We went there to get 2 dogs vaccinated for rabies so they can travel to Mexico. The staff tried to scare us saying that we had to put microchips and other stuff that were totally unacessary. Think twice about your options before opening your wallet to these guys. Read Less

Dr. Farhadi is one of the best, I have been taking my little lovely dog to his vet for the last 8 years. The first thing Dr. Ali talked about when he walked in the room was pet insurance and after our experience, I understand why. $1000 was the bill he presented to us (as a worried pet owner) we listened. He caused our dog so much stress with an x-ray, injections, and a forced poop sample that our dog vomited on the way out of the office. This doctor's solution was to put as many medications into her system as possible and to do as many tests as possible "just in case" it was what he predicted -- none of the tests resulted in a diagnosis. My guess is that these positive reviews are mostly false (either paid for or written by friends and family who have some sort of stake in the business.) Because this is absolutely, first and foremost a business to make as much money as possible on people's love for their animals. Read Less

Went to this vet clinic today because our puppy drank some puddle water and was not feeling too well, so we decided to bring him to this vet ASAP even though we usually go to a different vet, as this one had an earlier appointment slot. The doctor checked on him for around 10 minutes and told us he needed a bunch of tests (x-ray, blood test, stool sample) and 3 injections BEFORE we even knew what the problem was. The estimation for the work needed came to be around $650, and told us that hospitalization may also be needed, but obviously not included in the amount. But, we all understand the cost of the medication can not be compared to the well being of any pet, but that is if only that was the case. Any test, injections, sample gathering, etc will put a toll on your pet, especially if the test was not even needed in the first place. After the doctor (Fahardiniaki) gave me the estimation, he left the room to let me decide on continuing with the proceudure or not. I decided to get a second opinion from my original vet, as we were heading out the door of the exam room to let the doctor know my decision, he told me to go back into the exam room in a harsh/rude tone and will give me a “Plan B” option. He then proceeded to tell me that, the X-ray and blood work is not needed so that would take out “hmmmmm” $360. If there was a “Plan B” option, why would the doctor not tell you before the estimation? After all that, we went to our original vet at a later hour and got the exam, test(done in house immediately), and medication for $180. Xray, blood test, and injections were not even mentioned. Thank god he only had an upset stomach. Also, if any doctor calls you “my friend” and proceeds to give you the price of anything. Think twice, especially with having ANYTHING to do with your pet. This was also my first and will be my last time going to this “Vet Clinic”, more like a cash grab shop for them. Read Less

The staff at Lincoln Animal Hospital are amazing! It starts at the front desk where you get greeted super friendly and caring. Our dogs Lily and Taco are always so well taken care there. Dr Ali is very knowledgeable and very good at making you feel comfortable around sometimes tough decisions. He has extensive experience with all kinds of procedures and treatments and always recommends what is best for your animal. He is the only vet I would trust with my pets. My husband and I have been taking our 2 senior pups (15 years old) here for 5 years now, and honestly~ we’ve never felt better or closer to any vets/staff at a vet then before this amazing clinic. Not only have they literally SAVED one of our dogs life, and helped cure and ease countless ailments... but they also take time out of their busy days when we stop in just to come out and ask how our boys are doing, showing them SO much affection and care that you can tell is truly genuine. 😊 They even ASKED is to pop in once in awhile so that they could give our dogs love and attention when there’s no reason~ just so we can always be sure they don’t feel nervous when going to to vet. Dr. Ali and his staff were very compassionate, friendly, attentive and loving towards my furbaby. They cared with 100 percent love while my little one was in their care. They kept me informed as often as they could when time permits. They were very patient in attending to my calls as my anxious and concerned self call them often to get updates about my little one. My little 17 year old girl was in very bad shape when I took her to them but with the care and attention they have her, she is now up and about and healthy again. Thank you so much! Their hours of operation is fantastic with seven days open a week. In addition they have good hours to serving patients right up to 8 p.m. It makes it really easy for people to set appointments. I travel one and a half hours one way to Lincoln Animal Hospital for the wisdom of Dr. Ali. He has saved my elderly cat€s life numerous times with quick diagnosis and proper recommended treatment. Not only is he thorough and investigative, he is professional, caring, relatable and really smart. His comprehensive approach allows for accurate hypothesis for course of action, but he waits for confirming diagnosis until all the data from the lab results are available. I discovered Lincoln Animal Hospital through a friend's recommendation and have been bringing my dog here for almost a year. We come all the way from New West because the staff here are amazing. Dr. Ali in particular has such an awesome manner with my dog, and with me! He's let me know a few concerning things (like that based on the condition of his teeth, my dog, who was a rescue, was probably a lot older than the organization told me). He doesn't push treatments but lets me know the pros and cons of different possibilities. I appreciate that a lot. I went in to get a booster shot and ask questions about neutering my 6 months old puppy. Was quickly persuaded to get my dog neutered right away and get his teeth pulled out. Next thing you know it was going to add up to $900. I didn't feel comfortable and felt like a whirlwind so I decided to cancel the operation. Got a call back that they would offer a discount and that the blood test they took would expire in 3 weeks and really should do the operation before then. I decided to call a couple other places just to check prices and they advised me not to do neutering until closer to a year so that they are certain everything's grown in. At that point they could also pull the teeth for roughly $20. I was quoted $75 per tooth and recommended to pull 4 at Lincoln. I called Lincoln back to tell them their prices were astronomical and they tried to get off the phone fast instead of trying to address any of my concerns. The staff at Lincoln Animal Hospital from the receptionists to the assistants and the doctors are all friendly, knowledgeable, caring, personable and clearly have a deep passion for animals. We appreciate the time Drs. Farhadi and Ali spend listening and explaining our options for our new puppys care. We also appreciated the compassion they had when we lost our previous girl to cancer they could have easily pushed for unnecessary tests and treatments, but instead took a palliative approach to care until we were ready to say goodbye. Dr. Ali and his staff were great, the Dr spent so much time talking to me and obtaining a thorough history of my dog before giving me options and not pushing any treatment on me. I've been through many scary and traumatic things with my dogs so I worry a lot about my American Eskimos health, but Dr. Ali listened to my story and understands my concerns. Complete rip off. Our cat was meowing all night. He needed to be neutered. This vet wouldn't do it till our cat got a checkup which they did in 5 min & charged almost 60 dollars. Total cash grab. After checkup they gave me a quote of over 300 dollars. I was not gonna pay this & told them that. They quickly told me some of the things could removed for quote. The quote was still 250. Outrageous. I told them.i was gonna shop around. They then told me they gave me a canine quote by mistake & cat neutering was only 200. I told them I'd think about it and phone other vets. Not one other vet was over 150 dollars for neutering. Went back told them they were a total rip off & unprofessional. They told me there allowed to charge what they want & some people just pay because they don't know better. Imagine admitting that. Don't go here. Save your money!!!! Read Less

I took my pup to this animal hospital the other day for his routine vaccinations. The doctor that saw us was rude, impatient and unprofessional. He did not introduce himself to us nor did he try to get to know my pup. The physical exam lasted 5 seconds in which only the heart rate was taken. It was obvious my pup was scared and anxious but not only did he not try to calm my pup but he shouted at him and made us feel like horrible dog parents. The vet did not have the patience to deal with our young, scared puppy; we could tell all he wanted to do was to prick him with the needle and to get out of the room- he seemed to be in very much so, a rush.It was obvious to us from what he said and his actions that the vet only cared more about his business and the money aspect of things and not the well-being of my pup- which is absolutely unacceptable for the fees that we paid for the visit. I've taken my two cats to different veterinarians before and Lincoln is by far the best place. They treat your pet like their own and from what I can tell, they've taken very good care of them each time I've brought them in.Staff is super nice and the costs seem to be pretty average and not super expensive.
