Very rude staff!...Made a mistake, wouldn't own it, refused to apologize then said "I really don't care"...that says it all. I will NEVER go to this clinic and I suggest you don't either....

This is the absolute WORST vet I have ever seen!!!! She is a complete drug/vaccine pusher and only cares about the almighty dollar $! I brought my dog in after he was attacked by another dog- he had a cut on his shoulder and I wanted to make sure he didn't need stitches- after judging me about how I care for my dog ie. what food I feed him (I feed him raw FYI) she said "oh, he definitely needs stitches" "and he needs a dose of penicillin, and antibiotics to go home with" then she asked if I wanted a quote or if she should just start. After hearing everything she wanted to do, I said I'd just take him to my regular vet, since he's a family friend, but works in cloverdale. Then, she started back tracking, saying "well it's only a minor laceration, and he may only need the fur shaved off to clean it better. Pfffft!!!! She is a crook! Don't go here unless you want you wallet to be robbed and poor veterinary advice! Dr Ross should be put out of business.Read Less

Almost made me euthanize my cat as according to her, there was no hope even with $3000 dollar surgery. That was 2.5 years ago, and my cat is healthy and doing well after i ignored her and researched his issue by myself, changed his diet, did not go with her recommended surgery or her prescription. She needs to accept that there are new ways of doing things and new research into better medications. Caninsulin is no longer used in the usa because of its ineffectiveness. I believe putting my cat on a raw food diet and giving him lantus insulin is what has kept him alive and healthy. I was even able to stop insulin treatments for nearly a year! And he only needs 1.5iu instead of the 5iu prescribed with by this vet with caninsulin. Read Less
