With the addition of Vet Carli Ricka the service and care is great. The prices are reasonable. I tried for 6 mos to get an ultrasound for Polycystic kidneys, I was told by three vet clinics in Chilliwack that they couldn't do it as they wouldn't know what to look for Canada West wanted $1100.00 to do it, Kent Vet did it for $220.00 Cali set up a treatment plan for my dog and has helped me through several difficult situations and has taken the time to do research for me.

I agree with the person who paid $2200 for a ear infection ... scam artist! We paid a ton of money too... and for nothing .... we were told our dog maybe had a fracture in her leg but the x-ray was blurry and poor quality.. and to come in to get more done and pay for that.. and our dog right now is walking on her leg and only has deep bruising.

wow . I hope no one opens their door, ever. What a money grab. We went there 6 times, and paid over $2200, for an ear infection for our dog. Every time, after the inadequate treatment our dog got worse. We been absolutely robbed by this clinic. Our dog suffered and all they should do referred us to the specialist who solved the problem right away . The specialist told us, that the meds. they prescribed for multiple hundreds could not help the bacteria we where dealing with. So, what they put this poor dog through is worse then anything I could imagine. Thank god , for the SPCA , as when they saw how horrible shape our dog was , they got involved and of course the neglect was from the vet, not us. Thanks to this horrible situation, finally we got a referral to the right doctor, and our dogs life was saved. I am letting everyone know about this in the area .

I recently adopted a cat that came with some health problems that were difficult to resolve. The team at Kent Veterinary Clinic including Dr, Madsen, Janice, and Robyn and all the staff have been beyond incredible through out the difficult process going over the top with the care of my cat. I really can't say enough about it and would give them a 500 star review if that was a thing. You can trust Kent / Coquihalla vet with your four legged friends...

Dr Waddington and staff are awesome and friendly. Dr Laura as far as I'm concerned should retire. Recently bought a 5 year old dog and we took him to her first for a examination to make sure he was healthy, get rabies, etc. She missed a watermelon sized tumor in his chest. When we were putting him down she was very insensitive! My fiance and I were very emotional, complementing him and talking to him while he was falling asleep. She had to the nerve to tell us he's unconscious so he can't hear us. Will never allow her to go over any of my animals ever again.

So in order to pay for my cat to be spayed I will let her have 4/5 litters of kittens and with the sale of the kittens I will have made enough money to pay for her spaying. Thank you for not spaying and neutering your pet.

They managed to get my cat in the same day that I called. This is a rescued feral that had been labelled "unadoptable" and he put up a huge fight when I put him in the cage. They were very good in dealing with him. They understood that I would not be able to give him daily meds in treating his infection and we worked around it. The office is very clean. I saw the back-room since I had to go there to treat the wound I received after putting the cat into his cage (good times) before his visit. There is parking right in front of the door, which comes in handy.

Every time, after the inadequate treatment our dog got worse. We been absolutely robbed by this clinic. The team at Kent Veterinary Clinic including Dr, Madsen, Janice, and Robyn and all the staff have been beyond incredible through out the difficult process going over the top with the care of my cat. Dr Waddington and staff are awesome and friendly. Dr Laura as far as I'm concerned should retire. Recently bought a 5 year old dog and we took him to her first for a examination to make sure he was healthy, get rabies, etc. She missed a watermelon sized tumor in his chest. When we were putting him down she was very insensitive! My fiance and I were very emotional, complementing him and talking to him while he was falling asleep. So in order to pay for my cat to be spayed I will let her have 4/5 litters of kittens and with the sale of the kittens I will have made enough money to pay for her spaying. Thank you for not spaying and neutering your pet.

They managed to get my cat in the same day that I called. This is a rescued feral that had been labelled "unadoptable" and he put up a huge fight when I put him in the cage. They were very good in dealing with him. They understood that I would not be able to give him daily meds in treating his infection and we worked around it. The office is very clean.
