Took my dog in for full check up, shots ect… paid approx $365 Two weeks later I noticed a growth they were to examine on his face looked larger. I rebooked an appointment explained that he had just been in and the spot had not been addressed as any concern to me. The staff told me there were no notes in his file at which time I said that’s unfortunate it got messed. They tried to charge me for looking at it and I told them I had to problem at all paying for a biopsy or treatment for the spot however to pay to look at it when they missed it two weeks earlier was a bit unprofessional. The front desk women said she was “sorry I felt this way” To which I responded that my feeling had nothing to do with the fact they were trying trying to charge me twice for something I had already requested be looked at and paid for a full check up. I said it was poor business practice. They tried to tell me it was a different vet than whom I saw that day. Again that’s not my concern. They work for the same vet, I paid for a full check up, requested the spot be looked at and they missed it. Will not return and sadly not the first review I have read after the fact this can happen at Pathways.

Dr. Lillian and her team treat Dozer like a prince. I never feel any apprehension leaving him in their capable hands. At our last vet Doz put on the brakes outside the door but I can barely hold him back from going to visit the ladies at Pathways.

Pathways have been looking after my 3 poms compassionately for 8 years their level of care far exceeds anything I have ever received and being in the pet care industry for over 20 years myself I'd like to think I'm a better judge of care and character than the average pet owner 🐶

Tried charging me an arm and leg for services for my puppy after being EXTREMELY rude and inneficient. The vet told me she couldn't control my dog (a 2 month old puppy) her husband called me several times screaming at me over the phone. I was disgusted by the whole experience. We got in a huge fight over the price and instead of reasoning with me she decided to send my bill to collections. Shes a terrible person. Dont go here.

Absolutely the worst Vet I have ever visited in my life. Greedy and selfish above all else, extremely poor misguided diagnosis, didn't listen or seriously take into consideration the nature of the problem described or symptoms. Just an awful awful establishment, avoid at all costs.

This is a great place, excellent service and staff that go above and beyond to help animals, Costs as much or less as any other vet clinic and is worth every penny.

I called for a price to have my Dog looked at for an excessive nasal mucus problem, they told me the base exam fee and meds would be on top and a biopsy, etc. it would require going next door to the bank for a second mortgage, every vet in Sylvan is a crook, I use the vet in Olds, there actually large animal vets and dogs and cats are a second entity, so there very reasonable.

Unknowlegable staff, charge more than other clinics in Sylvan, gave the wrong and conflicting advice in more than one situation (one of which ended up in our dog becoming sicker), impersonal attitude from front desk staff, no break down of charges on bill or explanation of what your paying for, will try to get to authorize for surgery or sedation with explaining what is on the form, not willing to teach wrapping of wounds unlike the other clinic in town. All in all horrible service, advice, & attitude. Not to mention after leaving the clinic we've heard other stories about this business and their "F" Grade from the Better Business Bureau. I guess the proof lies with not only our family but with others too. Tsk Tsk. (P.S. Quotes are free anywhere you go. You can get one over the phone for heavens sake. This is supposed be a perk? Ha!)

Took my dog in for full check up, shots ect… paid approx $365 Two weeks later I noticed a growth they were to examine on his face looked larger. I rebooked an appointment explained that he had just been in and the spot had not been addressed as any concern to me. Dr. Lillian and her team treat Dozer like a prince. I never feel any apprehension leaving him in their capable hands. At our last vet Doz put on the brakes outside the door but I can barely hold him back from going to visit the ladies at Pathways.

The vet told me she couldn't control my dog (a 2 month old puppy) her husband called me several times screaming at me over the phone. I was disgusted by the whole experience. I called for a price to have my Dog looked at for an excessive nasal mucus problem, they told me the base exam fee and meds would be on top and a biopsy, etc. it would require going next door to the bank for a second mortgage, every vet in Sylvan is a crook, I use the vet in Olds, there actually large animal vets and dogs and cats are a second entity, so there very reasonable.
