Why do I even have to give 1 star? Absolutely horrible place. Greedy and will charge you hidden costs! The receptionist will be sweet as sugar when you take your cat in but will turn so spiteful if you ask for an explanation for the costs, as if your hard earned money is garbage. Read and understand your receiepts carefully, because they will charge you an extra 'annual' fee for every visit you do (even within a year) and will not mention that to you about it at all. I have had so many of my friends complain about this place- AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Read Less

Dr. Taylor is fabulous with our dogs! I was worried our one dog wouldn't allow the vet to even get near him since he doesn't like strangers at all, but Dr. Taylor knew exactly what to say and do and at just the right times. He made the whole thing a very pleasant experience for our dog, and even earned a couple of doggie kisses by the end! Both our dogs love going here and the vet always takes the time to give lots of extra information and ask if we have any questions or concerns about anything. I've been taking my dogs here for about 2 years after having a less-than-caring experience at a different vet and deciding to switch. It's so refreshing to see that Dr. Taylor really cares about the animals. Read Less

I didn't head the warning of the ONLY other review. This is by far the worst Veterinary hospital I have ever been to. My cat only needed a simple splint that ended up costing me over 1000$ for something that shouldn't have costed even 500$ because they are greedy and do not care about your animals. The Dr. who looked at my cat Olive when I first took her there for X-Rays had no idea even what she was looking at and told me that " this line you see here is normal for cats her age and it shouldn't be a problem" even though my cat was clearly limping. It was not until a few days later when apparently their "expert" called me back saying that I needed to get a splint which they wrongly quoted over the phone. All in all their "team" is lacking in animal knowledge and I would strongly advise ANYONE to take their pets else were.Read Less

DO NOT under any circumstances take your pet to this veterinary hospital. If anything like my experience, the Vet will misdiagnose your animal, and you will have to return. Specifically, I was not given antibiotics despite asking for them repeatedly in consideration of how obvious it was that he needed them. The vet did not even ask relevant questions like the history of my pets antibiotic use. I returned the next day after a major infection occurred, I was then given antibiotics. The Vet then ran extra tests and told me that he didn't want to alleviate my pets discomfort by draining the massive puss sack that had developed after his misdiagnoses. He said he didnt want to because "There are a lot of big words in there. There are a lot of big words in there? This was the most demeaning and unprofessional experience I have ever had. Despite being treated with complete disrespect, my pet suffered as a result and has now developed side effects because of it. It is my opinion that this vet cannot be trusted. NEVER go there.
