I like Karen she is highly efficiant and very empathetic. Just took my Blackee ( male cat ) in 3 days ago for surgury. Was attacked by another stray cat and got a very bad infection that had to be surgically removed. He's home now and on antibiotics and pain management medication. Was an exspensive surgury, but Karen did cut back on some expenses that helped me out. I have 3 cats and a chocolate lab, so I do keep her busy. All of them have their shots coming due in the next 3 months. Karen is great with the animals. I wouldn't go any where else.

Checking on patients is common and it isn't only during business hours. They are professional and caring and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Sevick has taken care of my pets for decades and has always provided good service at a reasonable price. We continue to drive out from the city for her to care for our Pug.

These ladies are some of the most caring people I have ever met, I cant even begin to describe the high level of care that is offered here. Our dog Lilly is our only dependent and I trust them completely and this was earned. I appreciate their commitment to providing the best in quality care and even the education to me as a pet owner. They are not in this business for the money, they are here because the genuinely are passionate about what they do.

These people care about animals and they charge a fair price. Karen and her team have been in the care multiple members our family's pets for the better part of 2 decades. I have yet to encounter a more caring and passionate person when it comes to animals in my life. Highly recommended.

This place was a horrible experience for both me and my cat. I took her in for a simple declaw and had to restrain my cat to a dirty table that still had some blood on it from the last pet that was in there. They even told me that my cat may be reacting to the smell of the last pet that was in there. If it was truly a sterile place then this should NEVER have been a concern. They forced a cat mask on my cat pinned her down to do her claws. IT took a vet and a tech plus myself to get my cat done. Since then I drove my cat to another clinic in Calgary that listened to what I had to say and easily clipped my cats claws with NO issues at all. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone that has a cat. They seem to be great with dogs but horrible with cats.
