We are so very grateful to all the staff at this clinic. We have been going here for about a year and have always had great service. This past week we had an emergency situation with our dog. We rushed him in and they saw him right away, got him diagnosed quickly and presented the options costs and risks. The situation required emergency surgery, they found us a place to go in Edmonton as we had limited time and once they found out what they were going to charge me they called me back and called in another vet to help and did it here. The are very caring towards families and their pets and took great care of our dog. They literally saved his life and we will always be so grateful!!!! Thank you to all staff for your help and kindness and especially Dr. Vanessa Kyle and Dr. Katrina Ponich for saving Bandit! :)

We brought in our puppy who had dislocated her elbow and was in need of emergency care. They helped us as soon as they could and Dr Kyle was very honest with us about the potential outcomes being $3-5...
We brought in our puppy who had dislocated her elbow and was in need of emergency care. They helped us as soon as they could and Dr Kyle was very honest with us about the potential outcomes being $3-5000 surgery to fix if the elbow did not stay in place.
A vet tech was able to pop her elbow back in and she had a splint for two weeks. She beat the odds and won't need surgery! Expensive bill but worth the extra care, and he even did a few extra x-rays free of charge to double check. Every visit has been great. I would very highly recommend, but they are a little pricier here than other vets in town.

We had a great first experience at Tri-Municipal Vet Clinic-Spruce Grove with Dr. Mike DeVries. We heard many good reviews about here and we had just got a new puppy so I chose to try out here for his check-up and second round of needles. No regrets!
Dr. Mike DeVries was very friendly, professional and didn`t hesitate to answer any questions we had. We didn't feel rushed in any way and he was very patient and gentle with our puppy. The vibe of the clinic is very genuine, friendly and caring -overall great facility. I highly recommend Tri-Municipal Vet Clinic- Spruce Grove.

Our vet was great. She really took the time to address all my concerns with having a new puppy. She never made me feel rushed, and the office was amazingly clean.

We got our cat at Pet Smart and they recommend this place. I called, and they got Louie in right away. When we arrived for Louie's checkup, the secretary was very welcoming and she put us into a room...
We got our cat at Pet Smart and they recommend this place. I called, and they got Louie in right away. When we arrived for Louie's checkup, the secretary was very welcoming and she put us into a room and There were treats for cats and dogs. The doctor was so friendly and very informative. He fed Louie and gave him his check up. There are also supplies and food you can buy there as well. About a week later, we received a thank you card and all the staff signed it. I can see why we were recommended

I am from out of town and had an emergency with my dog. They fit me in between surgeries which was amazing as I was already worried about him. The receptionists were so so. They could have been more friendly or talkative. We had Dr. DeVries and he was so nice. Very professional and answered any questions I had. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy something i didn't need. He was very patient with my dog when he didn't want to sit still or get his mouth checked out. I was happy he didn't rush us to make a decision about something we weren't sure about. Will go back here if we are ever in town and need someone again.

We are so very grateful to all the staff at this clinic. We have been going here for about a year and have always had great service. This past week we had an emergency situation with our dog. We rushed him in and they saw him right away, got him diagnosed quickly and presented the options costs and risks. The situation required emergency surgery, they found us a place to go in Edmonton as we had limited time and once they found out what they were going to charge me they called me back and called in another vet to help and did it here. The are very caring towards families and their pets and took great care of our dog. They literally saved his life and we will always be so grateful!!!! We had a great first experience at Tri-Municipal Vet Clinic-Spruce Grove with Dr. Mike DeVries. We heard many good reviews about here and we had just got a new puppy so I chose to try out here for his check-up and second round of needles. No regrets!
