Worst Vet ever. Took my cat to this Rogue, he said she had an infection "somewhere". After antibiotics for 5 days she was no better, so took her to another Vet, they said she had a mass under her tongue that they suspected was Cancer. I had to have her put to sleep. TOTAL MISDIAGNOSIS. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS CLINIC. Read Less

Noka recommended I take my cat to BRIDGE PET HOSPITAL 728 13 street north 403 942 1788 to be spayed. March 21 .2020 at 10;00 I took 1.5 year old cat in. At 12;30 vet called and said my cat was DEAD. On cell he said he gave her anesthesia and it did not take so he gave her more. Her heart stopped he tried to revive but FAILED. MY CAT IS DEAD NOW. On our arrival he changed his story NOW he says he only gave her anesthesia once. LIAR LIAR LIAR MALPRACTICE. He was doing 2 cats surgery by himself with NO help. His wife and young child were there too,,but not dressed to assist with surgery. WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. DR. ROHITs ERROR KILLED MY CAT. When I post a negative review it gets deleted. Some time ago I took my dog in for an ear infection and the floors were filthy. However, the front desk and vet were friendly and helpful so I decided to come back later for a teeth cleaning. When I picked my dog up he was comatose from the anesthetic still. It was not a very good experience. My in-laws brought in their sick cat and the cat was left in a crate all day to sit in its own stool. Read Less

Some time ago I took my dog in for an ear infection and the floors were filthy. However, the front desk and vet were friendly and helpful so I decided to come back later for a teeth cleaning. When I picked my dog up he was comatose from the anesthetic still. It was not a very good experience. -Vet said neutering procedure would take an hour, four hours later the surgery was complete, i wasnt even notified the surgery was still going. -Took my dog to this vet and told him my dog was sick, paid for the checkup vet dismissed the matter, had to return the next day and pay for checkup again since my dog was even sicker (miss diagnosis) -Vet provided cone after neutering that was the wrong sized, when asked for money back or to exchange the for another size vet refused.. The vet and staff took care of our dog and did a nice job with him. The reason we started to use Bridge pet was that we didn’t want to drive back and forth to Taber it was just a hassle. With that being said we have decided to go back to Taber for future veterinary care the costs are far more reasonable. The last procedure we had done to compare was half the cost. Extremely poor service my little kitten went in to get spayed, came home in a coma seizures. Called the dr he did not offer any help or advice. He said if she needed to be put down that he would do it at no charge just to give him a call at anytime. I called on Sunday her pain seizures cryies Howls was unbearable to her. Now he tells me that it's going to be another 150 $ to put her down. I live on a small pension already spent hundreds poor kitty had to suffer die in agony. I requested her medical documents and they were filled with lies and inaccuracies. He put in false information to cover his poor veterinarian practices. Read Less

I'm giving two starts because of the receptionist she was so nice and great with my dog but the vet didn't even touch my dog cause he was growling maybe this guy shouldn't be dealing with dogs if he's scared of them!! Take a lesson from ur receptionist she got down to his level and let him smell her and he was fine after that.the vet didn't even touch my dog even after he was muzzled my bf and I did his job for him and got charged for him to look at my dog from a distance Read Less

Great place. We got our 18 month GSD spayed recently. Dr. Rohith and his team did a great job. No complications at all. Our dog is doing great. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
