My dog is typically apprehensive of new people, especially with her ears. Took her in for an inner ear infection and she immediately warmed up the vet and her staff. I have never visited a veterinary clinic in the last 11 years of my dog's life where I have experienced such positive delivery of information where I felt hopeful for a resolution. Dr.Steinbach has really set the bar high for my return to Victoria where previously, I have felt rushed, vacantly addressed and rarely have my dog's issues been treated properly. I will take all my animals here from now on because they were the ones that finally helped me with my dog's constant eye infections. Finally I was recommended to see the veterinary eye specialist and got my puppy the surgery she needed. She would have lost her sight if I hadn't come the Valley Veterinary Services for a second opinion.
