I have tried contacting the support email and phone number of this TopVet website since June 2024 numerous times asking if I can edit or delete my post from June 2024, and I have gotten absolutely no response from TopVet. The TopVet website will not let me edit or delete my post from June 2024. I wanted to clarify and make it clear that in my initial post on June 2024, that I read online from other peoples reviews that I could see that they said that Dr.Maan ALLEGEDLY caused death to their pets after receiving care from him- I do not know if this is a fact. I obviously can not confirm this is true or not as it is other peoples reviews and experiences with Dr.Maan. However, reading that this vet allegedly harmed their pets was very distressing for me to read after my dog had just received care from this vet and I myself also had a bad experience with him. Please do your own research as pet owners and use your own judgments as to who looks after your pets.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! I urge everyone who has had a negative experience here to please REPORT THIS VET DR. MAAN TO THE VETERINARY COLLEGE BOARD. Dr.Maan needs to be stopped and his practice needs to be SHUT DOWN EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
My father in law brought our frenchie here 3 weeks ago as we were out of town. Our frenchie had a loose stool and he thought he saw a worm in it. My dog had no other symptoms and was otherwise normal and healthy. I told my father in law to get a deworming pill from the vet just in case he had a parasite. He brought him in, and the vet did not even assess my dog at all. Right away he gave my dog a sedative drug without telling my father in law that it was a sedative, and told him to take my dog out for a walk. My father in law noted that my dog was suddenly drowsy and could not walk and got worried and took him back to the vet. He then told him afterwards he had sedation, and that he was going to give my dog 2 IV medications- an antibiotic and one for "abdominal cramps." I did not understand why all of these meds were being given to him when all he needed was a deworming pill.
I called to ask the vet Dr.Maan why he gave IV antibiotics when all my dog needed was a dewormer. He claimed my dog had an infection when he had not even assessed him. I asked him why he could not give the meds orally and he said that giving oral antibiotics is not possible- excuse me? Since when can antibiotics not be given orally? I continued to question him about his decision making process and his assessments and he got more and more angry with me and was shouting at me on the phone, and kept interrupting me when I spoke. He said to me "if you care so much about him, where have you been the last 3 hours!" It had NOT been 3 hours by the way, it was only an hour. In addition, he said to me "stop asking me questions, ask the person who brought him in" and kept saying "why did you bring him here." He was completely disrespectful, uncaring, and unprofessional throughout our entire phone call. He refused to answer any of my questions, and just got angry instead. This man has no care for peoples animals whatsoever, and from previous posts I can see that he has KILLED many other peoples innocent pets and didn't even care. He is clearly incompetent, unsafe, and should not be practicing as he is a danger to all of our pets. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!

I just called the clinic to ask if I could transfer my dog’s files from their clinic to a clinic that was closer to our new place (we just moved from Burnaby to Surrey). The vet was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. He kept saying that Ive brought my dog to High Point (the new clinic were transferring to) before because my dog was attacked. I told him no, that was probably a different dog. Finally he said that he’ll transfer the files and hung up. I called again a few seconds later to confirm if they knew that it was my dog that was getting transferred. He picked up the phone and said in an angry tone “I said we’ll send the files” and then slammed the phone.
I understand that work can be stressful (believe me, I work in the healthcare field and know just how stressful it is). But in no way does the vet have any right to speak to me in that way when all I was asking was for my dog’s files and paperworks to be transferred. A little professionalism on your part would be nice, because at the end of the day you chose your profession. Its not my fault that your day was particularly stressful. Thank God I dont have to deal with an unprofessional DVM anymore.

This vet does not answer your questions properly and always looks like he has no idea what’s going on the moment the issue isn’t routine.

But oh man...first of all Dr. Maan has a huge indian accent that I cannot understand; second, he insisted on giving my cat antibiotics...We heard a family member saying that we shouldn't give IV antibiotics to animals if not needed. My cat had a red streak on the ear and he said it's from food allergy so IV injections will make it go away quicker. I asked him if I can just apply polysporin on my cat but he didn't really answer my question. He said it's just a "brand". I let him made the injections as I thought the vet would know what's best for my cat. However the red streak was still there after a day or two has past (the receptionist said it'll go away in two hours or max 1 day) and it even became bright red. We suspect it's just from a scratch. I kept cleaning my cat's ears with cotton swabs and applying Polysporin to the wound daily, and it's now healing. It's not from some food allergies like the vet said. We don't know if we should trust Dr. Maan, or any vet, at all...we feel they're just sales people trying to sell their vet branded cat food and giving unnecessary treatments to our cat. :(

We chose Dr Mann on a referal from a friend. He sees our dog last minute, is kind to us, never tries to sell us unnecessary products, and even talks us out of procedures (we felt obligated to get her teeth cleaned when she was under for some xrays, and he told us her teeth look great and not to bother. He could have easily said "that's a great idea") He gives excellent care for amazing value. Dr Mann is clearly very passionate about his work. Thanks, Edmonds St. Animal Hospital and Dr Mann!

Dr. Maan and his staff were recommended 5 years ago and we have been consistently pleased with the caring effective service and low fees. Our "puppy" is now 14 years old and has recently had a teeth cleaning which was low in cost and has left him feeling much better without wooziness seen at other vets who may have used too much anesthetic and charged 3X the fee! Dr. Maan takes reasonable precautions, including blood work due to pups age.

For initial impression, I like this vet because he seems very calm and clear when explaining the issue. But on several occasions the price he quoted was way lower than the actual price. I.e. how much does it cost for a neuter? $70 he said, once the bill came out it was $200+. I said what's the extra, oh the painkiller, med to put him sleep etc. These extra costs should be laid out from the first place, it's not like the dog has the choice to not take the med etc. Another time was for teeth cleaning, on the phone he also said around $70-90, once we arrive and ask for total breakdown ended up in the hundreds. For this reason, I don't recommend this vet.

Good because it is open late hours and even during stat holidays. Not so great because when my pet had a serious issue with health, the doctor came up with only one treatment that didn't help and when I pushed for more solutions to the problem, he couldn't give me any. I ended up going to my old vet and when I dropped by to get the file from Edmonds St.Animal Hostital, the doctor was making excuses about needing time to take photocopies though his assistant had told me it'd take a minute. To summarise, if there is something minor, I'd recommend this location. If not, look for other doctors.

I'm in shock reading some negative reviews on here and wouldn't be surprised if it was the competition posting them. I've been taking my Daniff to Dr Mann for seven years and my Boerboel Mastiff also since he was two months old as well. Dr Maan has very good prices and has always been kind enough to get me in last minute every time. His receptionist is very knowledgeable and they are both very accommodating to me. Just recently I had my Boerboel get a respiratory infection and I called them and expressed my stress that I had no money to pay to bring my dogs in for about ten days and how I was concerned my dog would get worse by then. Dr Maan told me because I care for my dogs and have been going to him for so long that he treated my dog and also updated my other dog on his rabies shot and told me it was ok to pay him when I get paid. This not only made me feel like a valued customer but it showed yet again that he was more concerned about Nitro and Diesels wellbeing than the money. I honestly can't say enough good things about him. I live in West Side of Vancouver but I prefer to keep him as my vet forever. I trust him!

I have been going to Dr.Maan for 8 years now with my husky/kelpie dog. Dr. Maan has done nothing but good things for my girl. Dr.Maan is difficult too understand at times, however his assistants are great at interpretation if your having a hard time understanding him. His prices are affordable and down right reasonable. I am so glad I was recommended to him from another dog lover friend. He can stick around far as I'm concerned. His assistant that I see on a regular basis is a kind, gentle, and loving person to animals and people. She can also stick around. Thanks Edmonds Street Animal Hospital.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr Mann for five years now. Although I moved a couple cities away, I still make the drive to go see him because it's a small clinic, not busy, more personalized. One thing I liked about Dr Mann is one time my huge Great Dane/Mastiff cross required uthinization which cost lots for his weight but he was empathetic to the price and accomodated me. He did a recent surgery on my new Boerboels dew claws that needed removing, as he was going to be training for personal protection and he did it for one flat rate that was extremely cheap and he also gave my pup all his shots all lumped in one very good price. I find if he knows you a long time and you are a regular client he can be very sweet and accommodating so I continue to keep him my vet and drive the extra miles. The receptionist is very helpful and kind too. I highly recommend him. Very sweet man.

The front desk attendants are awesome! I always order a full box of W/D wet food and dry food from this clinic. The order comes in a very timely manner, I get the reminder calls that my order is in. My cat recieves all of his medical needs here from insulin bottles/syringes to ear infections to dental care.
Whenever there's an emergency, The doctor still accomodates us even after clinic hours!
Awesome place, highly recommend!

I accidentally made an appointment here instead of South Burnaby Animal Hospital for my dog. I decided to go because it was very apparent she just had a case of kennel cough and I wanted more information about it and make sure she didn't need any antibiotics. The vet here looked at her for maybe two minutes and asked me a couple of questions before he started running down the costs for x-rays and blood work. I told him "no," and he told me that I don't say no if he recommends it. At least, that's what it sounded like he said. Bad bedside manner. He eventually went down the price list and mentioned antibiotics. I left and immediately took her elsewhere. It cost me $25 for him to listen to my dog's heart and then spend 5 minutes telling me about the different treatment costs. The receptionist was lovely, though!

We brought our cat here back in 2010 to get spayed. Dr. Maan told us she went through heat while in surgery, and he had to keep her over night. We went to visit her and she was ice cold, we didn't think she was going to survive that night. Dr. Maan told us he stayed with her all night and kept a blanket on her, which at the time we found very touching. After we took her home we noticed she had an infection from the stitches, there was puss all over. We took her back to Dr. Maan and he simply took the stitches out and sent her home. She was bleeding everywhere. Eventually we called a veterinary friend of ours and took her to them. Thankfully, she is okay now (after having to wear a cone for a month, eventually leading to her licking off all her fur for a whole year due to stress). Dr. Maan was a nice enough person, but bad at his job. I highly suggest you do not trust him with your pets. I was shocked when I saw people gave him 5 stars.

When my dog deliver her first litter, we were so nervous and seek for help from dr. Mann. Not only he gave a lot of useful tips, he also made himself available 24/7 just for us on the day of her labour.He dos not charge ridiculous hidden fees like my previous vet, the work and surgery he performs are excellent. We appreciate everything he did for our pets.Both of our animals went to the boarding service there, and they had a good time. My puppy received neutering, Xray, removing baby teeth and a major surgery, dog day care etc. The past year was very challenging but we are lucky to find Dr. Mann. I have to admit that I was very concerned at the beginning of the surgery. But I can tell that he is a very caring person. Now it has been over 2 months since the major surgery and my dog is doing better and I think it is the time to provide some feedback to show gratitude. I find his caring attitude, accountability, capability and reasonable pricing are all satisfactory.

Stay away from here especially Dr. MaanOn Jan 3rd our dog was bitten by two dogs that were off leash. We don't know the owners or which homes in the area they live in. We took our dog to Dr. Maan to see if our dog might need stitches and to get antibiotics. Dr. Maan looked at our dog but did not touch our dog nor do anything other than say the wound looked deep and needed Petscans and possibly needed to be operated on to see if there was any internal organ damage. (Read $$$)I felt really uncomfortable with him but I got antibiotics (even though we cleaned the wound and put on saline wound wash and polysporin. I paid about $70 including $25 of an examination fee where the doctor did nothing other than give prescription.What made matters worse is that Dr. Maan contacted the SPCA and alleged animal cruelty. The SPCA officer, Kevin McGeen then alleged animal cruelty and made demands to see our dog or that he would come around with the police. Let me tell you that we love our dog. Our dog is walking around and is eating and drinking. And our dog is getting proper treatment with antibiotics and plenty of care and love. If we believe our dog was badly injured, we would find a vet elsewhere.I feel we were badly treated. I went here because of the 5 star rating.

I love this vet. We've been taking my puppy here ever since her first shots (she's now a year and a half) and we've never had a problem. Very reasonable rates, and Dr. Maan is really nice. They are really good about taking last minute appointments, we've had to rush in for an ear infection and eye infection (her eye was the size of a tennis ball!) and they were able to fix her up quickly and cost effectively. My parents had to take their dog to the vet for an ear infection, and he was given the same treatment as my puppy but it cost them almost $100 more at the Burquitlam Animal Hospital! Ridiculous.

My kitty collapsed at 3:30 am, so I needed a vet fast. Dr. Maan met me at the clinic in 20 minutes and set to work making her feel better. Unfortunately, she didn't make it, but thanks to the efforts of the staff at Edmonds Street Animal Hospital, her last day was spent comfortable and free of pain with people who showed genuine care and compassion. And, it's important to note that unlike the vet down the street, they didn't charge me an arm and leg. In fact, the middle-of-the-night visit only cost an additional $25! I enthusiastically recommend Edmonds Street Animal Hospital.

I have tried contacting the support email and phone number of this TopVet website since June 2024 numerous times asking if I can edit or delete my post from June 2024, and I have gotten absolutely no response from TopVet. The TopVet website will not let me edit or delete my post from June 2024. I wanted to clarify and make it clear that in my initial post on June 2024, that I read online from other peoples reviews that I could see that they said that Dr.Maan ALLEGEDLY caused death to their pets after receiving care from him- I do not know if this is a fact. I obviously can not confirm this is true or not as it is other peoples reviews and experiences with Dr.Maan. However, reading that this vet allegedly harmed their pets was very distressing for me to read after my dog had just received care from this vet and I myself also had a bad experience with him. Please do your own research as pet owners and use your own judgments as to who looks after your pets.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!! I urge everyone who has had a negative experience here to please REPORT THIS VET DR. MAAN TO THE VETERINARY COLLEGE BOARD. Dr.Maan needs to be stopped and his practice needs to be SHUT DOWN EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
My father in law brought our frenchie here 3 weeks ago as we were out of town. Our frenchie had a loose stool and he thought he saw a worm in it. My dog had no other symptoms and was otherwise normal and healthy. I told my father in law to get a deworming pill from the vet just in case he had a parasite. He brought him in, and the vet did not even assess my dog at all. Right away he gave my dog a sedative drug without telling my father in law that it was a sedative, and told him to take my dog out for a walk. My father in law noted that my dog was suddenly drowsy and could not walk and got worried and took him back to the vet. He then told him afterwards he had sedation, and that he was going to give my dog 2 IV medications- an antibiotic and one for "abdominal cramps." I did not understand why all of these meds were being given to him when all he needed was a deworming pill.
I called to ask the vet Dr.Maan why he gave IV antibiotics when all my dog needed was a dewormer. He claimed my dog had an infection when he had not even assessed him. I asked him why he could not give the meds orally and he said that giving oral antibiotics is not possible- excuse me? Since when can antibiotics not be given orally? I continued to question him about his decision making process and his assessments and he got more and more angry with me and was shouting at me on the phone, and kept interrupting me when I spoke. He said to me "if you care so much about him, where have you been the last 3 hours!" It had NOT been 3 hours by the way, it was only an hour. In addition, he said to me "stop asking me questions, ask the person who brought him in" and kept saying "why did you bring him here." He was completely disrespectful, uncaring, and unprofessional throughout our entire phone call. He refused to answer any of my questions, and just got angry instead. This man has no care for peoples animals whatsoever, and from previous posts I can see that he has KILLED many other peoples innocent pets and didn't even care. He is clearly incompetent, unsafe, and should not be practicing as he is a danger to all of our pets. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!

I just called the clinic to ask if I could transfer my dog’s files from their clinic to a clinic that was closer to our new place (we just moved from Burnaby to Surrey). The vet was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. He kept saying that Ive brought my dog to High Point (the new clinic were transferring to) before because my dog was attacked. I told him no, that was probably a different dog. Finally he said that he’ll transfer the files and hung up. I called again a few seconds later to confirm if they knew that it was my dog that was getting transferred. He picked up the phone and said in an angry tone “I said we’ll send the files” and then slammed the phone.
I understand that work can be stressful (believe me, I work in the healthcare field and know just how stressful it is). But in no way does the vet have any right to speak to me in that way when all I was asking was for my dog’s files and paperworks to be transferred. A little professionalism on your part would be nice, because at the end of the day you chose your profession. Its not my fault that your day was particularly stressful. Thank God I dont have to deal with an unprofessional DVM anymore.

The day after she started trembling and lost bodily function, when I brought her back the next day the vet kept her for hours until he decided it was better for us to take her to the emergency clinic instead of just telling us in the first place, my dog died en-route.
This vet does not answer your questions properly and always looks like he has no idea what’s going on the moment the issue isn’t routine.
Last year I brought my cat in for a routine checkup and she came back unable to eat and with a crooked eye for months. That dog meant everything to me, this doctor is a sham, please don’t let your family member die like mine did under his hands.

But oh man...first of all Dr. Maan has a huge indian accent that I cannot understand; second, he insisted on giving my cat antibiotics...We heard a family member saying that we shouldn't give IV antibiotics to animals if not needed. My cat had a red streak on the ear and he said it's from food allergy so IV injections will make it go away quicker. I asked him if I can just apply polysporin on my cat but he didn't really answer my question. He said it's just a "brand". I let him made the injections as I thought the vet would know what's best for my cat. However the red streak was still there after a day or two has past (the receptionist said it'll go away in two hours or max 1 day) and it even became bright red. We suspect it's just from a scratch. I kept cleaning my cat's ears with cotton swabs and applying Polysporin to the wound daily, and it's now healing. It's not from some food allergies like the vet said. We don't know if we should trust Dr. Maan, or any vet, at all...we feel they're just sales people trying to sell their vet branded cat food and giving unnecessary treatments to our cat. :(

He sees our dog last minute, is kind to us, never tries to sell us unnecessary products, and even talks us out of procedures (we felt obligated to get her teeth cleaned when she was under for some xrays, and he told us her teeth look great and not to bother. He could have easily said "that's a great idea") He gives excellent care for amazing value. Dr Mann is clearly very passionate about his work. Thanks, Edmonds St. Animal Hospital and Dr Mann!

Dr. Maan and his staff were recommended 5 years ago and we have been consistently pleased with the caring effective service and low fees. Our "puppy" is now 14 years old and has recently had a teeth cleaning which was low in cost and has left him feeling much better without wooziness seen at other vets who may have used too much anesthetic and charged 3X the fee! Dr. Maan takes reasonable precautions, including blood work due to pups age.

For initial impression, I like this vet because he seems very calm and clear when explaining the issue. But on several occasions the price he quoted was way lower than the actual price. I.e. how much does it cost for a neuter? $70 he said, once the bill came out it was $200+. I said what's the extra, oh the painkiller, med to put him sleep etc. These extra costs should be laid out from the first place, it's not like the dog has the choice to not take the med etc. Another time was for teeth cleaning, on the phone he also said around $70-90, once we arrive and ask for total breakdown ended up in the hundreds. For this reason, I don't recommend this vet.

Good because it is open late hours and even during stat holidays. Not so great because when my pet had a serious issue with health, the doctor came up with only one treatment that didn't help and when I pushed for more solutions to the problem, he couldn't give me any. I ended up going to my old vet and when I dropped by to get the file from Edmonds St.Animal Hostital, the doctor was making excuses about needing time to take photocopies though his assistant had told me it'd take a minute. To summarise, if there is something minor, I'd recommend this location. If not, look for other doctors.

I've been taking my Daniff to Dr Mann for seven years and my Boerboel Mastiff also since he was two months old as well. Dr Maan has very good prices and has always been kind enough to get me in last minute every time. His receptionist is very knowledgeable and they are both very accommodating to me. Just recently I had my Boerboel get a respiratory infection and I called them and expressed my stress that I had no money to pay to bring my dogs in for about ten days and how I was concerned my dog would get worse by then. Dr Maan told me because I care for my dogs and have been going to him for so long that he treated my dog and also updated my other dog on his rabies shot and told me it was ok to pay him when I get paid. This not only made me feel like a valued customer but it showed yet again that he was more concerned about Nitro and Diesels wellbeing than the money. I honestly can't say enough good things about him. I live in West Side of Vancouver but I prefer to keep him as my vet forever. I trust him!

I have been going to Dr.Maan for 8 years now with my husky/kelpie dog. Dr. Maan has done nothing but good things for my girl. Dr.Maan is difficult too understand at times, however his assistants are great at interpretation if your having a hard time understanding him. His prices are affordable and down right reasonable. I am so glad I was recommended to him from another dog lover friend. He can stick around far as I'm concerned. His assistant that I see on a regular basis is a kind, gentle, and loving person to animals and people. She can also stick around. Thanks Edmonds Street Animal Hospital.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr Mann for five years now. Although I moved a couple cities away, I still make the drive to go see him because it's a small clinic, not busy, more personalized. One thing I liked about Dr Mann is one time my huge Great Dane/Mastiff cross required uthinization which cost lots for his weight but he was empathetic to the price and accomodated me. He did a recent surgery on my new Boerboels dew claws that needed removing, as he was going to be training for personal protection and he did it for one flat rate that was extremely cheap and he also gave my pup all his shots all lumped in one very good price. I find if he knows you a long time and you are a regular client he can be very sweet and accommodating so I continue to keep him my vet and drive the extra miles. The receptionist is very helpful and kind too. I highly recommend him. Very sweet man.

My cat recieves all of his medical needs here from insulin bottles/syringes to ear infections to dental care.
Whenever there's an emergency, The doctor still accomodates us even after clinic hours!
Awesome place, highly recommend!

I accidentally made an appointment here instead of South Burnaby Animal Hospital for my dog. I decided to go because it was very apparent she just had a case of kennel cough and I wanted more information about it and make sure she didn't need any antibiotics. The vet here looked at her for maybe two minutes and asked me a couple of questions before he started running down the costs for x-rays and blood work. I told him "no," and he told me that I don't say no if he recommends it. At least, that's what it sounded like he said. Bad bedside manner. He eventually went down the price list and mentioned antibiotics. I left and immediately took her elsewhere. It cost me $25 for him to listen to my dog's heart and then spend 5 minutes telling me about the different treatment costs. The receptionist was lovely, though!

We brought our cat here back in 2010 to get spayed. Dr. Maan told us she went through heat while in surgery, and he had to keep her over night. We went to visit her and she was ice cold, we didn't think she was going to survive that night. Dr. Maan told us he stayed with her all night and kept a blanket on her, which at the time we found very touching. After we took her home we noticed she had an infection from the stitches, there was puss all over. We took her back to Dr. Maan and he simply took the stitches out and sent her home. She was bleeding everywhere. Eventually we called a veterinary friend of ours and took her to them. Thankfully, she is okay now (after having to wear a cone for a month, eventually leading to her licking off all her fur for a whole year due to stress). Dr. Maan was a nice enough person, but bad at his job. I highly suggest you do not trust him with your pets. I was shocked when I saw people gave him 5 stars.

Dr. Mann is seriously the most responsible and caring vet we ever had. He took care of my cat, my dog, and her litter of puppies. When my dog deliver her first litter, we were so nervous and seek for help from dr. Mann. Not only he gave a lot of useful tips, he also made himself available 24/7 just for us on the day of her labour.He dos not charge ridiculous hidden fees like my previous vet, the work and surgery he performs are excellent. We appreciate everything he did for our pets.Both of our animals went to the boarding service there, and they had a good time. We are very grateful and want to say thank you so much, to keep all of our animals happy and healthy.

We first chose this Vet due to reasonable price for puppy shots and since then we never left this vet. My puppy received neutering, Xray, removing baby teeth and a major surgery, dog day care etc. The past year was very challenging but we are lucky to find Dr. Mann. I have to admit that I was very concerned at the beginning of the surgery. But I can tell that he is a very caring person. Now it has been over 2 months since the major surgery and my dog is doing better and I think it is the time to provide some feedback to show gratitude. I find his caring attitude, accountability, capability and reasonable pricing are all satisfactory.

Stay away from here especially Dr. MaanOn Jan 3rd our dog was bitten by two dogs that were off leash. We don't know the owners or which homes in the area they live in. We took our dog to Dr. Maan to see if our dog might need stitches and to get antibiotics. Dr. Maan looked at our dog but did not touch our dog nor do anything other than say the wound looked deep and needed Petscans and possibly needed to be operated on to see if there was any internal organ damage. (Read $$$)I felt really uncomfortable with him but I got antibiotics (even though we cleaned the wound and put on saline wound wash and polysporin. I paid about $70 including $25 of an examination fee where the doctor did nothing other than give prescription.What made matters worse is that Dr. Maan contacted the SPCA and alleged animal cruelty. The SPCA officer, Kevin McGeen then alleged animal cruelty and made demands to see our dog or that he would come around with the police. Let me tell you that we love our dog. Our dog is walking around and is eating and drinking. And our dog is getting proper treatment with antibiotics and plenty of care and love. If we believe our dog was badly injured, we would find a vet elsewhere.I feel we were badly treated. I went here because of the 5 star rating.

I love this vet. We've been taking my puppy here ever since her first shots (she's now a year and a half) and we've never had a problem. Very reasonable rates, and Dr. Maan is really nice. They are really good about taking last minute appointments, we've had to rush in for an ear infection and eye infection (her eye was the size of a tennis ball!) and they were able to fix her up quickly and cost effectively. My parents had to take their dog to the vet for an ear infection, and he was given the same treatment as my puppy but it cost them almost $100 more at the Burquitlam Animal Hospital! Ridiculous.

My kitty collapsed at 3:30 am, so I needed a vet fast. Dr. Maan met me at the clinic in 20 minutes and set to work making her feel better. Unfortunately, she didn't make it, but thanks to the efforts of the staff at Edmonds Street Animal Hospital, her last day was spent comfortable and free of pain with people who showed genuine care and compassion. And, it's important to note that unlike the vet down the street, they didn't charge me an arm and leg. In fact, the middle-of-the-night visit only cost an additional $25! I enthusiastically recommend Edmonds Street Animal Hospital.
