HORRIBLE VET! Don’t recommend this place and won’t ever be coming back.
I adopted two precious kittens from LAPS animal rescue, which came with a free vet visit for a vet listed on the paper. Since Alpha Animal Hospital wasn’t listed, I called and asked if they would honour this as I just moved to Abbotsford and would like them to be my new vet; I was reassured they would honour this.
While I was there reception then told me since the person who told me isn’t working, they won’t be able to verify and accommodate the free vet visit! This is a STAFF issue, not a CUSTOMER issue.
Poor reception ladies had to go back and forth with the VET on duty, and even the OWNER, which both said no we will not accommodate. What kind of place thinks this is acceptable to a first time paying customer? I refused to pay for the vet visit but of course paid for their shots, like I intended to.
Shocked at the treatment I received over this. Do not go here!

Absolutely best Vet I have ever been to!!! I absolutely love this Animal Hospital! Dr Vipan and her staff are the best! So kind, friendly and they take the best care of our fur babies! They not only provide the best care in a very clean environment they are very affordable and accommodating. I have been going here for many years and will always continue to do so as long as they are here! I cannot recommend them enough! A very happy customer!

I brought my dog in when he hurt his foot during a walk. It had two spots where puss was oozing out so when I brought him in they said somthing is in his leg so they will need to do surgey to get it out and clean it. $1500 surgery which did absolutely nothing. They kept giving all these expensive pills pack after pack which ended up costing me like another $650 which also didn't do anything. This went on for 2 months. Finally I decided to go to Elwood Animal hospital and they also did another $1200 surgery but they actually ended up getting a stick out of his leg and it healed and he's perfectly fine now. Alpha animal hospital took over $2000 from me and in the end it was just a waste of money cause they didn't do the surgery properly and my dog was still in pain and was limping they were not helpful at all and didn't seem to know what they were doing.

My dog fell down from the stairs and was limping quite bad. The ladies at the front desk quickly took us in and explained the procedure nicely. We took some X-rays and realized he dislocated his shoul...
My dog fell down from the stairs and was limping quite bad. The ladies at the front desk quickly took us in and explained the procedure nicely. We took some X-rays and realized he dislocated his shoulder. The vet put it back in place and after a couple weeks now he is doing much better. I was quite pleased with their service and would highly recommend it.

We recently moved to Abbotsford and I had my first experience today with Dr. Vipan. I am really impressed with this clinic! Dr Vipan took the time to address my many concerns with my elderly dog in such a kind and caring way. She also made him (and myself ) feel really comfortable in a new vet environment. Kudos to her and her staff!

Drs. Vipan and VJ and their wonderful staff have been taking care of our fur family for the past 6 years. I was thrilled when Alpha Animal Hospital opened up right across the street from us so we could access their great care without having to go across town. Everyone at Alpha is so professional, compassionate and friendly, and I know my little ones are in excellent hands whenever they go there. Over the years we have sadly had to say goodbye to three members of our fur family. Each time, the doctors and staff were wonderful--so compassionate and supportive. I appreciate them all so much. I can't say enough about Alpha--I highly recommend them

I have also had incredible service at their other clinic Clearbrook Animal Hospital. Amazing people! Thank you so much for taking care of our fur babies!

HORRIBLE VET! Don’t recommend this place and won’t ever be coming back.
I adopted two precious kittens from LAPS animal rescue, which came with a free vet visit for a vet listed on the paper. Since Alpha Animal Hospital wasn’t listed, I called and asked if they would honour this as I just moved to Abbotsford and would like them to be my new vet; I was reassured they would honour this.

My dog fell down from the stairs and was limping quite bad. The ladies at the front desk quickly took us in and explained the procedure nicely. We took some X-rays and realized he dislocated his shoulder. The vet put it back in place and after a couple weeks now he is doing much better. I was quite pleased with their service and would highly recommend it.

We recently moved to Abbotsford and I had my first experience today with Dr. Vipan. I am really impressed with this clinic!
