I love dr Movani and his team. They are all super sweet and truly love animals. Dr movani doesn't try to upsell procedures or medications, He honestly had the best interest for your pet at heart. He himself adopts lots of older and sickly animals which should tell you a lot about him as a person. We sadly had to put down my dog who was 17 and they were very kind about the whole procedure from start to finish. The only thing I'd say negatively is that on another occasion I had brought my dog in and they cut her nails too short and I saw blood stains in her white fur. I could understand if her nails were black and hard to see through but they are clear so you can easily see where to stop if you pay attention. Now I myself have accidentally cut her nails too short but not enough to draw enough blood to stain the paw and not several nails on the same trim. If I get another pet I'd definitely go back to dr movani but would not let his assistants do nail trims!

Dr Moaveni is a generous, compassionate man who goes above and beyond for so many animals and their owners. He puts animal welfare above everything. He is realistic and pragmatic. I have been trusting him and his team with my many pets for 10 years.

I love Dr. Moaveni. Our dog has had issues with her anal glands, and our past vet recommended expressing her glands on a monthly basis. Everything I've read says that's a terrible idea, so I decided to get a second opinion. Unfortunately, she ruptured one of her anal glands the day before we saw him (and we didn't know until we got there - she's a samoyed and very fuzzy). She needed surgery to close up the gland, which they were able to do the next day. Dr. Moaveni couldn't understand why she'd ruptured her gland, because she's a young dog and not a breed that is prone to these kinds of issues. We brought her in for regular checks to see how her glands are doing, and they were normal every time. Turns out she gets poop stuck in her hair (that we can't see) and it causes irritation, so she smashes her backside on the ground, which has caused the ruptures since her glands are situated very near the skin. Now she gets regular sanitary shaves and we keep an eye on things closely, and haven't had any further issues.

We first took in our disabled cat for a leg wound and behavioral changes. Dr Moaveni was extremely gentle with him and took our concerns very seriously. He also made sure to do his research about his rather rare disorder, and took it into account when treating him (as well as information I gave him. Other vets had been dismissive, being taken seriously was reassuring). The clinic worked with us to get both our cats treated (as it turns out, our new kitten had brought a nice present with him: ear mites!) at a hefty discount, as we're on a tight budget but were trying our best to get them all squared away. All the staff have been so sympathetic and lovely to us, I couldn't recommend this place more. They definitely care more about getting your animals treated, rather than getting as much $$ as possible.

Super knowledgeable and friendly staff! I've been taking my cats and dog here for years and I always feel at ease leaving my furry family in the experienced hands of those working at care pet wellness. Nothing but great experiences with this group, most certainly recommend taking your furry friends to care pet wellness if your looking for a place who treat your pets like their own, while providing exceptional service and care!

I just got back from an appointment here and am pleased to say the care was FANTASTIC. I have a teenage hedgehog, very grumpy and does not like new places and people. Even so everyone loved him and Dr. Moaveni was kind and understanding of my child's shyness and gave me time in the room to let him adjust and unfurl so he could get his tummy checked out. Over-all Dr. Moaveni gave me some good preventative measures, as my little ones symptoms are hard to see within such a small window of time. He recommended a new diet to help curb any gastrointestinal problems and possibly some allergic skin issue as well as set me up with a mite prevention plan (I'm scared to death of my baby getting mites because I don'' want him to go bald!)10/10 service, great advice and amazing handling when it comes to your loved ones even when they are as exotic as my little hedgie.

Would not recommend this place.Took our dog there once before when we first got him from the SPCA. Our regular vet didn't have the medicine he needed on hand, so this vet said they could give it to us...
Would not recommend this place.Took our dog there once before when we first got him from the SPCA. Our regular vet didn't have the medicine he needed on hand, so this vet said they could give it to us but they need to examine our dog first... Aka a consult fee. Since he needed the medicine asap we chose to pay another consult fee so we could get the medicine sooner from this vet, as our dog had mange. Which is fully treatable and not an issue if treated.The vet here, after looking at him for a couple minutes says "you need to isolate him... Lock him in your garage with minimal contact...this would be a good reason to return him"OMG are you kidding me!Needless to say... We did not return him, we did not lock him in our garage!He wad treated with Revolution and he has never been healthier!

I love dr Movani and his team. They are all super sweet and truly love animals. Dr movani doesn't try to upsell procedures or medications, He honestly had the best interest for your pet at heart. He himself adopts lots of older and sickly animals which should tell you a lot about him as a person. I love Dr. Moaveni. Our dog has had issues with her anal glands, and our past vet recommended expressing her glands on a monthly basis. Everything I've read says that's a terrible idea, so I decided to get a second opinion. I just got back from an appointment here and am pleased to say the care was FANTASTIC. I have a teenage hedgehog, very grumpy and does not like new places and people.
