STAY AWAY!!!!!! I had a terrible experience at this place. The doctor I had was the worst vet I have ever had. When I brought my dog in she was very sick. He checked her over and recommended bloodwork to find out what was going on. He said she had low thyroid numbers and said it could be a DISEASE THAT OLDER DOGS GET- when i checked on internet his diagnosis that night. My dog was nine months old. While in the exam room they injected her with a large needle full of clear liquid, when I asked is that insuline wanting to know what they were doing he said "insuline" "you should not presume technical names if you don't know and you wont understand" then goes off about people don't understand what's going on and should leave to the professionals. Next morning my dog could not walk, I took her back and wanted to know-what is wrong with my dog-she was literally falling apart in front of me. He said low thyroid numbers could be the cause she cant walk-which was a lie when I asked another vet. When I questioned his diagnosis from yesterday because I spent the whole night researching his diagnosis-it occurs usually in old dogs-with common effects of low energy, when I explained that she is usually jumping running playing when she was well. Instead of explaining and being willing to take a look at her, he exploded and said you internet doctors and went off again about people that don't know like he did the day before only now he was mad. When I said I just want to know what's wrong with my dog and I said that his diagnosis may be wrong and gave reasons why I thought that way he kicked me out of the clinic. I was beyond disappointed and said if you are refusing me I want my $500 bucks back that they soaked me for the day before. I was going to phone into head office and complain but then thought why bother nothing will be done and I will just be wasting more time -but now it has been almost a year since my dog died and I think everyone should know what happened to me at this place-maybe if someone else had gave them a true report I would have read it and took my baby somewhere else and she would be with me today. The staff and vet clearly love animals. They are competent and provide excellent service. The vet is a real character who has years of experience and knowledge and gives all kinds of information and advice freely. Read Less
