Called for a quote to remove quills from my beagle. The quote went from 150 maybe $200 to almost 360 because they had to have him on the table for another 10 minutes. Not only that only the next day I found more quills on the inside of his leg that they had missed. I called with my concerns that night as I have to work the day shift. The vet called me back in the morning telling me to bring him in but not disclosing that they would be further charging me for the appointment. You would think that with less than 24 hours of him being out of the vet that they would show some sort of guarantee to their work, since that is what you pay for. I do believe that someone should have disclosed to me over the phone that they would be charging me further amounts to remove these quills otherwise I would have just done it myself. My beagle was in serious pain and the vet told me that I should have checked my beagle after I had picked him up. Unfortunately I do not agree and feel that he should have done a better job. The remaining quills that were found were sticking out of the skin and we're obviously there while he was there the first time. Although the staff were courteous enough as a family on a budget I did not appreciate the ridiculous pricing gouging because I love my animal. Then charging me again another $50 not disclosing to me before I dropped him off when I thought I made it very clear that I was unhappy with how much my vet bill had jumped up from the quote over the phone to what I had to pay at the first time. I would not recommend this place or it's money-hungry ridiculously unprofessional and obviously losing his touch if he had any in the first place vet. Couldnt have asked for better care and compassion for all the animals i have taken there. Today was special as going in i had a 50/50 chance my little dog wasnt coming home. Best ever shes home, thank you so much. This clinic is in it for the animal. Read Less

I've been going here for several years. I never once thought this place was all for my money. I feel welcomed and listened to. They ask before doing anything to your animal. Very reasonable Vet Clinic. They know what they are doing. Read Less

Worst Customer service ever. Receptionist (Black hair and glasses) was very rude and clearly does not care about your pets. I will never be visiting this clinic again. If you don't like your job, get a new one. Read Less

Looks like my family was the only negative experience. Very friendly place, you can tell the owners care alot. I did not find the examination of my dog very throurough. He gave us alot of information but it was not the right diagnosis. After taking our dog to a different vet the very next day due to the fact that our dog got dramatically worse. We realized alot of obvious signs this vet had missed. He did not ask very many questions, but gave us a diagnosis of an over worked heart and muscle deteriation, which was possibly due to old age. Prescribed us with the wrong medication because the diagnosis was not the right one. An absolute waste of 300$. After seeing the emergency vet the next day, our sweet pooch passed away 36 hours later. Read Less
