did get a tattoo which to this today is still visible! The staff there at the time were soo sad to see him go because he was such a good boy. Bought the cone as a just in case.. and he never needed it. I tell everyone about this place. Sylvester is 9 now and doing great =) The staff did an absolutely incredible job!

The Spay Clinic is a diamond in the rough when it comes to finding affordable essential care for beloved pets. The Spay Clinic provides a low cost, high quality solution for having cats and dogs spayed and neutered, as well as several other routine procedures.We recently took our little mini-dachshund to The Spay Clinic for her spay. Setting up the appointment was easy and well organized. The clinic called with a reminder the day before to fast the puppy before her surgery which was great.On the morning of the surgery, we dropped our puppy off at 7am, which was a fairly quick process. She was checked over quickly to ensure she was in good health while we filled out her forms. We became aware of a few other procedures that could be done while she was under for the spay, including teeth scaling, tooth extractions, ID tattooing or microchipping. This is great, because you can take advantage of the fact that the dog is already under anesthetic and avoid additional costs for these procedures in the future. We chose to have her spayed, have her 4 baby canines extracted (a common problem with small dogs is that their adult teeth don't push out the baby teeth, leading to the need to extract the baby teeth), and a tattoo.When we returned to pick up the puppy at 4:30, she was happy to see us and although a bit dopey, she seemed in good spirits. The clinic personnel were very thorough with the discharge instructions which was greatly helpful.Before we left we were also informed of other services available at the clinic, also at low-cost. These included annual checkups/vaccinations, and teeth scaling. We will definitely return if possible. The Spay Clinic provides superb value for the services that they offer. In total we spent $300 for the spay, extractions, tattoo and pain meds. Our vet quoted the spay and meds alone at $650. After some research the choice became so simple. I'm glad we decided to give the Spay Clinic a try!

I had taken my cat to The Spay Clinic and now took my great dane puppy. Both times they have been, professional, kind, and seem to really understand the funny relationship between people and their pets (My pup refused to go in so I had to carry the 70 lb gangly baby through the double doors and it wasn't graceful but it was funny). I would highly recommend The Spay Clinic. I wish I knew about it with my older dane but will be using their services for future cats and dogs.

I was skeptical of the spay clinic thinking it was some dirty back alley low budget clinic. I couldn't have been more wrong! I was extremely satisfied with their service. The staff are knowledgeable, professional, and polite. They made me feel at ease when they said they do roughly 6000 spays a year. As soon as my cat got home, she was running, and playing like normal. It was obvious she was in very little discomfort. I was surprised at how small and clean the incision was. Laser surgery really is the way to go! I highly recommend this place.

I'm glad I chose the spay clinic. Of course it was just because there prices were so great but the staff is extremely nice and caring and you know your pet is number one. We had no problems getting a female and male done both were just fine. Although I was quoted $115 for the female and she ended up being $155 a little high when a male is only $80? She said it was a flat rate but when I read reviews some people are saying they got cheaper than that so I'm confused... Oh well I will still recommend it.

I asked why and they said because that was when they "did that." Hmm... So why did you pick up the phone in the first place?So I called back in 15 minutes aaaaand... Busy Signal. For the next HOUR.I was so annoyed that I was blocked off from making an appointment that I almost reconsidered and booked somewhere else. But truth be told, no one can match their prices so I sucked it up and finally got through.Because I needed to book an appointment so far in advance I had to put a deposit down. I didn't have a credit card number to give them so I ended up having to go down there in order to book the appointment.So that sucked. But I did get to see first hand how committed the staff are to good health and pets. I was happy I went down because all my questions were answered and I felt much better about the whole experience afterwards.

When I needed to neuter my cat, one of the friends recommended Spay clinic. I went to check it out, and quite frankly wasn't impressed with how this place looked. The clinic itself is located in a strip that houses businesses; it looks very small and rather worn down from the outside. When I walked in, the place was packed: people were dropping off their cats and dogs. After five minutes of waiting, I got front desk lady's attention, and she explained that if I chose to go ahead and spay my cat at their clinic, I would have to drop him off early in the morning and pick him up after 4 pm. She stressed how important it was that my cat didn't drink or eat anything 8 hours prior to his operation. She also clarified the prices, and in a very friendly manner assured me that my cat would be in good hands. Even though the place was busy, I was able to schedule an appointment for that very same week. The procedure cost $50.I must say that doctors did a very good job. My cat seemed a bit scared, had his belly shaven and smelled of medicine, but he wasn't as terrified as I thought he would be, he didn't have an adverse reaction to anaesthesia; and he was back to normal in no time. Since we didn't run into any problems or misunderstandings with the Spay clinic, I recommend it.
