First time I have been here since the expansion and found the check in was very disorganized but got through. We waited 40+ minutes to see a vet we didn't know, then were called in by the wrong vet who didn't verify our names. So back to the waiting room. Called in by the right vet and she was very helpful. Check out was just as disorganized as check in. Suggest check in and check out be separate lines and different clerks. If Mondays are always such a busy day, perhaps less bookings should be made or more staff be added. Growing pains!! Read Less

As a client, I always was made to feel like my furboys were given the bestest care - everything from after hour calls to let me know how they were doing if they had to stay at the clinic and the personal follow up calls after a visit from Dr. Michelle Rowe to see how they were doing since going home. This clinic is garbage. They have no idea what they are doing. They gave my dog medicine that cause kidney failure, still didn't have a clue. When we took him in they didn't take proper steps like IV fluid to help him, and kept him on this damaging medicine. They close early and won't let you visit your dying four year old dog. All they care about is dollar signs. Last time I take a dog there. Crossroads by 711 has a vet who knows what he is doing go there. Read Less

Well it's true I guess that puppies will eat anything. My 8 1/2 week old Airedale apparently ate some rocks that he just couldn't pass. The after hours answering service was great, and Dr. Storch was fantastic in diagnosing the problem, giving me options for care and then surgically removing the stones from my puppy's stomach. I never had the chance to use their services as when I called after hours, the answering service was rude and condescending and made fun of my issue. She actually laughed when I explained why I was calling. My 9 week old kitten had a sudden seizure and died in my daughter's arms. It was the weekend and I wanted to know how to properly dispose of him and perhaps have an autopsy done to find out why this happened. She refused to call the vet and I was told "guess you need to figure out something." Even if its only an answering service, my grieving children and I deserve to be treated with respect and compassion. After all, it reflects back on the business. I will never take my other cat there nor would I recommend this place to anyone else. ********* Update.....Dr Andrea Storch personally contacted me and offered her condolences. I found her to he extremely friendly, sincere and compassionate. She offered what assistance she could and I really appreciated that. I will reconsider my decision not to use their services. Our experience at this clinic was second to none! Dr. Ellis is so kind compassionate and knowledgable. Our pet had a very rare thing happen to her. The vet took the time to talk to us and look up the answers to questions we had if she did not know beforehand. We felt as if she is on our side and wants the absolute best for our pet! In all of Medicine Hat this is by far the best Veterinary Clinic there is. Our wee kitten Zelda who was only 7 weeks old when we got her came down with Panleukopenia (feline distemper) Dr Storch, Dr Lett, Dr Stalwick, all the care team and the ladies on the front desk were amazing. Our kitten stayed in the vets for 7 days fighting for her life and we are happy to say she fought that terrible virus, thank you to everyone at Cypress View Vet Clinic you guys are amazing. I would like to thank all of the staff at this vet clinic, they have always taken such good care of my 3 dogs. I'd like to give extra thanks to Dr.Rowe for helping my mom and I with my oldest dog Jersey who we lost this past September. She was very helpful with her health issues concerning her heart, and helped us keep Jersey comfortable till her final days.
