Dr. Macquisten is an angel, and hands-down the best veterinarian you could possibly take your animals to see. He is brilliant in his care and has a wonderful bedside manner. Never has his hand on the door knob, and I feel that all of the staff at the clinic actually do really care about my dog. Prices at this clinic are also phenomenal, but the care you and your pet will receive will be the best thing about your visit. He has taken care of my very best friend in the whole wide world for years now, performed surgery, and provided advice and wonderful follow-up care as well. Best vet i have ever been to , i was frantic with my frenchie going into labour with only 1 pup as x ray showed. My vet in poco wouldnt c section her at 62 days and insisted i give her a try to whelp naturally .. Again the puppy is a singleton and showed up to be large in x ray. They also wouldnt schedule me until 64th day.. Needless to say she started first stage of labour at 61days and temp dropping by 62nd day and she was shaking ... I had no where to go called a couple vets no one would take me in last min for c section as their day was booked up . My friend told me about Townline and i called with my concern and immediately they made time for me to come in. The Dr was fantastic and extremely informative as well as compassionate . I girl got a c section and they did a fantastic job with caring for her and the new puppy. Thankyou so much for taking me in at my time of distress and caring for my girl so well. I have found my new vet and will recommend your clinic to everyone. Also ladies at the front desk your awesome .... One more thing .. The prices are very very reasonable if not on the lower side . we took our pup Cooper in to get neutered, he has Cryptorchidism (Testicles have not dropped and are still in abdomen) Dr. Hilts and his staff treated him with a safety first approach that put both myself and Cooper at ease. I do think that is probably a great Veterinary Hospital but I called to get prices and I was shocked to hear the prices. We are going to Allwest Animal Hospital at Yale Court in Abbotsford. We live in the west end of Abbotsford and so thought going to a closer Veterinary Hospital would be good. I was shocked to hear that they charge $64.75 for a full exam the first time and the subsequent office visits are $50. Wow. We pay $24 at Allwest and a basic vaccination is $10.45 where as Vacations are from $20 to $50 here. Sorry but this is unreasonable no matter how good your Veterinary Hospital is. Check the prices folks. They are supper friendly, have great hours and the Veterinarian is very kind and gentle. So we are not moving to this Townline Veterinary Hospital just based on price and the hours are not as flexible for someone who works full time. Thanks anyway :( Read Less

Dr. Drew Hilts and his wonderful staff (Lori and Sarah) made a difficult situation very comfortable for our old dog. We cannot say enough about this wonderful veterinary hospital!!!! Our pooch is making a rapid recovery and we are delighted with the service we received from Dr. Hilts and his staff. If you are looking for a vet this is the place!
