This place is absolutely amazing from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out the door. The service is exceptional and everyone the works there is friendly upbeat. I couldn't be any happier to have found such a great place and it all started with reading these reviews.
Let me start by saying my little Angel is extremely difficult when it comes to getting her nails done. I had tried a Groomer and that turned into a really bad situation with Angel having a blood clot in her eye. I don't know what happened at her previous vets but she hated that place and was so scared to go in there. I knew I had to try a new place and that's when I found Fraser Valley Animal Hospital.
They were so gentle with my little Angel. I was so impressed with how they handled such a difficult dog. Instead of getting frustrated and stressing her they loved her and wrapped her in a blanket to make her as comfortable as possible. Their approach worked and they were able to cut her nails and I couldn't be happier.
This is definitely my new vets office!!!

Horrible experience. We went in to put our family dog down and thry asked if they could sedate our dog a little bit so they could get the catheter in my parents said yes. They come back in with her and head is flopped over with her tounge hanging out of her mouth. Very ashamed in how they handled this. a little bit of sedate is very different from the way our dog was. They need to go back to school and relearn all their medical stuff. I dont even want to give you guys 1 star not even half of 1 star. You guys have made my father and I very upset with lack of comunication. LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR PATIENTS AND CLIENTS. Never ever coming back here. I hope you guys are happy with yourselves. We have a cat and i'll be damned if we bring our cat to you guys cuz you guys screwed up big time. I never want to see (if we bring another animal to you guys) the pets head not moving and the tounge flopping out of its mouth. it was a horrifically upsetting sight. You guys need to learn communication and how much to give our animals. You shouldnt have charged us the whole price of the meds that you use to put down tthe animals since our dog was already half way knocked out. we didnt even get say goodbye to our dog cuz she was already basically gone when you guys brought her back. Im so furious with you guys. You guys have a lot to learn and you better learn fast. And i'll be telling everyone i know not to go to you guys.

We have experienced a great support in a very difficult time with our puppy, who was hit by a car. Very supportive and honest opinion of Dr. Shelly Horvat, about the status of our puppy. She and her team did and do everything possible that our puppy feels very comfortable and also we could ask any questions and we always got an honest answer, although sometimes we wouldn't really like to hear it, but we are very thankful for the honesty.
We definitely can recommend this animal hospital and the team and we are very happy that we found it and got all the support what a pet and its owner can get.

Dr. Bruce is great. Was recommended to her by a friend and very happy I switched vets :) Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate it when a vet can tell me what they would do if it were their dog. Makes the decision easier, especially when they aren't trying to sell you on the most expensive treatments. Would definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for a great clinic!

Incredible Animal Hospital! Such compassionate staff. Dr Horvak and Dr Bruce, we're so gentle and caring towards our girl who was in her final stages of cancer when we brought her to the clinic. They treated her with such dignity and love as though she was their own dog. The stuff was also amazing. There were two in particular that stood out the most to my husband and I and that was Katie and Natasha. I will never forget the love they showed our baby the day she went to heaven. I highly recommend this Clinic.

We have always had a close family friend look after all our veterinary needs. He has unfortunately retired which left us with the dreaded task of finding a new Vet to trust with the care of our fur family. I chose this clinic based off the review found on this google page, and I was not disappointed.
The staff are caring and compassionate, they made me feel comfortable from my first visit when my French bulldog required stitches. Our 5 year old pitbull recently became ill and we did not hesitate to book him the earliest appointment available. The morning I awoke I could tell he required immediate attention and the staff at the clinic were so kind to make time to see him early on a Saturday morning. His diagnoses was not good. The veterinarian was upfront and honest with our options. We did what we could but ended up losing him that evening at the Animal Emergency Clinic of The Fraser Valley.So hard losing a member of our family but I cannot say enough about the experience and care we received at this clinic. I really feel our pets are in good hands at the Fraser Valley Animal Hospital. Thank you for that.

I cannot fully express my gratitude and love for the staff at FVAH! We first came to them a couple years ago when we finally became fed up with the care we were receiving from our previous vet. Our pets our very much our fur babies. We were made to feel foolish any time we contacted our previous vet with concerns. FVAH came highly recommended so we set an appointment with them to have them take a second look at our Bruce Wayne. From that very first appointment we were sold. The entire staff was so kind, compassionate, and put us right at ease. I didn't think I could love them any more than I already did until this past Christmas when our Korra became sick. Christmas eve we had to bring her in for surgery. Dr. Horvat then brought Korra home with her over Christmas to personally monitor Korra's recovery. This meant the absolute world to us that she would go so above and beyond on a holiday for our pup. We are also so thankful for Dr.Bruce's and the tech's follow up care in the week after. Though the situation was tough, I felt at ease knowing Korra was in such excellent hands the entire time. Our Korra is fully recovered and running laps around the backyard like nothing thanks to everyone at FVAH. And though both our pups have been poked and prodded at the vet, they both light up when they see us pull up to the clinic (it may rank higher on their list of favorite places to go than the park). I took my dog in to FVAH today for her annual shots and was extremely impressed by all the staff. I've had bad experiences at my girl's previous vet so I went in with high standards and FVAH completely blew me away. The entire staff is amazing, my girl LOVES Dr. Bruce and we even had a pleasant experience with another dog (this hasn't happened recently as my girl needs some socialization training). The entire staff is wonderful and so considerate of all of their patients' comfort. I think even Chevy, my American Bulldog, is looking forward to her next visit with FVAH. Thank you to all the staff at FVAH for a great and memorable first day at your establishment.

We recently took a long holiday and our kitties stayed in the bird room. Coming home the traffic was terrible coming in to Abbotsford from Chilliwack on the #1 highway and I called the office and the vets were willing to stay past closing time so we could pick up our kitties that day. I was willing to pay extra but they did not charge us. Fortunately we were only about 16 minutes late. They understood how much we wanted to see our cats. My family and I have found the staff at this hospital are consistently kind and wonderful to both us and our kitties!

Dr. Horvat is an extremely animal-centered and knowledgeable veterinarian. I have seen her work tirelessly and patiently with some of the most difficult pets in order to relieve them of some kind of discomfort and/or illness. The medical advice she recommends is always research based and based on her own years of experience. The other vets and staff at her clinic are also compassionate, caring people who truly are there because they want to support and improve the health of "furry children", and relieve the stress and anxieties of concerned pet owners. My pets were cared for by Dr. Horvat and when we are a pet household once again, Fraser Valley is where we will no doubt go to for direction and treatment.

Instead of getting frustrated and stressing her they loved her and wrapped her in a blanket to make her as comfortable as possible. Their approach worked and they were able to cut her nails and I couldn't be happier.

Horrible experience. We went in to put our family dog down and thry asked if they could sedate our dog a little bit so they could get the catheter in my parents said yes. They come back in with her and head is flopped over with her tounge hanging out of her mouth. Very ashamed in how they handled this. a little bit of sedate is very different from the way our dog was. They need to go back to school and relearn all their medical stuff. I dont even want to give you guys 1 star not even half of 1 star. You guys have made my father and I very upset with lack of comunication. LEARN HOW TO TREAT YOUR PATIENTS AND CLIENTS. Never ever coming back here. I hope you guys are happy with yourselves. We have a cat and i'll be damned if we bring our cat to you guys cuz you guys screwed up big time. I never want to see (if we bring another animal to you guys) the pets head not moving and the tounge flopping out of its mouth. it was a horrifically upsetting sight. You guys need to learn communication and how much to give our animals. You shouldnt have charged us the whole price of the meds that you use to put down tthe animals since our dog was already half way knocked out. we didnt even get say goodbye to our dog cuz she was already basically gone when you guys brought her back. Im so furious with you guys. You guys have a lot to learn and you better learn fast. And i'll be telling everyone i know not to go to you guys.

We have experienced a great support in a very difficult time with our puppy, who was hit by a car. Very supportive and honest opinion of Dr. Shelly Horvat, about the status of our puppy. She and her team did and do everything possible that our puppy feels very comfortable and also we could ask any questions and we always got an honest answer, although sometimes we wouldn't really like to hear it, but we are very thankful for the honesty.
We definitely can recommend this animal hospital and the team and we are very happy that we found it and got all the support what a pet and its owner can get.

Dr. Bruce is great. Was recommended to her by a friend and very happy I switched vets :) Everyone is always very friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate it when a vet can tell me what they would do if it were their dog. Makes the decision easier, especially when they aren't trying to sell you on the most expensive treatments. Would definitely recommend coming here if you're looking for a great clinic!

Incredible Animal Hospital! Such compassionate staff. Dr Horvak and Dr Bruce, we're so gentle and caring towards our girl who was in her final stages of cancer when we brought her to the clinic. They treated her with such dignity and love as though she was their own dog. The stuff was also amazing. There were two in particular that stood out the most to my husband and I and that was Katie and Natasha. I will never forget the love they showed our baby the day she went to heaven. I highly recommend this Clinic.

We have always had a close family friend look after all our veterinary needs. He has unfortunately retired which left us with the dreaded task of finding a new Vet to trust with the care of our fur family. I chose this clinic based off the review found on this google page, and I was not disappointed.
The staff are caring and compassionate, they made me feel comfortable from my first visit when my French bulldog required stitches. Our 5 year old pitbull recently became ill and we did not hesitate to book him the earliest appointment available. The morning I awoke I could tell he required immediate attention and the staff at the clinic were so kind to make time to see him early on a Saturday morning. His diagnoses was not good. The veterinarian was upfront and honest with our options. We did what we could but ended up losing him that evening at the Animal Emergency Clinic of The Fraser Valley.So hard losing a member of our family but I cannot say enough about the experience and care we received at this clinic. I really feel our pets are in good hands at the Fraser Valley Animal Hospital. Thank you for that.

I cannot fully express my gratitude and love for the staff at FVAH! We first came to them a couple years ago when we finally became fed up with the care we were receiving from our previous vet. Our pets our very much our fur babies. We were made to feel foolish any time we contacted our previous vet with concerns. FVAH came highly recommended so we set an appointment with them to have them take a second look at our Bruce Wayne. From that very first appointment we were sold. The entire staff was so kind, compassionate, and put us right at ease. I didn't think I could love them any more than I already did until this past Christmas when our Korra became sick. Christmas eve we had to bring her in for surgery. Dr. Horvat then brought Korra home with her over Christmas to personally monitor Korra's recovery. This meant the absolute world to us that she would go so above and beyond on a holiday for our pup. We are also so thankful for Dr.Bruce's and the tech's follow up care in the week after. Though the situation was tough, I felt at ease knowing Korra was in such excellent hands the entire time. Our Korra is fully recovered and running laps around the backyard like nothing thanks to everyone at FVAH. And though both our pups have been poked and prodded at the vet, they both light up when they see us pull up to the clinic (it may rank higher on their list of favorite places to go than the park). I took my dog in to FVAH today for her annual shots and was extremely impressed by all the staff. I've had bad experiences at my girl's previous vet so I went in with high standards and FVAH completely blew me away. The entire staff is amazing, my girl LOVES Dr. Bruce and we even had a pleasant experience with another dog (this hasn't happened recently as my girl needs some socialization training). The entire staff is wonderful and so considerate of all of their patients' comfort. I think even Chevy, my American Bulldog, is looking forward to her next visit with FVAH. Thank you to all the staff at FVAH for a great and memorable first day at your establishment.

We recently took a long holiday and our kitties stayed in the bird room. Coming home the traffic was terrible coming in to Abbotsford from Chilliwack on the #1 highway and I called the office and the vets were willing to stay past closing time so we could pick up our kitties that day. I was willing to pay extra but they did not charge us. Fortunately we were only about 16 minutes late. They understood how much we wanted to see our cats. My family and I have found the staff at this hospital are consistently kind and wonderful to both us and our kitties!

Dr. Horvat is an extremely animal-centered and knowledgeable veterinarian. I have seen her work tirelessly and patiently with some of the most difficult pets in order to relieve them of some kind of discomfort and/or illness. The medical advice she recommends is always research based and based on her own years of experience. The other vets and staff at her clinic are also compassionate, caring people who truly are there because they want to support and improve the health of "furry children", and relieve the stress and anxieties of concerned pet owners. My pets were cared for by Dr. Horvat and when we are a pet household once again, Fraser Valley is where we will no doubt go to for direction and treatment.
