Was not impressed with my first visit here. Vet did not even acknowledge my pup(which is why I was there), yet I was charged a $60 dollar examination fee. He was very pushy when it came to x-rays, taking samples and unnecessary procedures for more money. Not my usual vet, but was in a pinch. Would not return or recommend unfortunately.

I can not believe how pathetic the vet is here. First off, I got my cat neutered here and they did not take one testicle out because it did not drop. Later, I found out that this can cause testicular cancer in cats and it should NEVER be an option to leave it in. I talked to the vet and he argued with me about the neuter. He still wanted me to pay to get the other one removed when it should have been taken out in the first place. Secondly, my cat got a large wound on his leg from a stray cat. I took my cat here to have it looked at. The vet proceeded to take my cat to the back and cut off the tissue with no painkillers or sedatives. He then told me I had to either put my cat down or get the leg amputated. I took my cat to the Westlock Vetrinary Centre and they took care of him. They told me it would be foolish to put the cat down at all. They never gave up on my cat. After 5 months, it is finally healed and I paid them to fully neuter my cat. If you really love your pet, dont bring them to the Wellness Centre.

The best most caring and compassionate vet out there. We used to drive from Calgary to Morinville for their service. Best prices, techs and vets I've ever seen. Can't say enough about them.

As I was the one who had to take her to Edmonton animal ER and the one who was on the phone with her when she was berated by the owner. I could not believe the general lack of professionalism and customer service that she displayed. There is no reason to act that way when someone is doing you the kindness of keeping you up to date.

Took both of my dogs in here for a check up. Staff was wonderful and the price was not even comparable to other clinics. I asked how much to get my dogs teeth cleaned and when I heard the quote I book him an appoitment right away. Now he has sparkling white teeth that I never though I could afford! I won't go anywhere else now. So glad I found this place.

We had a small emergency with our Gus Gus and the clinic took him right in and looked after him! He is well on the mend and I am so grateful for your care and support. Although I would do anything for my pet I also felt like you did not try to over charge me or "sell me" anything above and beyond. Thank you for your care to my Gus; and your honesty to me! I also got my Sheba dog fixed here and received the same care and attention. Thanks so much for your help!

We found a young stray female cat. Amanda quickly posted a found notice on their website to assist us in locating the owners. When we were not successful, we were able to schedule the kitty in on short notice for spay vaccines and microchip. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and compassionate. The value of their services far exceeds their prices. Excellent care and customer service. We will be back!

I cannot thank everyone at the clinic enough. I was so leery about having my 3 little dog's teeth cleaned and had unaffordable quotes at other clinics. Right from my first call they took time to answer all my questions and assured me along the way...and I knew when I dropped my dogs off that they were in the hands of compassionate and loving care givers. Everyone went above and beyond and I have found a new clinic. With their below market fees I can take $$ out of the decision making when it comes to treatments for my little loved ones. I appreciate how the vet explained in detail the why and how of the procedure - very reassuring for dental surgery. I highly recommend them!

Was not impressed with my first visit here. Vet did not even acknowledge my pup(which is why I was there), yet I was charged a $60 dollar examination fee. He was very pushy when it came to x-rays, taking samples and unnecessary procedures for more money. Not my usual vet, but was in a pinch. Would not return or recommend unfortunately.

I think my friend superKitt was being kind to give this place 3 stars. As I was the one who had to take her to Edmonton animal ER and the one who was on the phone with her when she was berated by the owner. I could not believe the general lack of professionalism and customer service that she displayed. There is no reason to act that way when someone is doing you the kindness of keeping you up to date.

We found a young stray female cat. Amanda quickly posted a found notice on their website to assist us in locating the owners. When we were not successful, we were able to schedule the kitty in on short notice for spay vaccines and microchip. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and compassionate. The value of their services far exceeds their prices. Excellent care and customer service. We will be back!

I cannot thank everyone at the clinic enough. I was so leery about having my 3 little dog's teeth cleaned and had unaffordable quotes at other clinics. Right from my first call they took time to answer all my questions and assured me along the way...and I knew when I dropped my dogs off that they were in the hands of compassionate and loving care givers. Everyone went above and beyond and I have found a new clinic. With their below market fees I can take $$ out of the decision making when it comes to treatments for my little loved ones. I appreciate how the vet explained in detail the why and how of the procedure - very reassuring for dental surgery. I highly recommend them!
