Dr. Banyard did extensive dental work on our 5 year old Frenchie. He had 13 teeth removed and explained the entire process to me and showed me all the pictures taken during the surgery as well as the x-rays to identify all the areas of concern. She was very thorough and after care was well explained. She and her staff (Marge and Sam) were very gentle, helpful and accommodating. Our guy is back to his smiling self, minus a few teeth :) Read Less

The staff made a traumatic time much more so. Always felt rushed. When we were being told our cat might have cancer the vet was interrupted twice by staff with what seemed like things that could have been dealt with in a few minutes when we were done. When our cat was going in for a biopsy we were pressured to have teeth removed and an estimate of $680 went up to $2300. We were told this in the operating room with our cat unconscious on the table in front of us and being informed they were in a rush and we had to decide right away. It was very stressful. Every time we were there we felt hustled along and today when they called to let us know it was terminal cancer they didn't use our cat's name. They called him "Kitty", a small thing but it felt cold, just like everything there. The dental work was good but I wouldn't want anyone else to ever go through what we did. Read Less

My elderly dog received excellent care from Dr Banyard and her staff. She explained in detail all the procedures and is very knowledgeable and forthright. Follow up was excellent and they accommodated my schedule to minimize highway traffic. The key for me was how my dog trusted Dr Banyard and allowed her access to her mouth. She has recovered very well from the significant procedure and is back to her usual happy self - albeit missing a few teeth! I would definitely recommend Dr. Banyard. Read Less
